Hello We have a new use case for AEM Assets, 6.5.20.0.  We want to share a Folder OR a Collection of assets to non-aem users for selecting assets by filename.  What is the best way to achieve this?   When we try to share a Collection it still allows the ability to download the renditions, which we do not want. Thank you. Sue

we have setup separate AEM SDK project and deploy it on AWS code Artifact repository, now we want to add that repository on our AEM as Cloud Service Project and taken reference from below adobe documentation but it is not working. Kindly help, or if someone has already encountered this issue, I have already tried setting the subform to flowed, but the page is still cut off. The dynamic table previews correctly in HTML, but when converted to PDF, the page is cut off.

Hi, I have a doubt in scheduling the exam. I have a voucher but, when scheduling in the new portal am not asked for voucher code. So, I need know exactly how it works. If in case my voucher is going to expire 10th for next month, then if I wish to reschedule the exam would I not be able to do it.

Hello Community, According to the dispatcher module documentation, the DispatcherUseProcessedURL attribute accepts 2 values:0 - use the original URL passed to the web server.1 - the Dispatcher uses the URL already processed by the handlers that precede the Dispatcher (that is, mod_rewrite) instead of the original URL passed to the web server.However, in the wknd codebase the value of the attribute is set to OnDispatcherUseProcessedURL On. Could you please clarify are 1 and On values are actually interchangeable? Does the On value require a particular dispatcher/httpd version?I tried to find the answer by myself, but I failed. Thanks in advance,Rustam

Hi, Is it possible to create a new Named Right so users can interact with data via Snowflake External Account in workflows? Testing shows that only possible via Admin access, and we need to separate out for standard users to run BAU queries via the external account for Snowflake. Thanks,Wayne  

We were originally capturing the full URL in eVar13 in Adobe Analytics. Now in the XDM, the webpagedetails captures the full URL. So, wouldn't it be redundant to also capture the full URL in eVar13 in the schema? There wouldn't be any impact to reporting in CJA would there? Thanks!

Hello everyone,  Just a quick question, how are other Event Forwarding users optimizing their event forwarding property configs to stay under the 50ms compute time limit in which events are no longer forwarded. I understand that compute time is attributed to number of rules and the complexity of rules.   Are others splitting up their rules across different properties? @61380 representatives, is there a limit to the number of properties that can be created (ie contractual or recommended limits?) Thanks,Ty

Hi all, I have used a "Date" type field for segment definition in an audience. The criteria is like below:"startServiceDate in last 30 days". I feel because the format of the data in AEP is not correct, the profiles are not getting qualified. I am attaching the input data format and the data format in AEP. Can anyone please help me on how can I stop the date getting formatted or why are the profiles not getting qualified even though the dates are in range? Thank you!

We created a schema in Adobe Campaign Client 8.6.2 from external database (Snowflake). The table name for example snowflake is ABC_DEF_GHI and the label and Name provided when creating the schema in Adobe was the sameABC_DEF_GHI. We would like to change the label to ABC DEF GHI & name to abcDefGhi (Pascal Casing). When I tried to edit label="ABC DEF GHI" & name="abcDefGhi"There were errors displayed when I changed it & saved. When I cleared cache, disconnected & reconnect back & searched there are 2 entries, one with the old label & name & another with new label & name.The old one works fine while the new one on going to Data tab or other tabs show below error"XSV-350000 Unable to load document of identifier 'rqa:abcDefGhi' and type 'xtk:schema'."
