Totally agree - I have the same issue.   I use a very round about way of working this - I make all my reports local using the report manager admin view - then I use Explorer to sort the workspaces.  This does not work very well when I have embedded sub-directories.

Create a place where Insight users can share ideas/solutions/uses. Omniture should document solutions and post so that we do not have to reinvent the wheel each time + it generates ideas.

We have this in Insight.  That may not be the product u are using.

Would be great to have more color, formatting, and font options in the annotations.
