If I have understood correctly, scheduling manager for Analysis Workspace is on the road map but I wanted also to make this official idea request and hopefully there are many others waiting this feature too? The tool itself is amazing, but there are too many business owners that don’t want to login to any analytics tools, and that’s why scheduling option is a must for many analysts.

It would be great to have the following export options.

1. Export to CSV while tables are hidden.   right now you can only get your data if your tables are in view.

2. Export to PDF.  Believe this will be a bit difficult given the flexibility of the canvas, but it would be nice.

Love using Analysis Workspace and I'd like to share the data with more users. It would be helpful if I could schedule a PDF version to be sent on a scheduled basis.

The analysis workspace has been the fastest tool for generating insightful data that is multidimensional, and easy to infer meaning from. Much better than trying to build a daily report using the "reportlets" in the dashboard. Please - can we get a timeline for this feature?

Thanks @benjamingaines - even if it is a phased approach with tables-only in v1, and visualizations in v2, it would be good to iterate, not sure if you guys follow the "minimum viable product" approach but phasing it would help you see if it gets usage

@chwagssd: The current plan is to support all visualizations in PDF and CSV format. We do sometimes use Lean principles, and the initial release won't have every option available in the scheduler in Reports & Analytics (e.g., no FTP delivery) but we're really excited about it and hope it will allow you to greatly expand your use of data in your organization!
