Some Journeys information are not stored in Journey Dataset.Can anyone help on this.

I have an installable AEM package(external-app-1.0.7.zip) and I am able to  install this in my local AEM by uploading it in the package manager. In cloud I can not install as it contains /app/mypackage since it is an un-mutable AEM cloud instance and could not install the package through package manager. Hence I am planning to keep the external-app-1.0.7.zip in the resource folder like ...all/src/main/resources/external-app-1.0.7.zip as part of the codebase itself. I am planning to use the <embedded> feature to embed this package.  <embedded><groupId>com.adobe.cq</groupId><artifactId>lorum</artifactId><type>zip</type><target>/apps/mypro/application/install</target></embedded> But I don't have artifact and groupid for this package. Is there any way I can install external-app-1.0.7.zip as part of maven deployment  

I have seen somewhere in the forum people recommend to use the maven scope system. if I include my jar location(local maven repo path) in the system path and embed that in the pom, the jar will be embedded in the AEM bundle and it would work fine. If I commit that code in the GIT other developers will need to change the repo path location corresponding to the local. Is that a good approach? Or do we have a recommended practice for this?

Hi All        Is it possible to bundle a third party bundle along with our project bundle through MAVEN? We have faced issues with this many times. Most of the time what i do is to directly install the third party bundle to Felix console and add the dependency to my POM. I am looking for a better approach than this in which everything goes in one shot (bundled in my project )as and when I install my package. TIAVeena

Hi,  I have been trying to implement a flow step service using the documentation outlined here The documentation clearly states you can use my.tokens in the flowstep context. I have tried many times to do this and have found the tokens to not populate and instead the raw string token key is passed. Below is the payload that is received by my service from Marketo in a 201 POST request. Given that this is a relatively new feature to Marketo I am potentially thinking this may be a bug?  Here is my declaration in the getServiceDefinition. When I create the service in Marketo I can see that I am giving permission to use my token context.  Please may someone from the team assist me in understanding how this is to be properly used? We are not able to access List data in adobe campaign, we can see the list name....IN ADOBE campaign upon checking in database we cant find this 'grp table' : any idea why this list data is not access these tables is there any workflow which is deleting the tables?///          

For optimizing analytics, we're looking for a way to configure a brand so the UTM parameters passed will depend on the Campaign Standard e-mail being sent. We assume this must be possible, and that the way to do it is to use applicability conditions in the brand configuration that uses an e-mail's Campaign ID (i.e. DMxxxx), e.g.Parameter name: utm_campaign - Parameter value: 'Mailing X' - applicability condition: "when E-Mail has ID DMxxxx"  We think the answer will be as simple "<function> == 'DMxxxx'", but we can't figure out the right function. Are we even on the right track? UPDATE:Original question has been answered correctly for typical scenarios. Unfortunately, as mentioned in my reply below, I'm looking at a specific scenario where I can't address mailings via DM#, and presumably would need to pass utm_campaign based on a WKF#. Is that even possible?

I've set up an basic Activity with "All visitors" targeted. Within the Activity the only modification I made was executing a javascript console log. When I open the QA link I see the console log being made. Only when I navigate to another page the console log is no longer made. When I return to the original page the console log is made again. So the preview persists throughout my session. But it only fires on the initial page I configured when creating the Activity. With "All visitors" targeted, should'nt the Activity fire on all pages?

Hi All, I have a requirement to select more assets and pass them to workflow from the AEM touch UI console.While selecting the assets and passing them to workflow, I am getting the AEM default behavior popup with warning message.I want to override the default functionality; please look at the below attachment. Please help me to resolve it. Thanks is advance. 

External account says, Integration Successful, as seen below in the Screenshot. "Sending of indicators and campaign attributes" OOB Technical Workflow is getting errored out, attached the Screenshot for reference.  Error in the WF:  Note: whenever this Workflow is running, the 'camapign Id' and 'Broadlog ID' reference is getting reset from the external account. tried adding multiple times in the configure tab, still it is getting reset. Steps taken as of now to fix it:Adobe has increased javascript maxMB from 512 to 1024.we tried recreating the external account as well.below is the setup in the Analytics: Could you please help on this, what could be the reason?

Hi all   I am fairly new to event forwarding and have a seemingly trivial question. So, we have an AEP setup that sends an alloy("setConsent", ...) as soon as the user consented.   Now we have the task to implement the Facebook Conversion API via event forwarding in a Launch Event Forwarding Property. The raw XDM data ending up there does not contain any signs of the actual user consent since that is also not contained in the actual requests sent to the Edge network. Also, since there is no access to the user cookies, there seems to be no way to retrieve and respect the consent information.   I mean, technically I could enrich the XDM with the same "Consents and Preferences" field group and send in the same data that I have just sent with the setConsent but that sounds slightly complicated. Is there at all a built-in way to respect/implement user consent in Event Forwarding Properties if you do not have access to cookies anyway? Especially since the Facebook CA

I have few queries regarding brand portal . Let me know if you have any pointers. Is there way we can restrict users to see specific folders inside brand portal ? For eg: If we have Folder A and B and I want to provide access to my users for folder A only.When we are sharing assets through brand portal , then outlook/Gmail emails are getting triggered or only notifications will come inside brand portal under task and notifications section ?Can we share assets using brand portal  to external users email id ? If yes, can they download those assets ? Note: Above asked queries are for Adobe Brand Portal and not for AEM.

Hi Team   I am trying to work on a POC with Helix in which I am trying to generate a website using input from Excel sheets. Unfortunately, there is not much information available about this ambitious project from Adobe. I have found very little documentation on the implementation and no community help content either.   I have referred to https://www.hlx.live/home and https://www.hlx.live/developer/tutorial. This tutorial talks about using Google Docs. According to the documentation (https://www.hlx.live/docs/faq), Franklin supports editing content in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets, as well as any custom authoring environment and AEM's Universal Editor.   I want to do a POC on converting Excel to a website using Helix. I am looking for a way to count visitor with at least 2 visits in one month. I tried sequential segments:and visits >= 2:Checking this with Data from DWH, Segment (Visits >= 2) was closest, but not exact match.Did anyone had the same issue? How did you handle that?  

Hi everyone. I am using the navigation core component given by adobe to create my header and I have implemented it into my header component without making any changes. Now, I have added custom page properties and I want to display them using my navigation component. I cannot use the current page's page properties since I want to display all the level 0's page properties. I've tried extending the core navigation model but there's a lot of different models I will need to change. Is there any other way to achieve this or is extending the core model the only way?Thank you!

I am trying to calculate time spent per visitor. Currently the time spent per visit - bucketed dimension is at a visit level only. If I use unique visitors as a metric, it totals to over what is shown in the column total - see screenshot: When I total up what is the unique visitor column, it nets out to 32,258,363 not 25,307,565, as displayed in the UI. Additionally, I cannot use the Total Seconds Spent metric in a Segment. My goal is to understand Time Spent on Site per Visitor, uniquely. If a unique visitor spent 10 min one day on the site and 2 min another day on the site during the time same time period, I want their first visit to count once, and not be in two buckets in the Time Spent per Visit dimension. Is there anyway to derive this?

Hi everyone,I'm trying to build out a form where the labels hidden until a user types into that field and the label then appears above. Below is a screenshot of what I'm trying to do. The hint text is in place and everything is styled and good to go, I am just not familiar enough with javascript to get this to work (I'm assuming its a javascript solution?). Note that this needs to happen on a per-field basis. I am doing A/B Test with a change in the top navigation of my site. The top navigation of my site is designed in a way that you can click it to navigate on my site from any page. It is like It stays on the top of every page. An example of a top navigation drop-down is as below. I have created an experience with changes in the names of the dropdown links.  However, the changes in my Exp B that I have done in the Top Navigation drop-down names are only getting reflected on the home page <https://www.amgweb.com> which I entered as an activity URL when started creating the A/B test. I want my changes to be shown on every page. How can I fix that? Also, can we create 3 or more experiences in the A/B test and select an auto-allocate targeting methodology?  .                       Thanks
