Are there more variables to choose from other than the ones provided on Destination Macros Defined ?It would be nice to have the name of the segment rather than the id. I could stand up multiple Custom Destinations URLs to help match the Audience Lab split, however, I think it would be cleaner to have the segment (% split) names push to the destination.

Hi Team,   As per my understanding  - order id, order total & productPurchaseID , these three fields could be send to Target through orderConfirmMbox. For our requirement we also need additional info like "discountApplied"  to be passed in the mbox. So can I pass that like this : orderId : transactionID|discountApplied   So wanted to ask if it could impact the Top Sellers at Target end? I mean can I pass other info in the orderId value using "|" ? My fear is it may not impact the Top Sellers algorithm of the recommendation.

Hi All, Hope everyone is doing well. Is there a way to export all the audience segments from Adobe Target? Also, will it be possible to see the Target activities in which the audience segments are used? Please guide me to the reference documentation or how-to videos, if there's a procedure to achieve it. I am hoping someone might have some ideas that I'm overlooking. I have custom templates that a team admin in my company has created in the past. The current team admin wants to deprecate some of these templates and migrate info tied to the old ones onto the new. I want to update a view on a custom report I have, or possibly build a report to see where these templates are being used, but when I go to build a new report or view, I can't seem to find these templates in the dropdown under Templates. I can find a host of others, but not the ones I'm looking for. Is this normal, or is there something else that I need to look at? Or is it even possible to find these templates through a report or view?   Thank you for any help that you can provide.

I have 2 service teams that work with the same customers, but sometimes we don't. Team A wants to be notified of work that just belongs to them, AND the shared work. Team B wants to be notified of work that just belongs to them AND the shared work. We'd like for the customer to be able to fill out forms for shared work in the same request.    Is this possible in Workfront? Can queue topics and routing rules to populate the request with the applicable forms and route to either one or both teams?    Thanks in advance

Hi All,   New to Marketo.  I have what I imagine is a very basic question.  We have a nurture program running every week on Thursdays at 9am ET with 1 stream.  I sent the first cast February 7 based on a smart list - so all current members will receive email 1.   My sales ops team will be sending an import of net new leads to run through the program cadence.  I plan to use a static list to import these leads and a smart campaign to add them to stream 1.    My question is, if I add them on a Friday, will they be included in the cast on the next Thursday?  And if so, will Marketo know that they haven't received the first email and send the first email in the stream?  Thanks in advance!

Microsoft Outlook underwent an update on the 19th. Now, the 2 column module in my emails is not responding as it should on the latest version of Microsoft Outlook for Mac desktop (blocs should be side by side, not one above each other). I'm wondering if anyone has also experienced this as of late? If so, what is the solve you found?

Hi Team, Need assistance with this. There is salesforce integration  and it is estimated around 180000 contacts entering salesforce this week; so what are the things that needs to be done on marketo side. I can create a report to see if all of those contacts are synced to Marketo post integration; any things else to watch out for or anything that needs to done.   Thanks, Deepthi.    

We want to create a model where, for a lead or contact, after a period of inactivity (90 days), Last touch gets set as the first thing they do to re-engage and then it gets set for another 3 month, after which last touch expires.   Anyone know if that is possible?

Hello, I have admin privileges on each of our products in Adobe (Assets, Dynamic Media, etc.). But even that fact, I cannot log in to the desktop app :  I found an article in Adobe tutorials that I should ask "Dynamic Media administrator" for access. Okay - I'm the Dynamic Media administrator, but I cannot answer this question. How should I access it there? The person who was using it before - no longer work in the company.    Any ideas? I will be grateful for your help!

It seems to be working but it's not rendering the custom HTML markup that i have added (eg. I want to delete from a schema abcMySchema.  In this schema I am storing the Label of the workflow: MyWorkflow. I have added a SQL Code Action: DELETE FROM abcMySchema WHERE sWorkflowName = <%= instance.label %>;   I am getting the following errors: PGS-22000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR: column "myworkflow" does not exist... WDB-200001 SQL statement 'DELETE FROM abcMySchema WHERE sWorkflowName = MyWorkflow' could not be executed.   I can hardcode the value WHERE sWorkflowName = 'MyWorkflow' and the query runs and deletes the associated records.   How do you use the dropdown instance > label in a query?  

Hello!  I'm attempting to modify a currently existing form, hosted on a third party site, to require at least one checkbox be checked prior to submission. How can I export a .txt or .csv file from Adobe Journey Optimizer? It can be like a campaign or like a journey, but in the end export a txt or csv file.

I have tried keeping my OSGI cfg.json files under osgiconfig/config files for AEMenvironmentIndicator from acs commons. The problem is that the contacts can be within several of the campaigns, so the contact can be duplicated several times, so the problem I see is that only the first contact receives the first campaign where the contact appears and the rest do not. I have tried with all the resources that you comment, but I have not been able to find the solution . The ideal scenario: A single database, with several campaigns, contacts and dynamic fields. Hi... I have a query related to Salesforce-Marketo Sync. The question is not about how duplicate leads get generated or source. What I am asking is that with Salesforce-Marketo Sync in place duplicate from CRM to Marketo will happen. What are the various ways of handling these duplicates. I mean workflow in CRM or Triggers in Marketo. Is there a way to prevent them.
