How exactly does referring domain work? If a third-party website doesn't have a link to the site I'm tracking, how would there be a lot of traffic capturing the 3rd party site as the referring domain?Example with random fictional data:Let's say we're looking at one month of data for my website, 'examplesite.com'.Freeform table view:Marketing Channel: Referring Domain | 10,000 visitsMarketing Channel Detail: thirdpartysite.com | 5,000 visits How is 'thirdpartysite.com' contributing significant data if there are no links to my site, 'examplesite.com'?

How to Persist Disabled Property on Content Fragment Model Field in AEM

Hi everyone,I'm working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and trying to set the disabled property to true on a specific field within a Content Fragment Model. My approach so far has been to directly modify the property via CRX/DE Lite. Here's what I did:Navigated to the path: /conf/(project-name)/settings/dam/cfm/models/(model name)/jcr:content/model/cq:dialog/content/itemsAdded the disabled property and set it to true for the desired field.However, I've encountered an issue where this property is lost when I make changes to the Content Fragment Model, such as renaming a field or adding a new one. It seems the disabled property does not persist through these modifications.Is there a recommended approach or best practice to ensure that the disabled property remains intact for a field, even after making changes to the Content Fragment Model? Issues with iOS email rendering

I am currently having an issue with an email rendering in mobile, specifically within the Marketo email editor and iOS devices when running through Email on Acid. The email does not display 100% width in the view. Works fine in all other clients. Renders like this in iOS.Also worth noting I used this same template on another email and it works fine. Enable error diagnostics/partial ingestion from Query Service

Hi All,This is a follow up to my previous post . During the insert from query service, I realized there are some ill-formatted emails in my source data. This is causing a failure of the whole batch and nothing gets inserted. Using the source/direct file upload into a dataset, we can handle such scenario by enabling:a. Error diagnostic toggleb. Unable to edit pages and templates, no root layout container when creating template or pages

I have created a new project using maven archetype49. I am trying to check the template available, I do not see any layout container to add components in the template or pages. I am unable to edit anything.For further reference I tried to check we-retail templates those as well are empty and  I do not see root layout container.Please refer below snapshots.1. Using Programs within Engagement Streams

Hi,I've been successfully using Engagement streams to deliver emails and I'm now looking at a slightly different use case and I am finding the logic around adding programs in streams somewhat confusing. Journey event triggered by identityMap namespace instead of picking one

Hi there, We have an event that can have namespace1 or namespace2 in the identityMap, but not both at the same time. In an AJO journey, how can we start a journey with an event namespace that starts with whichever is available in the identityMap? I understand I can achieve this by building 2 different journeys and different namespace for each, but is there another way? Thanks.

Date and Time format in Adobe Campaign when importing CSV file

Dear community I am trying to import csv data into Adobe Campaign. However one of my column (Time Of Sales) is a date+time format. In my csv file (Purchase date), is a date format. I tried to change the format to Date and Time in the csv file but there are no available options that matches the format in Adobe Campaign therefore the data did not get imported through. Dynamic Media - Documents Security

Hello, I would need some help if anyone knows the solution for the below ask. Our client has published some of their secured documents to their Dynamic Media as part of their publishing process. Since the Dynamic Media open on public servers, they want to remove all of their documents from the Dynamic Media. They dont have all of the documents list, so they want to get removed all of the documents by specific MIME type.  Please let me know if this possible or any solutions

API Key Error with Stensul Integration with AJO Project API

Was following the guide from Stensul here: https://helpdesk.stensul.com/en/articles/9616733-adobe-journey-optimizer-ajo  Basically from Adobe Developer COnsole I generated a OAUTH Client ID, Client Secret, Org ID and Sandbox Name and plug those credentials into Stensul. Everything looks like it's working on the Stensul side, but the actual push to AJO (Upload to ESP) returns the following error: Error on: Integration: {"error_code":"403003","message":"Api Key is invalid"}  Request ID: a4081534-8a69-490a-aec6-03fbf3968c20 My assumption is that there may be another place, such as directly inside AJO, where I need to setup something but I am not sure as looking through the menu options, nothing stands out as obvious.

I am seeking assistance with generating comprehensive reports for journeys that have multiple versions. When updating an existing journey, a new version is created, which results in a new version ID and resets the associated statistics. Is there a way to view or pull a report that encompasses the entire journey, including all its versions, to provide a holistic view of the journey's performance over time?

Ability to attach a custom PDF with custom information to an email

On previous Email solutions, we send an annual tax receipts to donor as a PDF attachment, since having them login to generate from a site is not an option. Is this possible in AJO? Is there an alternative solution anyone has set up?  I have seen this may be an option using SendGrid, which I see is an has a integration with AEP/AJO. We can't provide a URL, as the PDF does contain PII data, and we don't want to have it guessed or indexed.

Modification to display name in XDM Schema not reflected in Profile section

Hi, i'm facing this issue regarding the modification of attribute display name.I modified some display name (both of custom field and standard adobe fields) and then activated an ingestion on a dataset based on this schema. when data came in the profile store the column display name of the attributes wasn't reflecting the change. Any idea on why this happens? what should be done? additionally, in the audience section i see the right display names.

Is there a way to bulk edit Project Sharing / who project is shared with?

We have a user who needs to share many projects with a team. Is there a way to do this in bulk, or must he individually share each project? I tried creating a view and a report with the "Shared With" field/column on the Project object, but the field is not editable in-line.  TIA.

Getting open/send data for programs that send the same emails to the same people (transactional)

Marketo does not track repeated open/send activities with the same emails. If the same email is sent to a person record multiple times, the only open/sent data activity will be logged 1x per record. I have a really awkward workaround where I build smart lists :was sent email minimum 1 time and then another for 2 times and so on until i get an idea of how many people were sent the email. This is ok but there is no way to get the open rate for these emails, just sent. I send a lot of transactional emails and customers will get the same email several times a month. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks,

Add Revenue that wasn't tracked

Hi community,  on Monday we published a tracking implementation that didn't work as expected. The next day we found out that this lead to not tracking all of our booking values. We do have the Order ID but without any Revenue. Does anyone know if there's a possibility to add this revenue to those order IDs?We already tried to upload the missing Order IDs with the Standard Event "Revenue" via Data Sources but this doesn't work. We get an error message saying "At least one enabled metric is required". Does anyone have an idea? Best regardsSabine
