I was scheduled to take the AD0-E207 exam this morning and my laptop had issues connecting to the portal.  I don’t see any option to reschedule, and it still says “in progress” If i click the take exam it just takes me to this page: And if i click schedule new session theres nothing in the dropdown: I’ve submitted an Adobe ticket as the testing company says this has to be rescheduled on Adobe’s end, but haven’t gotten any response from Adobe. ​

Hello AA / ARB Community - are Dependent Data Blocks not a thing in the new Adobe Report Builder?  I can only find very brief info about dependent data blocks for Legacy Report Builder.  Is there a new way to do this, or some new vocabulary around it? Thanks for reading and for any ideas.

Hello Everyone, I need to recreate a report from Analysis Workspace in Legacy Report Builder, and from what I have experienced the following aren't possible in Legacy ARB:  - breakdown eVar by prop (props not listed as option for breakdowns) - get custom event metrics for props  (no custom events listed in wizard) Is the above true, or am I missing something?  Thanks for any ideas.  Are there any documents which state these limitations? (I can successfully recreate the AW reports in the new Report Builder but the client isn’t running it yet)

AJO is not using native email channel to send emails. Instead it sends custom payload to salesforce and salesforce sends email.Now salesforce has email send/open/click etc data. Salesforce sends the data back to AEP(non profile enabled), which is then connected to CJA.Both AJO dataset and salesforce dataset has personID as identifier.AJO dataset has campaing name, and campaingn TaskCode which is unique for each email touch point. Salesforce also has the TaskCode but not the AJO campaing name.Now if I breakdown the JourneyName by Email metrics (open/click) etc, it shows 'NoValue' in the report.I have tried binding of JourneyName dimension with the Dimension related to email open/click, that still shows 'NoValue'.I have tried binding of JourneyName dimension with the TaskCode dimension, that still shows 'NoValue'.What am I missing here ? Do we need some sort of secondary level of stitching to link TaskCode from Journey dataset to salesforce dataset ?

We discontinued supporting one of the website and even disabled the launch property build. But still some other unexpected(uncovered from collected data) websites sending the traffic to that report suite. As the other websites/current scripts it’s beyond our reach, we have no option to control the scripts itself. So is there a way to make the payloads fail at browser level for specific report suite from Admin or from Adobe, on report suite basis? Appreciate your inputs. Again, VISTA, BOTS, aborting the calls, invalidating s object doesn’t helps as we can’t access the scripts nor just exclude hits, we completely want to stop ANY/ALL calls to that report suite ID to avoid cost.​

Does anyone know how to view analytics calls from a mobile device to see variables flowing into Adobe. 

It is pretty straightforward when using first known or last known allocation with session expiration in Adobe CJA. It is less clear when a custom lookback window is used, because of both the forward and backward nature of these allocation types. Example, if a user had the following sequence, what would be the first and last known values assuming the followingDay = the date in January Chart date range is Jan 1 - Jan 31 Custom lookback window is 7 days for both the last known and first known properties.Day Value on Event First Known Last Known 1   C C 5 C C B 9 B C B 14   B A 18 A B A  Does custom lookback essentially work as custom look-forward for ‘last known’? Is the above correct?

Dragging the lefthand edge of the first metric column in a freeform table no longer proportionally scales the width of ALL columns at the same time and instead only impacts that SINGLE column. You then need to change the width of every column individually.While the new behaviour can be useful, the original behaviour was easier to use.My suggestion is to revert back to the original behaviour where all column widths are scaled when you click and drag the lefthand edge, but maybe add a modifier key (Shift, Ctrl, etc) to just change the width of a single column.

I’m trying to create a segment that has condition for ‘From this date’ but am struggling to find that. Scenario: We capture the product a customer buys and have a custom metric that measures the % of visits that upgraded this product in session. We’ve extended this product tracking to another brand so want to add to the same metric, however existing sales are bringing this down. Metric is:Brand has upgrade option (Customer Upgraded (Orders) / Orders )Brand A has had product tracking all year, Brand B only had product tracking added this week but had order tracking all year. I need to add a date measure for Brand B with in my ‘Brand has upgrade option’ segment so the existing orders don’t dilute my metric before the tracking was added….

Dear All ,We have implemented Livestream API data pull to get the data in real time into our Data Lake using Java pipeline. Since last 6 months we have been facing issues. When we start the Job the maximum connections are set to 8 using parameter  “?maxConnections=8” in the API URL.But after 1-2 weeks the connections drop to 4 or sometime even  to zero. This leads to data latency into our reports.In order to mitigate, when we re-start the Job, connection are set back to 8 again.This cycle repeats. As its pain to re-start Job every 1-2 weeks.We want to build Auto reconnect logic into our Java code, so that if connections drop, it automatically reconnect and we do not need to re-start the Job.If anybody has come across this issue, please share Any documentation or reference to build re-connect logic.Thank you.Sanjay 

Hello, Within CJA, We are not seeing any value assigned to Browser Name Field within CJA.This is happening even though i have set it up “Datastream” to collect the value for “Browser Name”. Other fields like Device Type, Operating System are showing up in CJA. Please suggest.

Hello,  We need to filter out traffic on our site as internal if Employees are visiting site.What will be the best way out in CJA. In Analytics, we had ability to filter out based on IP address using processing rules.   

Hi,I want to create a Dimension for Entry Page.I have created a derived field, but it seems wrong, and I cannot see a Function that lets me just say "If this, then that". No else. For example, I want the field to be the Page Name of the first page on the website visited. Then I can have a field in the table of another Dimension, or a filter, and see what the Entry Pages are.I am getting alot of No Value, which doesn't make sense. Every website visit has an entry page.I have attached screenshots, sorry I have blanked out page name, because i want to keep the website anonymous. But the idea is that I can use it as a breakdown, so I can cross reference if X is the page/s I am interested in, what was the First page on the site they visited that got them there? 

Hi -I don’t have developer access to Adobe Developer Console, but I need to confirm which Adobe Analytics API version our organization is currently using.Is there a way for non‑developers to check this, or what steps should I ask someone with developer access to follow so they can verify the API version for me?Thanks!

In our marketing channel set up we saw a spike in traffic coming into our Direct Channel. In the marketing channel detail it is all going into None, where the rule is set to show what page it is on. We have no changed anything on our end and am wondering why this is happening. We have had this rule running for years and now we are facing this issue.   

Team,Due to front end issue(uncovered via CXM tool), for a few of our customers, just the order screen payload wasn’t dispatched, but it was success per back end system records. So, Adobe Analytics has scAdd,scView,scCheckout, custom event(billing info & order review), just s.purchase missing.  Given s.Purchase missing no s.TransactionID too, and data source option is ruled out.Now, I have those ECID & customer ID(evarX) for very sessions, via Bulk Data insertion API, can I do one ingestion for all those? and will I be able to normal report as if payloads came from browser or there any considerations to be aware of? I have converted a legacy report builder into new report builder and have found that there is no way to show in the excel which is scheduled to email what segments have been applied to the data block. Displaying of the filter and report suite name are also not available. My excel has a number of brands and this was a sense check that data was being pulled. Please think about adding this back in.
