I would like to add a frequency or limit on the Experience. So the Experience will stop after x times if there is no interaction on the Experience. So you can offer a new Experience for this person.
provide users the ability to choose if font substitution is okay, or if proof pages should be created as images to retain look/layout of fonts not in the system. Additionally, provide users the ability to add specific font families to their own accounts (to support proprietary fonts our clients might have, that we must work with quite often) Both scenarios above pertain to uploading PowerPoint files specifically. When font substitution occurs, layout gets all out-of-whack, such as words overlapping, line breaks strangely, words over graphics on the slides, etc.
It would be great if the Salesforce.com Campaign Name or ID could be included in the program performance report, or at the very least, in the program reports in the Revenue Explorer. Salesforce.com is our main record of truth, and often we have to reconcile campaign activity with program activity (we sync all of our programs over as SFDC Campaigns). Often, a program name gets changed, updated after the initial sync to Salesforce.com, and there is no way to do an easy match to find the existing Salesforce.com campaign.
Marketo should work on to add feature to compare two similar type of tokens in the smart campaigns as as of now if I have to do the cross token comparison I have to set up a webhook for this and calling the webhook increases the processing time as well as it adds a external dependency on webhook so now we have to work to make our webhook implementation optimised along with marketo implementation. Thanks 🙂
Currently, updates comments made to Documents do not roll up to the Parent Object (Task or Issue). Due to this, updates and comments can be missed.
For more complex segments, I sometimes need to create multiple rows of the same dimension and search criteria. Even when using "contains any of" and pipe delimiters. It would be handy if the workflow for segment creation would allow easy duplication of a dimension. For example, right click, duplicate this criteria. It would be important to preserve all of the settings, much like when duplicating a panel in Workspace. Edit: I know it's possible to click CTRL + drag the dimension, but I've only learned that from a tip given by another user. I'd suggest facilitating this, again, much like as with panels in Workspace.
It would be great if the Program Level contained the Business Case functionality and/or the Optimizer functionality . Many of the Clients I work with will have a budget for their campaign or their program, and it would be valuable to roll up the project information to the program level and complete a business case for the overall campaign. Also, if the optimizer functionality was available at this level, then the user could enter their budget for the program and prioritize the projects underneath more effectively.
It would be great if there was an "undo Proof" function, so that if you accidentally click on generate proof you can quickly undo that function.
When a custom field (Parameter object) is made as a dropdown there could be several hundred possible values (Parameter Option object). Right now the only way to sort the dropdown values is through the UI (see image_001.png). It would be nice to add an API action to the Parameter object that would allow this same sorting to be called through the API like in the same matter approvals can be approved/rejected/callbacked (see image_002.png).
A lot of times we as analyst are asked to calculate an incremental value of a change to a user experience. I know Adobe has Target which is kind of this ideas bread and butter but I think it would be amazing if Workspace could support the following idea for programs that we don't run through Targeta comparison of Actual data to a projected forecast of data based on an inflection point.I'm thinking a comparison tool that would allow an analyst to selected- metric - event or calculated metric- the base period start date --- say Jan 1 for example sake- the start of the campaign or ux change -- say Feb 15 for example- campaign end date --- say March 15th for example or could also be set as 'on going', in which case the tool would use the end date of the panelupon execution the tool would create two segmentsone for Jan 1 to Feb 15 with actual data with a estimated 'forecast' (simply linear) spanning until March 15th&one for Jan 1 to March 15th with actual data& a line chart should
its impossible to plan all tasks in a project. why can't you submit requests tied to a project? in addition, you should be able to pull in task custom forms to send data as part of the work requests. otherwise a PM has to know of every task going on and make sure it gets in the project task tree. its impossible for a PM on large projects to know of all work going on but if people could issue requests and indicate it's part of the project, then all work would be captured and visible. Am I missing something?
Would love it if the global navigation bar and project summary/header area would stay put at the top when scrolling down the list of tasks. Sometimes I toggle between projects that are on the same timeline and I compare where I am with some of the same tasks, but I don't know which project is which because it scrolls away when I scroll down. I'm not sure if I put this under the right topic, but I figured Projects since that is where I notice I need that info the most. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
We are in the process of implementing Workfront to Jira. It would be great if we could maintain the Parent/Child task relationship from Workfront in Jira, This would be extreamly helpful in creating story with Tasks in JIra from the parent / child relationship in Workfront.I know this can be done manually and the integration continues to work, with is wonderful, but to not have to create the manual link would be very helpful.
Can we have the ability to edit assignment reports inline? We've been trying to switch over to assignment reports from task reports throughout our system since the assignment reports are more flexible and show more data, but the loss of inline edit ability really hampers the uptake of the new assignment reports.
I created a Task Based Report that displays all Users based on Tasks Assigned To that shows only one line item per Project, Grouped by Assigned To: Name. The issue is that, it only shows one instance of a Project, even when it's Assigned To more than one User on a single Task, due to the system only recognizing the Task Owner. As a work around, I am able to pull multiple instances of a Project by using unique Milestone Names paired with additional Tasks assigned with one User each, however, this is not ideal and results in more effort for the Report to work. The optimal solution would be for Workfront to recognize and populate a Report with Projects - including extra instances of Projects - for all Assigned To Users on a single Tasks, regardless of whether or not they are the Task Owner. Positive Votes for this would be greatly appreciated and thanks for your time.
We wanted to use the same concept of the automatic email notification that a user receives once a task or project has been completed. But in our case we wanted to create a new custom email and notification that is tied to a specific numbers of projects (Not system-wide) in order to include a link to a survey to collect feedback form our users. Currently, there isn't a way for us to implement this to a portion of projects or tasks and instead would result in our survey being sent out system-wide for all projects/task completions.
When an email reply is posted on an update and it contains letters with accents, those letters are shown as stranger characters. This causes unpleasant reading and unsatisfactory customer experience.
Please create a wildcard filter for $$USER.otherRoleIDs or something that will allow us to filter based on all of a user's job roles. For our purposes, filtering only off the user's primary job role is useless when people fill multiple roles and need to be able to pick up work based on all their roles.
In Setup, System, Single Sign-On (SSO), there is a section named "Map User Attributes". I want to map SAML 2.0 assertion attributes to Workfront custom form attributes, but cannot. The "Map User Attributes" only lets you map SAML assertion attribute values to specific built-in Workfront fields, as defined here: https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/217194907-Configuring-Workfront-with-SAML-2-0. This causes issues for us as we leverage a custom form for Vantage information integration and cannot write values to the fields on this custom form when the user logs in via SSO.
I would like to propose that the time allowed for an upload of an attachment to a request be increased from 5 minutes to something longer.Could Workfront at least move that out to 10 minutes? Upload speed is dependent on the speed of the network the requester is using, and not all networks have the same speed. Because of this, someone on a business network might be able to upload more to a request versus someone on a network from home in 5 minutes.
My team would like the ability to customize the project banner to display the description filed, which would be the same as is currently available in the Task field.Attached is a PPT called Workfront_Banner.pptx showing what I mean. Thank you.
Hi there, It would be great if there was functionality to upload documents to a request queue and have this defaulted to all requests created. Right now, it doesn't seem like we can do this but if you can add it to your product roadmap that would be very benefical. Thanks!
Over time the amount of various rules created in Launch can get out of hand and knowing what rules no longer run can be a daunting task. Even more frustrating are the rules transferred from DTM to Launch and needing to know what rules no longer apply. We know that in debug mode, a log churns out in the user's console that includes all the activities done by Launch _satellite code in real time. I feel the entire community of Launch users would love to see a reporting tool internal to a given Launch property that simply illustrates the usage count of rules that are current and rules that are deprecated. The date range of this reporting could be limited to thirty days. That should be plenty time for every given aspect of a site to be hit and know what rules are running. Any rules with zero fires could then be safely disabled and/or deleted. I feel this is a fairly straight forward ask. I do not feel this upgrade applies to data elements.
One popular destination where one of our AAM Segments can qualify into is an email journey campaign. Once AAM qualifies a device into a segment using a combination of web behavior and/or onboarded data points, AAM should send them into the email journey campaign only once. We do not want AAM to continue sending the segment into the email journey on every subsequent page load after initial qualifications. Currently we have an AAM segment qualification based on a set of web behaviors on our digital properties. Once the device is qualify, AAM continue to send the segment ID into the email journey, which adds additional network traffic as well as clogs up the email journey server unnecessarily. It is behaving more like a beacon call as opposed to a pixel. We initially worked with Adobe Client Care team (Incident: 191226-000083) to see if this was currently possible with the AAM product capability and it does not appear to be so.&nbs
It would be great if the system update timestamps kept the day, time until 1 week has passed. For example, if I made an update on Monday @ 430pm and today is Thursday (3 days later), the timestamp should still quote Monday @430pm, however it says "last Monday" which can cause panic when looking at fast moving projects.
