Hi, I was wondering if it will be possible to get an email alert if content added to predictive content does not work correctly, because: 1.) website URLs are not working because they have been deleted or changed. 2.) image URLs are not working because the images have been deleted from Design studio.I understood that right now there is no notification system for this, leaving us not knowing of the items contain errors o not. Would it be possible to create a notification system/analysis dashboard for Predictive content errors? Thanks,Karoline
My idea is to separate eVar and prop colors on WS. prop dimension and eVar dimension are using ORANGE color on WS.But, these items have a different meaning of dimension. When we using this, we need to check prop or eVar.I think it would be easier for everyone to understand, if the colors were separated. And I sometimes set the same data for both prop and eVar.In order to distinguish between prop's data and eVar's data, they are separated by name.I think it would be easier for everyone to understand when analyzing the data, as we wouldn't have to deal with this if the colors were separated. Thank you
Would like to be able to build a report showing report creation date. We would use this as a KPI report indicating how we are utilizing the information housed in Workfront.
Many of our users select and copy different field values from project details to paste into other programs. A 'copy to clipboard' button next to each field would be a great time saver.
It would be so useful if we could include multiple values inside of the Member of Smart List filter, the same way this is possible for Member of Program and Member of List filters. It can get complicated if we want to easily pull in multiple smart lists inside of 1 smart campaign without listing a filter for each one.
Right now, there is no accurate way to determine if a file is identical, but uploaded with a different name inside a Marketo instance. While you can pull file size and try to 1:1 compare sizes to understand if a file is identical, this is an imprecise method. By storing some sort of checksum hash (MD5, SHA-2, etc.) with an asset, there's now several options for handling duplicate files. Uploads via API or UI could use the checksum to prevent duplicate uploads, and exposing the checksum via API (or even UI in some way) would allow for faster and more accurate detection of existing duplicate files.
In one workspace report I have over 30 segments applied overall and throughout the report to different metrics. This gets really cluttered and hard to read for the end user. In report builder I can hide the different segments used from the end user and I can add an image so it makes it really easy for an end user to know what that metric applies to. This makes it cleaner and easier to find what you are looking for.
The grouping header of a report should function as a link to that object, if applicable. For example, if I'm running a task report and I'm grouping by project, I should be able to click on the name of the project from the grouping header and be taken to that project. It's redundant to have to add a column for the project name just so that you can click the link and go to the project.
Per system design, proof owners (non-admins) can change the decisions of other approvers on their proofs. While these changes are trackable if you go to Proof Details > Activity it presents a risk for companies who rely on proof sign off for regulated documents. Currently there are no options for restricting this.I would like to be able to switch off non-admins ability to change the decisions that others have made on proofs they own.
Similar to how a user can edit their comment on a proof, it would be helpful if they could edit their comment reply. If something is submitted with a typo, the user has to add in another reply that is correcting it.
It would be nice to allow users to edit a comment that they have made to add additional information or to allow for corrections. Thanks!
Hi There, Issue happens based on below criteria:Let's say you're having 6-7 panels (reports) inside single Analysis - Workspace project. You're changing the report suite id in Panel 1 and using the option' Apply to All Other Panels' to change the data in all the panels. As you know, data will be changed from report suite id A to report suite id B in all the panels expect under 'Page Flow' report you will notice (existing) data ie Page URL from report suite id A.We have lots of portals available and gaining access to other report suite id data causes data privacy issue with our clients.A ticket is already raised and its under investigation [Incident: 200429-000137] but I've been advised by client care to raise it under Adobe Ideas. Please reproduc the issue and let me know how to handle this situation. Thanks,PV
Our pages have always showed up on Reports with the intended characters themselves, but in Workspace we get the raw code instead of special characters in things like page name / page title, so the display is ugly. Logically we'd fix this by changing the data source or processing, but the reality is that we have tens of thousands of site pages and years of data. Changing our data source or rule process to clean up the many pipes, dashes, ampersands and other special characters would lead a bunch of overhead and 2 years of transition time between old and new pages and titles (our long tail is... long). The activities around this would require major, sustained effort in order to:Get reasonable data on most popular content where top page views aren’t splitting counts of the same page between old and new titlesDo analysis like year over year comparisonsMaintain internal enterprise training and communications reminding stakeholders to use whatever workaround we put in place while doing
I would like to create sub panels to better organize information. Collapsing panels is an important feature to me to allow a clear overview of the reports available. Creating a sub-panel under a main panel would also help in better structuring reports.
Look at this screenshot: Did you know that you can edit the schedule's time by clicking the "2:53 PM" time? I bet you didn't. Because the "2:53 PM" black text looks just like the "Feb 11 2020" black text, just as it looks like the black text every where else. So your first reaction was "that is static text, not a link". Adobe, for a creative company, this UI design is really backwards! Stop hiding user-actionable links/buttons behind a "beautiful" design. A design fails if the user doesn't understand how it is supposed to be used. That is Design 101. Make links look like links, and static text look like static text.
NTT Data would greatly benefit from the Legacy Resource Pool field being made either a required field when setting up project or have the ability to set a default option for this field. This helps with our forecasting reporting. When setting up a project if this field is not selected it is not included in the forecasting and resource allocation.
Update the time of day the Advertising Analytics data refreshes every night to update at 1a so the data is available for the prior day when we come into the office. Instead it refreshes at 8am and it doesn't finish until the afternoon. During high demand times it's critical for people to make faster decisions which this feature doesn't allow.
Workfront favicon that appears on your browser's tab is not customizable.
We're recently started using the Adobe integrations to streamline uploading of documents from the creative team. One thing that would be good would be a way to see comments on proofs natively in the adobe programme, or to have a link to the proof from within the widget. It allows the designer to stay in the same interface and increase productivity.
There appears to be a huge gap in the data returned in the cohort table. If the inclusion criteria differs from the return criteria, there is no way in the cohort table to find out how many completed the return criteria in less that one period (e.g. 0+ days, 0+ month etc.)It would be incredibly useful to get at this information. Please can you consider adding a +0 column?NOTE: the 'Included' column does not represent what I am asking for, as the the include criteria is often different the return criteria.ExampleP.S. the Jan 2019 changes to the cohort table are awesome! - It could be even better if you sorted this out :-)
It would significantly improve the user workflow when working with AAM models if we were able to edit an existing model once it has been created to change the included data sources or to change the excluded traits/segments. Whilst data sources are slowly changing, if we made changes to data sources or add/remove data sources, we need to recreate every existing model and then the algo traits in order to allow the change to flow through, which is a significant number of manual steps and also requires several days of waiting for new models to run and new algo traits to populate. With the excluded traits/segments, this is a very significant feature to ensure that biasing traits/segments do not impact the effectiveness and accuracy of the model, however traits and segments are very frequently being created, and we regularly need to review and amend the traits/segments being excluded and update them. Today we cannot amend the excluded traits/segments without recreating the model an
Currently, I can design a custom form to say 'Make this field required' or 'Let this field be optional'.I would like the ability to say 'This field is required, ONLY if this other field is option X or Y.'Example: An order form for a laptop purchase, where the user can:Buy a basic laptop (dropdown) and order one of three optional accessories (3 text fields)Buy a fancy laptop (dropdown), and be required to specify the brand name for the same accessories since they're now included (3 text fields)I realize I could work around this by having two identical sets of fields, then displaying each one differently depending on the Basic vs Fancy choice, but this leads to incredible duplication of fields for any kind of lengthy set of choices.
Currently, there are 4 issue types that you can edit the names of as you see fit. My company categorizes things a bit differently than the system does, and we have more than 4 issue types that we use. I'd like to be able to create our own issue types instead of just editing the ones we have.
In Workfront, when inline adding a task, the default duration is 8 hrsWhen you click the "New Task" or create a task via the API, the default duration is 0 hrs as the functionality requires you to set the planned hours. The idea is that there would be a system setting that would allow each organization to set a default duration when tasks are created via the New Task button or the API, aligning the functionality with the current inline adding task functionality.
It would be nice to be able to have the choices for the Drop Down field to have the option to be in multiple lines. For example, if the choices were addresses it would be more presentable if they weren't under one line.
