I totally agree with this one. A forum may serve this function since you are able to perform searches on topics. We do have the Google Insight forum but not all Insight users are members and we don't have a good way to get the word out to all users to join it. Moving over to Omniture's forum might work but they would need to create one that is specific to Insight. Along with that Omniture would need to be the one to champion use of the Insight forum since they would have access to Insight clients to promote it.
