The page rendering component of my template just contains like below and there is no layout container for drag-and-drop components. <div class="container-class"> <div class="container-class-child"> <sly data-sly-resource="${'title' @ resourceType='abc/components/content/title', decorationTagName='div'}"></sly> <sly data-sly-resource="${'content' @ resourceType='abc/components/content/text', decorationTagName='div'}"></sly> </div> other html here</div> How could we use the style system for such components? as there is no way to add the policy for the title or text components in the template?is there any other way to somehow load the policies for those kind of components which are included in html? Thanks in advance.

Fetching the en.model.json is around 3MB causing long initial load times for the app. I see the "Accept-Encoding" request header allows: gzip, deflate, and br.  I'd like to add "Content-Encoding": "br" to the request to compress the text, but I see the request is handled by aem-spa-page-model-manager.  Is there anyway around this?  We want to keep the structure depth the same, so reducing that to reduce the json is not an option. 

Hello All, How can we get the logged in user name or id in AEM service impl ?

i have a experience fragment activity created with three experiences with different audiences. The change in these 3 experience is display of different home page banners on my home. However, i have been checking the Activity QA link for experiences and found that the changes in my experiences are reverting back many times to default. Why this is happening? Also, if I would like to change the navigation link of my clickable banner then how should I do that? I did try the Edit HTML and update the link but that is in methodology of event handler as AEM assignment so my changed url navigation link is not getting updated. How can I take care of it in Target?

Hello All, I have 2 checkboxes, if either of my checkbox is true, I should show same set of fields. I have tried using granite:class by giving space separated 2 classes but no luck. Does anyone have any idea what I'm missing here. Thanks in Advance! 

One of our security team member was successful in accessing  critical AEM nodes by bypassing dispatcher using this special encoding technique that uses ASCII code for the } character (Example: * /.%7D./.%7D./.%7D./.%7D./.%7D./)To bypass authentication they downloaded an auth certificate using this vulnerability.We were able to address this by adding few entries in dispatcher filters.But we are not able to understand why ' } ' worked as valid bypass?   

Hey Everyone.I am trying to setup webp and avif image support in AEM. It's show correctly when I am Viewing as Published Mode. But when I publish the page. It's don't work anymore. It's show 404 error. How can I fix this issue.Thanks

Hi Team,I tried to setup aem forms and installed the EAR files in Websphere and started the web applications.Getting following error in Aem forms admin ui.ALC-DSC-099-000: com.adobe.idp.applicationmanager.application.ApplicationManagerException: com.adobe.idp.dsc.registry.service.NoActiveServiceConfigurationException: There is no active service configuration for service: ApplicationManager And I tried to restart the services in service management tab and I can see most of the services are inactive. Attached the screenshot. And when I try to restart, getting below issue.ALC-AAC-0017-000: Service(s) failed to start. It could be configuration problem.Can someone please help to to resolve this issue. Attached the document

Hello everyone, when I am editing the component dialog in AEM, all the components have the error in the picture. When I try to enter different values, the following situations will appear: m (mm) -> save errorm (m) -> save errormmm (mm) -> save errorm m (mm) -> save succussm(mm) ->save succussmm (mm) -> save succuss Does anybody know what is the reason? Is it caused by some kind of form submission verification? Or where there will be related configuration?

Hi All,I have about 10k DAM assets that all require me to add a set of cq:tags to them. I have tried exporting the dam metadata adding the tags to the .csv and reimporting that (Column 'cq:tags' - Tags 'example:AU/NSW')Once I import it and check on an assets properties I do not see the tag in the tags field. However, if I export the metadata again after doing the above I can see in the cq:tags column the tags I imported.. which is a tad confusing.Any ideas what I might be missing here? Kindest Regards,

Hi      I was trying to create a composite field by adding compositefield as xtype for multifield's fieldconfig . It stores value in CRX as below [img]compostefiedl.jpg[/img]       The value is not retrieved back to the dialog. Can anyone have any idea how to retrieve back the values. ThanksVeena

We are getting code quality issues in the code scanning results with the severity "Critical" from Adobe Cloud Manager on implementing "com.day.cq.dam.api.handler.xmp.XMPWriteBackOptions".The issue description is "The product interface com.day.cq.dam.api.handler.xmp.XMPWriteBackOptions annotated with @ProviderType should not be implemented by custom code." This pushed the reliability rating to "D", as there should not be any "Critical" or "Major" issue to gain a better reliability rating.  Is there a way to fix or negotiate this? The deployments would fail on Stage and overwriting the reliability rating setting is not an option on Stage and Production.

Hi All, The problem statement is as follows :I have created a custom integration configuration for Progressive Web Apps in AEM Adaptive Forms ( based on AEM 6.5 ). For a form that I am trying to convert to PWA, the start_url also includes some query parameters which are used for tracking how the user landed on that particular form. Now the start_url is defined in the manifest.webmanifest file which is added in the head of the form as a link. It is recommended that we have one static start_url but in my case I want the query parameters also to be part of the start url because based upon that the user experience will change. So I need to modify the manifest.webmanifest file at run time to change the start_url based upon the query parameters for the user who is installing that PWA. It would be a huge help if someone can suggest the optimal ways to achieve this.Thanks,Ayush

I am excited about a lot of the new features, but one confuses me a bit. In the "My Tasks" widget, there is an option to add a document. However, when the new window opens up to upload it, Workfront cannot see the many folders in the project. Instead, it says "No folder" when I go to select one. Is this expected behavior? The documentation/release notes are not clear. It would be ideal to choose the folder from this window. Otherwise, people will need to go directly into the project page regardless, which limits the effectiveness of this workspace.  

Hello,   This should be simple enough, but, alas, not for me. I have tried figuring out the correct JS code but am failing miserably.    I've embedded a form on this landing page: https://promos.ovstravel.com/redweek-retail-agent-trigger-page.html   What I'd like to happen is that when either "Yes" or "No" is selected for "Is the member a Property Owner" field, I want the other checkbox to remain unchecked. What I'm seeing now is that both boxes can be checked.   Additionally, the field below that (Agent Trigger Email To Be Sent) is dependent on the field above, and I don't want those dependencies to be affected. For example, I made it so that if "Yes" is selected for Property Owner, the "RedWeek Agent Sweepstakes Email to Owner" will be shown, and if "No" is selected, the "RedWeek Agent Sweepstakes Email to Non-Owner" will be shown. And, if neither "Yes" nor "No" are selected, both emails will be shown.   Can someone please share the code framework
