In order to keep my list of evars and props in a sensible numeric order, it would be really great if you could rearrange the list. Or let us sort the list by number.
List Vars (s.list1, s.list2 and s.list3) are common enough variables (moreso than Hierarchy, I suspect) but right now we have to move to custom code to set them. I understand it gets trickier because of the list-y nature of them, but in most cases my Data Element is making the properly-delimited list I want, and I just need a way to reference it in my rules. Also, it's odd to have Transaction ID in the interface, but not purchaseID- they're very similar, and it would be nice to be able to set them side by side and not in custom code.
It would be great if the order of these 3 elements would be natural, even if you add a lower number later on it should be shown in the correct order as it was in DTM. As an example I had the following eVarseVar1eVar9 Then I added eVar5 so the order when I open the Global Vars of the extension configuration or in a rule in the Set Variable element the next time should be the following and nto eVar5 at the end.eVar1eVar5eVar9
The users of my instance find the new feature to re-name files to the name of the new version confusing. Assuming this functionality will not be reversed, this feature request is to show a notification when the file is renamed from a new version of the document.
Would love the ability to assign permissions at the extension level so specific users, or groups of users, could only make changes to extensions they had access to. This would reduce internal governance efforts by minimizing users' abilities to poke around where they shouldn't. It would be especially useful for enterprise level organizations and those with strict security or legal protocols (i.e. GDPR/COPPA).
Currently, if there is no library assigned to a dev or staging environment, it 404s. This can (reasonably) bother developers and break analytics testing on dev/staging/QA servers.Ideally, if an environment does NOT have a library currently on it, it would just use whatever is currently upstream in prod.
Hi there,Enhanced SearchI believe the current search feature, perform on the "title/name", which is good,Will be great the search capability is searching to the lowest granular for example searching "scripts" as well.Global SearchCurrently, search is enable for every "tab" for example rules, data element, etc ...Will be great if Launch has a Global search, something like the one for Adobe Analytics ...thanksKhai
Right now the minification process when building just returns if there was an error and the error itself, but no context around what code is causing it. This makes it hard to debug since there is no way to search all custom code in Launch; users instead have to go rule by rule to find the error. For example, I could have the following (valid) custom code in a rule: let myVar = "foo";return myVar; But since this is ES6, the minifier will fail, saying "There was an error minifying your custom code": This does not provide any useful information on where/why the minifier is failing. It'd be nice to see the rule/extension/data element, as well as the line number of what is causing the issue: Even if just a stopgap, being able to see the raw JS file before it goes through the minifier to search for the error would be helpful.
There are always various objects, be it a Request, Issue, Project, or something else that I would like to keep a close eye on. It would be helpful if I could tag an object as something for me to watch so then I could write a report that maybe shows me the last updates or something like that.
We're looking for a solution to determine customers that visit without purchasing, then return in a separate visit the same day to complete an order. Currently using the "within 1 day" option in segment builder seems to return 24 hours as opposed to "before end of day". We're looking for the latter.
When SSO is enabled the system will not send out a notification to the user that they have been setup. A nice welcome email would be GREAT to alert users they have been setup in the system, this would make user setup more efficient and cut down manual workarounds to let users know they are in the system. Currently the functionality you have is only for NON SSO customers where system sends an email to user asking user to setup a password. The functionality I am requesting is just for the system to send an email without asking for an action to take, but more of an alert - hey you are in!Thank you.
It would be of valuable use to some large organizations which are split into many Exp Cloud login companies to have an option to share WorkSpace projects and templates across Login Companies. An example of this would be as follows. 1. User A create a complex project in WorkSpace in login company A (Top level ORG)2. User A would like to share this project with User B in login company B (Same top level ORG, but different login company)3. User A now have to recreate the complex project in login company B, generating more work in Analytics. If anyone else thinks this would be of great value please vote up this Idea or comment on your use case below.
Good afternoon, Was discussing a current limitation of Adobe Audience Manager with our Adobe consultant, and she suggested raising a feature request with you (to then pass on to the product / engineering teams). Context:NOW TV is a digital TV streaming service (part of the Comcast family). Our users can pick and choose from a variety of content passes: CINEMA / ENTERTAINMENT / REALITY TV / KIDS / SPORTS – and are not tied to any contract. They can select monthly subscriptions and cancel them whenever they like.To make data processing and compute as efficient as possible, we store every user action within our service into our data lake as an event (with corresponding event timestamp) Challenge: Since we operate as a subscription business, a lot of things we do require us to use dates, e.g to know when a subscription expires, to calculate our customer lifetime value, tenure, etc. However, unlike Adobe
The drag & drop functionality on custom forms today is a PAIN. Since new fields are added to the bottom of a form, if you have many fields, it takes FOREVER to drag them to/near the top. If there was some kind of birds eye view of a form, that would be better.
It would be awesome to be able to create templates for custom form sections that are long or complex and need to be reused multiple times. USE CASE: We manually build out our product category and market/technology application taxonomies so that we get accurate tagging from users. We then use those taxonomies on multiple different forms, but have to rebuild them every time OR we have also tried creating a separate form with those (a kind of mock template) and build around them. The latter option is a pain because often times that tagging is at the bottom of the form and the drag and drop functionality is not great.
Hello, Could you please feed back to the engineer team that limiting the analysis for traits ( minimum population is 28,000 during the last two weeks)segments (minimum population is 70,000 during the last two weeks) is doing a deservice to the platform from a usability perspective by limiting the commercial scope of the functionality. We don’t need statistical significance to calculate the overlap between two populations and should be left to the user to decide what’s viable for them. I do appreciate a minimum for building a lookalike, where statistical models are being applied but not on overlapping. We have a large volume of niche websites and removing the overlap limitation would help tremendously monetise those websites better. Let me know if there is any way you can remove the minimums for both segments and traits. Thank youAdriana
It would be ideal to be able to tag the specific link(s) in each email as the CTA for the piece. This would be especially helpful when combined with more advanced reporting/deeper dives into email performance (Unsubscribe to CTA activity, etc.)
Looking to have consistency with colors in visualizations throughout a project. As of now, we can't manage consistency with across visualizations using the same data source - or across an entire project. Control over assigning colors in legends would be awesome. @jenla5 has asked that if this idea is desired, a post be created. Creating post. Thank you
When testing subtitles in Premiere CC Pro, I'm missing a feature. In a speech, the subtitle is usually continuous, meaning that one subtitle follows another. After the manuscript, markers are set in step 1. Then the subtitle is drawn over the length of the speech. And the individual subtitles are completed with +. The length of a new subtitle is always the same. Here I would imagine a function that fills the length to the next marker. Now you always have to extend the length manually with the mouse. Via shortcut or right mouse button would be a great help here.
There are many useful sync options that are available to SFDC CRM environments:But for MS Dynamics environments, there's just one: "Sync lead to Microsoft".The lack of these additional options really has our hands tied for including specific activity within our smart campaigns and flow steps - specifically "change owner", "create task" and "Delete lead". Please enhance the sync capabilities between Marketo and MS Dynamics.
In the AA general UI, Users can schedule reports to be sent to their emails. As reports are sent in a un-secured and un-encrypted manner, confidential reports / data can leak from those un-encrypted emails. So following is suggested: 1. Users may be prevented (by User Admin) to use scheduled reports via email. They can however download reports to their desktops locally.
One of the main uses of the Get Lead Changes endpoint for the REST API is to retrieve previous value data, often when some process has gone awry and values need to be reverted. In high-activity instances, there may be several things changing a data value, however—even if you attempt to constrain by using a generated static list for relevant changes, if a value changes multiple times, you wind up getting noise in your results to try to find the original data value change. Given that all Data Value Change activities will always have an associated Reason attribute, would it be possible to add a Reason filter when retrieving data? This would streamline the process of retrieving data for reversions.
I'd like to add another option to the Frequency menu that is called "one-time". This would deliver the report on the "starting on" date above and that's it. Right now to do this, you have to redo the Ending On date and scroll back upwards of a year. My main use case is sending a report at the end of a campaign where I want the "final" report to be delivered, but don't want to be sending it during the time in between. Related, one annoyance is when I have to scroll back through the year on the calendar. The bottom of the calendar seems fixed, while the top adjusts depending on how many weeks there are in a month. If it goes from 5 lines to 6, I have to move the mouse to scroll to the previous/next month rather than being able to quickly scroll through months.
Currently, it is far too easy to inadvertently enable or disable your MS Dynamics CRM sync. Yes, I speak from experience. And you will find that, having done so, it is highly likely that you will only discover the error after other business processes and stakeholders have been negatively affected. Not only is the control for this critical core function an unreasonably small icon on the tool bar tab, but clicking this control does not result in any confirmation/caution message indicating that the enabling or disabling of a vital system integration is in question. There is a very brief message that appears in the upper right hand corner that tells you that you have either turned it on or off but this could be seen as a very weak solution. Messages like that can easily be interpreted as confirming what you think you have done. I meant to re-enable my sync. I see that little message, it says the sync has been re-enabled. Close that message. We should see a clearer message about what w
We would love the option to hide the 'Project Condition' field from the Project screen since it tends to cause more confusion and concern than we think it should. While it can be useful to prompt Owners to take a deeper dive into a project, business partners outside of our department tend to panic when seeing their project is 'At Risk' or 'In Trouble.'
