It would be much easier if Admins (or a selct group of users) could customize the menu within Site Catalyst right from the main interface (instead of going through the admin interface). Ideally, click something to enable menu customization and drag and drop & add folders for Custom Reports. Fewer steps = always better. As long as ability is limited to Admins or other select group of users who understand the implications.
