I am trying to download the 'Average time on site' metrics data from the workspace in .csv file.The gets distorted, even when I select the option in excel that say "Don't convert".Can you please suggest what should be the correct way to download or what will be the correct cell format in excel for this data.

We have a group who is trying to encourage more of their (very large) department to utilize Workfront for communication and collaboration. Most of the department's members don't currently have WF accounts. I think for the most part they're looking for comments and the occasional approval. Due to the size of the group and the very limited use for most of them they'd rather not have to manage "normal" accounts for all of them. What they'd really like to do is tag a user in a comment or update, the user would get a notification email, then they could reply to that email and the response would show up as a comment in WF. They did a test where they added a user's Gmail account as a tag on a project update. This created a corresponding account with an External license. The Gmail account received a notification email but replies didn't seem to make it back into WF. (I don't yet know what happened if they clicked the link in the email.) I've been unable to find much official document

Hi all, I have a specific situation concerning ingesting partial updates for profiles in AEP. The situation is that we have some data coming in Google Cloud Storage buckets, and we need to ingest the data to AEP but it is only a partial insert to a profile. We want to add data to a let's say Person schema without completely replacing all the data in the Person schema dataset, while avoiding creating "orphan profiles" i.e. new profiles with only partial data. Here Send partial row updates to Real-Time Customer Profile using Data Prep is the page we thought to find the solution but it seems it falls just short of our requirement. The question is how we can do this and is it even possible at this time? Thank you for your time

I'm planning to setup a C/C test which will have 1 champion and 2 challenger subject lines for my nurture emails where roughly 20 records will qualify for per cast. The application has the following in targetGlobalSettings:{ cookieDomain: <domain here>, viewsEnabled: true, pageLoadEnabled: true }The application uses AEP Data Collection (Adobe Launch) to load Target and initiate adobe.target.triggerView(<view_name>);This works fine when I open the application in the browser: the personalization IS applied for the appropriate view.However, when I open the application in VEC, it displays the "Current view" element in about 10% of occurrences, most of the time "Current View" is not displayed.I am using "Adobe Experience Cloud Visual Editing Helper" extension, I am not using the Enahnced Composer. Had a quick question I was hoping someone could answer. For a trigger campaign, I have a smart list that pulls users in from a campaign that has been running for a few weeks, along with the trigger of email is delivered. I'm wondering if when I activate the trigger, if it will pull users who are currently in the smart list, and who have previously had the email delivered, or only when the email is delivered after the point in time that I activate the trigger. Thanks!

When going throgh Marketo Foundation Training last year, I seem to recall being able to 'drag and drop' elements into an email template.  I went almost a year without having to actually build an email template, but now that I am needing one, I can only seem to find the option to build templates through the use of HTML code.Is HTML coding the only way to do this now?

Hi, We're trying to limit the number of operators with administrator clearance. However, it seems like lot's of functionalities actually require administrator rights, which isn't okay. Therefore we are wondering if we can create a specific named rights for the following two actions so that we can assign those two rights to the operator groups needing them, and thus preventing those operators from having access to everything:Offer validationPackage managementWe are aware package management is usually done by admins, but in our case it's not feasible.Is there anyone knowing if this is possible and if so, how this can be achieved? Wesley

Within WF are Document Approvals and Proof Approvals considered the same when generating reports? We have two different ways that documents are approved. 1. Within a Project Task, using the Approvals option. 2. Accessing a document as a proof and approving it that way. Just curious if reporting captures them as the same metric, or are they considered two separate metrics on the back end?

Hi All,  We've been experiencing a phenomenon with our new leads coming in (all from the same form) where the data in certain fields being input as "default." I've looked for the cause of this in the activity logs of each of the leads and it appears this is happening at the form level. I'm wondering if the problem comes down to some of the fields had the form pre-fill enabled. Has anyone else had this experience?

Our goal is to ensure that if a user returns to the site, they are not prompted for consent more than once. To do this, we want to align the user ID stored in OneTrust with the ID managed and collected by AEP’s identity service.Here are a couple of key points we’d like to clarify:How can we ensure that the same user is not asked for consent twice when they return to the site? I heard there is a HOUSE HOLD issue with current AEP, but I am not sure about that issue.How can we keep the user ID in OneTrust consistent with the one collected and managed by AEP’s identity service, allowing seamless consent tracking across sessions?Any advice or guidance on how to best achieve this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!

I am looking to create a calculated metric that sets a different value for Device type = Mobile and another one for Device type = Desktop.  Example:If homepage has page view & on mobile device, then set value for those hits to $2.If homepage has page view & on desktop device, then set value for those hits to $1.  When I look at the report - at the mobile and desktop rows, the calculated metric is correct.  However when I look at the overall homepage total, it doesn't give the correct total value by adding both the rows. I do not want to be having each of these desktop / mobile rows on every report i run. I just want to see the total for a page. See below how I am thinking of giving different value to the homepage depending on device  What I basically want is a list of sections or pages on our site - without having to use the breakdown of mobile / desktop.I just want an overall value.   When I look at the page itself wi

If you have used in your projects , could you help me understand what were the benefits and major challenges you faced ? Any drawbacks of using !? What kind of JSON can be stored mostly !?
