Create Drag & Drop Capability to Rearrange Metrics and Dimensions

This would save time avoiding menus if metrics and dimensions could be easily rearranged and positioned via drag & drop.  This should apply to Tables as well as Graphs.  It would be a great useability enhancement.

    This feature is at least partially completed I think in version 5.2.  A feature was added to click and drag metrics in a simple table using only one dimension.  The user must hold down the CTRL key while dragging the metric to it's new position.
