Question

Unique visitor count for event triggered is higher than page hit count for event triggered

I have built two separate segments for counting the claim started event.

Count through Unique Visitors is bit higher than count through hit or visit? It is highly unlikely.

Can you please let me know why?

Could you share the segments definitions for more context.

Hi Ankit,

I put another condition in the segment as event count = 1 and it worked.

However if I put event count -exists then it doesnt work.

Let me know if it is a right approach.
