Hi,I think the answer is no, but is there any way to stop keep email notifications on an automated proof, but don't allow it for stage 2. I want Stage 1 people to get the email, and after that, Stage 2+ people only to receive the decision email when it's ready.Currently receiving the email to say there is a new proof ready for them to review as well, has caused confusion with some users. See below - don't need the red crossed one for stage 2. And finally, is there any way of controlling who the emails are sent from? e.g. changing to another person or a team?

Hi Everyone,   I am getting a weird error when deploying a branch to my Prod Pipeline. The same issue does not come up when I deploy it to my Non-Prod pipeline. The Prod Pipeline fails at the "Deploy to Stage" when it is "Installing Mutable Content" as seen below -  I downloaded the build logs to look for any particular error but was unable to find anything definitive -  2024-11-28T06:35:19+0000 Install mutable content job has started.2024-11-28T06:47:12+0000 Install mutable content job has failed.2024-11-28T06:47:13+0000 Failed deployment   ===== source=installMutableContent.log ===== ==================== container=main, pod=cm-pyyyyy-eyyyyyy-aem-mutable-content-wrapper-5050059-vcrkc ==================== 2024-11-28T06:35:24+00:00 [SkylineProxyJob] Waiting until job is started2024-11-28T06:35:24+00:00 [SkylineProxyJob] Waiting 1800s for job state Progressing|Failed|Complete.2024-11-28T06:35:25+00:00 [SkylineProxyJob] Unexpected state: .2024-11-28T06:35:25+00:00 [Sk

Hi All,I created custom form which has first name, last name and company name, authored form component and published page in publish environment Access the publish environment on that page, When the user submits a form, data needs to be stored in the author environment. Is Sling Content Distribution Reverse content(publish to author )will work an AEM cloud environment ?https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/release-notes/aem-cloud-changes#replication-agentsI wrote a servlet that works well in the author environment. When a user submits data to the author, it can be stored in author environment ,When the end user(publish page) submits a form, that information must be saved in the author environment .CC:   @arunpatidar  @estebanbustamante  @raja_reddy @kamal_kishor  @shashi_mulugu

Hi, I have a selection of Address(addressStatus) with Status= Quarentine.   And I want to recover some information from Profiles(profile) (I have a custom Field in that resource call ‘Client-Code’).  So, I make a Workflow with two Query, and make an Intersection, BUT I don’t know which field I must use to make the join between the two schemes.  Thanks,

Hi, I have a few questions about setting up streams and cadences for the Engagement program as a beginner. I’d appreciate it if you could provide some answers.  Question1: What happens to leads who finish consuming all the content in a stream but do not progress to the next phase?Question2: If the number of available content pieces is limited and leads consume all of them, are they simply left unattended until the next content is ready? Are there any suggestions, such as connecting them to other programs?Question3: I’ve heard that cadence settings in streams do not allow excluding holiday delivery. How do you handle this? Do you just proceed with sending emails on holidays?Question4: If an engagement program is temporarily paused during periods like the New Year, how is the delivery schedule recalculated when the program resumes? Thanks!

Product upgrade Tracking within ecomUserstory1. A user accesses the checkout. He/she can upgrade the product within the checkout.He/she clicks on the upgrade button – the product in the checkout is upgraded3.(Optional) The user can upgrade again to the next best product. Business question:1. How many times a product is upgraded? From which to which product? When an order is made, was there before an Upgrade to a Product? From which to which? Current thoughts about implementation:1. We want to setup a merchandise evar with values for upgrading in this specific syntax:If we update the initial product one time to another product [initialProductId]_to_[updatedProductId]If you somehow refresh or make the choice to update again:[initialProductId]_to_[updatedProductId_1]_to_[updatedProductId_2]We want to trigger an upgrade event at the point in the time the user clicks on the upgradingAND we want to persist the value till the orderHow do we need to setup the merchandising evar?

We’ve developed an integration with the Adobe Analytics API that allows clients to pull user and visit data for their campaigns directly into our campaign builder, enabling them to report on campaign performance. Our integration uses the OAuth process, requiring someone from the client to reconnect through our site every two weeks to obtain a new refresh token. However, during the most recent reconnection attempt, instead of receiving a refresh token, an “access_denied” error message was returned instead. Could this issue be related to the permissions of the individual attempting to reconnect, or might there be another cause for the “access_denied” error? I couldn’t find any relevant information in the documentation.

Hi Community,We have a custom form on each company containing a couple of fields I want to make available within an hours report. I think I need to do an EXISTS statement, but I can't get this to work.So far, I've pulled in the company field linked to the project where the hours are logged. I need to link this field (or ID) to the company.Any ideas would be appreciated.ThanksMatt

Is there any pre-defined event to capture prodView which we need to enable in Adobe Analytics?

Hi, as a business we have decided NOT to allow our stakeholders to have access to the tasks in projects - so I've removed that in the access controls. I was hoping to be able to show them certain task fields in a bespoke report though - but the report doesn't show anything. The report is definitely correct - so i assume the access control settings restrict what the report shows them for tasks. Can anyone confirm that is correct - or found another way to do this. I am adding a custom form to the tasks we want to show them, and triggering off a field in that to show certain task fields in the report. Thanks

Hi everyone, We don't have anyone using API at our company and doing things in AEP UI.  We have existing schema, dataset, and scheduled batch files. (Field A,B,C) Now we want to onboard a different file based on a same primary key. (Field D,E,F) What we did was 1. Update existing schema by adding field D,E,F. 2) Created dataset based on that schema 3) upload sample data into the dataset.  When we try step 3, I am keep getting 'A required field [_bellca] of type object is missing from the input data. Please add the required field and try again' Why is this? I am attaching screenshot of our network schema. The individual fields are the subset of each object. (_bellca being the highest hierarchy) Is there a step I am forgetting from the UI?

Hi,Our DEV author env is having issues after the installation of the last SP.Sites is blank, same as editor. We get the following logs :"02.12.2024 13:56:11.821 *ERROR* [172.28.9.14 [1733144171491] GET /sites.html/content HTTP/1.1] org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingRequestProcessorImpl service: Uncaught SlingException java.lang.NullPointerException: null at org.apache.jsp.libs.cq.gui.components.coral.admin.page.columnitem.columnitem__002e__jsp.getActionRels(columnitem__002e__jsp.java:111) at org.apache.jsp.libs.cq.gui.components.coral.admin.page.columnitem.columnitem__002e__jsp._jspService(columnitem__002e__jsp.java:351) at org.apache.sling.scripting.jsp.jasper.runtime.HttpJspBase.service(HttpJspBase.java:70) [org.apache.sling.scripting.jsp:2.6.0]" Restarting the env did not work. Let me know if you might find a solution ! Thanks

Hi Team,Could you please help me implementing ECID using webs SDK?

While working on AEM and AEMaaCS, there is a tool where we can set aliases where the URL path is different, but the internal paths are the same. Is there some feature like this?

We are a customer on AEMaaCS and we can enable AEM Edge Delivery Service on our tenant, but from watching this video on 16:26, https://youtu.be/xTm4neB63ak?si=ITqgWPT0A0pIA8Iy&t=986, #1 is there a custom portal or UI for AEM Edge Delivery Service websites#2 how do we enable AEM sidekick, as seen in the video https://youtu.be/xTm4neB63ak?si=ITqgWPT0A0pIA8Iy&t=986, I see it here, https://www.aem.live/docs/sidekick-extension, but what happens if the repository is locked down as a private repo... how does adobe read this repository?

I wanted to create a site "pocfeature2site" using "create site config" Admin API. In Payload, I have mentioned the content as follows : "content": { "source": { "url": "https://author-blabla-.adobeaemcloud.com/bin/franklin.delivery/%7Borgname%7D/pocfeature2site/poc-feature2", "type": "markup", "suffix": ".html" } }In the URL section, I mentioned the site name after org name. Is it correct or we should mention the repository name only?

I went through the tutorial, https://www.aem.live/developer/tutorial, and the tutorial has us share a folder to helix@adobe.com. Is this the same process on production? On the development documentation, it also says our github needs to be public and URLs are produced, https://<branch>--<repo>--<owner>.aem.page/ In the example above that’s https://main--mysite--aemtutorial.aem.page/, but how about production... how are these links generated for production websites?

While adding images, mp4 (videos), pdfs, and other documents, how would content authors use the document base authoring to upload images like https://ext-images--franklin-assets-selector--hlxsites.hlx.page/external-images-example?view-doc-source=true, and are these saved into the dam?Our AEM customer has a contract with AEMaaCS for 4 years, and its free to use EDS, just wondering where are the images actually placed.

What is the proper way to setup CDN for the Edge Delivery Service website? while using the feature "use this template", how can we add this to the AEMaaCS pipelines? And is it even suppose to be there, and so, how do we even setup Pipeline Config (this is cloud manager's CICD tool) https://github.com/adobe/aem-boilerplate this does not have any CICD pipeline cdn configuration code.

Hello, I am working on Cloud AEM. I am working on Event Handler to call our api on page replication. For which I am using a ReplicationAction to know path and user details. I have a requirement to know which is the server it is like prod/stage/dev/rdeAMS gives this info from this.slingSettingsService.getRunModes() Where as Cloud is not returning expected values. In servlet, I can get server url like this req.getServerName()But Since this is my Event Listener class, I am not getting way to get server details. Can anyone guide on this how to get server name with event listener? RegardsKiran

I want to leverage the repo less approach for my new EDS cross walk project, where four developers will be working collaboratively. Each developer will create their own feature branch in GitHub. Before merging their changes into the dev branch, they need to test their individual features separately. In the repo less documentation, Adobe mentions that it is possible to create multiple sites within a single repository. If we want to create a site for our cross walk project, what should be specified in the Content Source URL?Additionally, how can we configure the setup to allow each developer to test their features independently on their respective branches?

Greetings - I'm looking for some help with Project Conditions. I think this is a setting issue but I'm not finding it. We want when a task is overdue for the projectr to show In Trouble. What does the Project setting and Task settings need to be for that to happen? Thank you!

Is StoreBot-Google automatically filtered out be Adobe Analytics? Other data sources show this bot hitting our site millions of times this year, but we see less than 1,000 instances in Adobe Analytics for the StoreBot-Google User Agent.
