Data for "Date" field is getting converted, leading to profiles not being qualified.

Hi all,

 

I have used a "Date" type field for segment definition in an audience. The criteria is like below:

"startServiceDate in last 30 days".

 

I feel because the format of the data in AEP is not correct, the profiles are not getting qualified.

 

I am attaching the input data format and the data format in AEP.

 

Can anyone please help me on how can I stop the date getting formatted or why are the profiles not getting qualified even though the dates are in range?

@saloniag1 You may have to raise a Support ticket so we can investigate in more depth, but can you clarify why "the format of the data in AEP is not correct"?

Does your input format not show November 10th, 2024?
