Hi:I am planning to have some iBooks (Apple's 'book reading' app) on our tablets.We want to collect a couple of metrics - number of times an iBook is clicked, number of pages viewed (swipes on the page to go to next page). I will appreciate it if you can give me some pointers on how to tag.  We are using Tealium SDK.   Thanks,Areef

Hi,In our mobile carrier report, there is a value 'Not Distinctive'. What does this mean ? Is the SDK not able to recognise the value ? The actual problem that we have is that Singtel (the #1 carrier here in Singapore) is not captured properly. We only have 10 counts with a value 'Singtel'. The count for 'Not Distinctive' is a few thousand, so we expect that the majority of the Singtel users are captured under that value.Any ideas ? ThanksRobert

When I create a Key Metrics report for the year by month the Month labels don't align with the data correctly.  Is there a way to adjust the alignment?  I can't hand this off to anyone else as is.  I have to create my own graphs after exporting the data.

I cannot create scheduled reports with data as email attachment.Even when I select the option, I get only the notification. I have to go and manually download the report. How to make the attachments work.

A colleague raised a funny issue with me today, and I can't seem to find an adequate solution/work-around....As with most installations, we are tracking file downloads as part of our Analytics implementation.  This works great when the user left clicks on the link, however, when they right click, and then Save As, the download is not registered.  This means we are not tracking these downloads in Analytics, so there is a potential gap, or grey area. I would assume this is not happening on a large scale, and would be more likely to occur with a power-user rather than your average Joe.  I can get the count of download in the server logs, but I don't really want to go there.Has anyone else come across this, and if so, how did you get around it?

Within the channel overview report, is the data shown representing both clicks and views?Within the Channel Overview Reports, if we add in "click through" as a metric, does this only include click data or both click and view through data.  Currently the Channel reports are connected to our ad serving data which reports on both click and view data.I read somewhere that the Marketing Channel Reports have a rolling 30 day expiration whether a channel was touched or not.  If our ad serving data is set for a 7 day view/ 14 day click window, how is this being represented in the channel reports?Within the First/Last Touch Channel Reports, if we filter by ACM site name, we noticed that the same sites are showing up under all marketing channels (i.e. Dedicated Media under Paid Search, Organic Search, Referring Domains, Display, etc.)  when they ideally should be under only one channel.  Why is this?The conversion totals in the marketing channel reports are not matching our ad serving reports. 

Has anyone been able to use the pathing capability? I found page pathing is ok, but other props pathing has no data. Thx.Peter

Hi,I am currently creating classification hierarchies for custom variables that were built onto my website.  It is a content site that has videos and games and various other things on it.  As a test, I wanted to take the various video and game names (and other site contents) and dump them into classifications to make an easier to read report.  However, after going through the steps, the new classification report only has one row- "Unspecified" with the total traffic as the metric.  How can I fix this?Here is the process of what I did:Went into report suites, found the Traffic Variable "Page Name" and created a classification titled "Page Name Classification Test."  I also added in optional drop downs such as "Homepage", "Games", "Videos" etc for the different data buckets I want.Went to Classification Importer and Browser Exported the classification from the Page Name variable.  Exported everything at the default settings.I then went to my Page Name report to extract all the data from

In the report "referred types" u can see how many visits u have from "search engines" OR "other websites". But if u want to check "other websites/referred Domains Report" google is still mentioned as a source.Are these the results from images+parameter? But is that correct?Juliane

My pages report for this site:http://www.businesscomputeforum.com/is only showing "other" , instead of the urls that are actually being called up.In the debugger it looks like the 'Current URL' field is being correctly recognized. What could cause that to not be recorded in analytics?thanks

I recently upgraded to Report Builder 5 for Excel because I needed access to new segments created from SiteCatalyst in Excel reports.However after running a report builder query, the Excel tab gets greyed out (see image attached) and disables my ability to use report builder for that session.With report builder 4.7, this occurred frequently and I could also "re-enable" report builder by simply saving the sheet using CTRL+S. However in Report Builder 5, this workaround is not working.Any help would be appreciated. The features of 5.0 are very valuable so I want to hold off upgrading if there is a quick fix or workaround I can use to alleviate this problem.

I am new to using Adobe Site Catalyst (or report and Analytics) and I have a few questions regarding the Marketing Channel Overview:I know the last touch window is every 30 days but if we have an integration with Sizmek that pulls our data, but is set up on a 7 day impression and 14 day click for our last touch window would the data getting compiled in Site Catalyst (natural search only) be over reported compared to our data and therefore be over reporting the number of conversions as a result?We have a "none" value showing up in a lot of our reports as the name. I have seen on videos throughout YouTube that this means that data may be coming from a secure site. Can you confirm that this is the case? Hi, I have found the javascript provided on the Marketo Developer documentation about restricting free email(like gmail.com, yahoo.com etc.) upon form submission. However, when I inserted the script before the end of head card, and tested the form, it didn't work as it should. I have already asked the same question before on the forum, sorry for posting again. l asked the following question. "I am trying to display images (png, jpeg, gif, svg) directly on browser instead of letting the users downloading it. I've read from so many places that having content disposition header as inline might cause some security issues, and it is better to have it as attachment. Can anyone provide me a scenario where this might be a problem?" From the answers from my previous post, I could see mostly the security issue are caused when a malicious attacker injects a script along with the image. Can we tackle this problem by adding a Content-Security-Policy script-src 'none'? my use case for this question only requires the displaying of the image on browser window, and nothing else.
