Segments using Unspecified in condition do not work properly with languages other than English

Description

While using segments containing 'Unspecified' in the definition, in case the workspace project is seen in a language other than English (say Spanish), data discrepancy is observed in reports. This is because the name 'Unspecified' changes to 'No especificada' in Spanish and the segment is unable to filter data correctly.

Why is this feature important to you

It becomes extremely cumbersome to share such workspace projects with a large number of users who are using different languages in Analytics workspace to view reports.

How would you like the feature to work

A pop-up warning to come up on screen while changing the language in workspace to alert users that they might expect data discrepancy in case segment being used contains Unspecified.

Current Behaviour

No such pop-up is displayed on screen

Using "does not exist" instead of "equals Unspecified" is the preferred way to write segments like this.  I'm sure there is a better documentation link for this, but check out https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/analyze/analysis-workspace/components/segments/quick-segments.html?lang=en#:~:text=If%20,so%20that%20it%20is%20treated%20correctly%20in%20segments.
