Hello Adobe Analytics API User,
This is a final reminder that the following Adobe Analytics API services are scheduled to be deprecated on August 18, 2021.
- 1.3 Analytics APIs
- 1.4 SOAP Analytics APIs
- Legacy OAuth Authentication (OAuth and JWT)
If you haven’t already, we highly recommend that you consider moving off of these versions as soon as possible to avoid any disruption or risk losing access to workflows that may be based on these services.
You can refer to Legacy API EOL FAQ to understand how this might impact you and for guidance on how to proceed. Please review your own API use and Adobe Analytics integrations to determine the services impacted. No action is required if your company does not directly or indirectly employ any of the services listed above.
Please note that you can migrate your
- API integrations to the 1.4 Analytics REST APIs and/or the 2.0 Analytics APIs and
- Legacy OAuth accounts to an Adobe I/O Analytics integration account, which can be used to access both the 1.4 and 2.0 versions of the Analytics APIs.

LiveStream Integrations
If you have an integration with Livestream, you may be impacted and will need to migrate your Client application to an Adobe IO JWT integration prior to the August 18th deadline or you will risk losing access. Please contact your admin to confirm and refer to Getting Started with Adobe Analytics Livestream for more information on how to proceed.
Report Builder Usage
If your company uses the Adobe Analytics Report Builder add-on, you will need to upgrade to the latest version of Report Builder prior to the August 18, 2021 deadline or will risk losing access.
Third-Party Integrations
If you have set up any third-party integrations using Analytics OAuth/JWT credentials in the past, those integrations will need to be updated prior to the August 18, 2021 deadline or risk losing access.
Please note that any current integrations built using the services being deprecated will cease to work on August 18, 2021. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Adobe team at legacyapideprecation@adobe.com.
