Hi there,  I have a question when using the external data source in AJO.  Here is our use case: We would like to send emails to users who did a travel search, and in the email, we would like to use the destination name the user searched. But after a user searches for a travel, AEP will only receive an event with eVars with the destination code (not the destination name). And there is an API endpoint whose response can map the destination code to the destination name.  Now I have added the API as our external data source and also created an audience that users did a travel search. But when I setup the journey, I didn't find any out-of-box action in AJO to enrich the data. Did I do things correctly? Or is there a better solution or use case I can refer to? Thanks very much!

Hi Team,We are working with a client who is working with v7 instance now and looking forward to upgrade to v8. We have also checked that the campaign license has ACC Managed Cloud Services offering. So I assume the lift will be done by Adobe itself, however, that makes me raise a few question about the migration approach:a. Will Adobe perform the v8 instance set up, schema and all other set up migration into the v8 (from v7)? If no, then what will be Adobe's responsibility under the "ACC Managed Cloud Services offering"b. Will Adobe lift the data (schema, custom forms, custom js, external accounts, and the data) from current v7 to v8?c. Will there be any drop from v7 prod into v8 stage and then into v8 prod? Hello,We're looking at moving our event registrations from our Kentico CMS to Marketo to take advantage of automating emails and integration with Zoom.I know that form fields tie to a specific Custom Field like "First Name" and this gets added to the program data for that Lead's registration. My question is: If a Lead registers for Event A with a First Name of "Bob" and then registers for Event B with a First Name of "Bill" within the program data of Event A, would the First Name of that Lead be changed/updated to "Bill"?We tend to have multiple events and webinars running at the same time and someone could possibly register for more than one. Our departments like to have the registration data, so I'm looking into how to handle data if a Lead registers for more than one active event?

We are in the process of cleaning up our Adobe Analytic users to remove individuals who are either no longer with the company or need access to Adobe Analytics. Some of these individuals have developed their own metrics,dashboards, and/or segments that have been shared with others. The plan is to move the metrics,dashboards,and/or segments to another user when they get deleted. However, before we start this we do have a couple questions:Does moving the metrics,dashboards,and/or segments to a new user profile change how it has been shared with others? i.e. does it go back to a default non-shared stateIf it does go to a non-shared state when moved to a new profile, is there a way to prevent this?We have a lot of clean up to do and a lot of shared assets, so we want to plan this out before jumping in.Thanks!

I'm attempting to pull a property out of an existing node and use it to create a new titlecore node just before the source node and I'm having an issue with moving the newly-created nodes around within a container, it's throwing an IllegalArgumentException saying that the srcChildRelPath has an invalid name. Hi, I am trying to integrate my AEM on premise (6.4.8.4) with Adobe Events (cloud). I followed this guide: https://developer.adobe.com/events/docs/guides/using/aem/aem_on_premise_install_6.4/I only have the default events (created with the bundle installation), but the event instances fail to load properly. We are looking for a way for internal marketing users to review AEM pages before they go live. In the past, we used a Staging environment to review pages then, once approved, those pages and all dependencies were pushed to production/live.How can we mimic this in AEM by giving non AEM users a way to review pages or review a new section then, once approved, push that live?Thanks.-Kevin

Hi there, I have a question about how many threads one workflow can run? The background is that there are hundreds of files we need to process every day, in the same format, but if we process the file one by one, it will cost about more than 8 hours. So we've set a main workflow to check files, and send files to a sub-workflow to process. The main workflow can call the sub-workflow multiple times, but the sub-workflow still process files one by one.  Is there any other solution to handle this situation, or is there somewhere I can update on my workflows? Thanks
