Allow access to the Program Member object so custom fields can be pulled into a velocity script token.
Enable notifications in Goals so that the following could take place:A notification is sent to (an) owner(s) of a goal that they are required to complete the Check-In on the Goal(s)A notification is sent to executives to review the status of Goals after Check-ins have been completedFor both of these notifications it would also be valuable if there could be a timing function that would allow the notification to be sent out at specific intervals (e.g. 1x/quarter, semi-annually, yearly, etc.)
Having the ability to determine at a glance how a custom field is used in Workfront is extremely important for efficiently managing data for multiple groups in an enterprise. Without proper identification of how fields are used creates a unique challenge, especially when changes to a field have downstream impacts, including impacts to integrations. There are at least three ways to determine how a field is used and its importance within the entire organization/enterprise. Who owns the field? The ability to restrict access to fields through sharing is a good start. This has the potential of helping data managers and System Administrators know "WHO" owns a field, but it does take some effort to report on this. Some questions we typically ask is: Who uses this field? Is the field used globally? Who is in charge of maintaining this field? How is the field used? In calculated fields, we may pull data from other custom fields. Integrations can automatically populate a text field based on s
Currently we are only able to enter the "Name", "Project" and "Assignment", when creating a work item from Slack. Also, we have to put in the information step-by-step rather than in one pop-up. Also, we are not able to enter a ‚ÄûDescription“ or ‚ÄûDue-Date“. Hence, after creating the work item from Slack, the user has to open Workfront anyway so she/he is able to enter the rest of the essential information. We would like to have the option to create a work item in a pop-up and to enter "Name“, ‚ÄûDescription“, ‚ÄûAssignment“ and ‚ÄûDue-Date“ directly in Slack, all in one step.
There are times when a user may send a record a sales email from Marketo Sales Insight, only for the recipient to be uninterested in the email and unsubscribe if the option is available in the footer and/or they send a list-unsubscribe signal from their email client. However, when the Unsubscribe Email activity is written into Marketo for unsubscribing from a Sales Insight email, there's no way to understand that's what's happened. This is because the details on the activity don't explicitly say the email came from Sales Insight, and there's no way to use the "Unsubscribed from Email" activity filter in the UI to grab just Sales Insight emails. I recognize that tying unsubscribes to Sales Insight emails sent 1:1 is likely too technically complex to pursue, but could a filtering parameter get added to Unsubscribe from Email for "Sales Insight Email" true or false? This would address the problem without requiring big data analysis for this statistic.
I want to be able to see just how much the features of MSI are being used by sales and not just for sending emails. There are dozens of apps that can send emails from SF. My team also use Tout. I would like to measure and see who uses all the features of MSI and compare it to their performance. With a price per user basis I feel I should be able to measure these stats. I also need to justify its effectiveness to sales managers and its price to accounts. How many people are added on Watch Lists. How many MSI emails sent last week. How many Sales Users subscribe to leads/contacts.How often the full page app is accessed.Who are the most active Sales Team members using it.
It would be really useful if we could automate moving a document to a project folder when it is loaded to a task.
To report on Scorecard questions and answers, you need to use text mode to pull in this data. It would be nice if the scorecard questions and answers could be provided as fields that may be easily pulled into a project report. Right now, I can pull in the scorecard name and alignment value in a project report. But to get the individual questions and responses on that scorecard requires text mode manipulation.
Very often I will figure out the text mode for a report's column or grouping and then days, weeks, sometimes months later someone else will need that same text mode for their report and I have to spend 15 minutes going through the reports I think might have used it to pull that code and put in a new report. Ideally if I have already created it in a report I should be able to pull it from the prompts just like anything else. Maybe it becomes a new section at the bottom of the prompt called system text modes? For example I had a project report that pulls a collection of task name and assignment into the report. Every time I need to make a new report and pull that same column I have to open that report and copy it. I did finally create a Word document to house the codes but I wish it lived in WF so other admins also had access to it easily.
The attached pdf does not show the actual report - so remove it or make it optional - when using send to feature to email a report.Thanks.
We should have the ability to run a report in one common currency instead of having a report with different currencies for different projects. Having one common currency in a report will help an executive to evaluate projects against one another instead of him or her having to do the conversation manually every time.
There is a tagging of proofs ability in the stand alone proofing tool however the proofing tool within workfront has the ability to create and search tags tags but not ability to tag a proofs.I report on tagging in the stand alone instance and now that we have moved over to the built in proofing tool I would like to replicate that there.thanks
It would be nice to have an easier way to report on or at least see an audit trail of all changes to a user's profile set up such as layout template, proof access, auto generate proofs, and other settings not controlled by the average user.
The ability to delete sections or customize the fields when starting a project or editing a project. There are some sections we don't use or don't want others to fill out (almost all projects are created by using a template) and want to make it as simple as possible for our new users and make the set up cleaner. We only want the Overview (and even delete some items on that if possible) and Custom Forms sections. We want to hide the Finance, Settings and Access sections.
Expand the Type Ahead Custom Field to allow multiple users. Will allow to list multiple users using the type ahead feature.
Security is very important to us and we would like to integrate on premise systems using Fusion. It would be helpful if Fusion supported a VPN connection option.
Hello, our client is using the Multi-Site Management (MSM) features a lot. When checking component content in a live copy, they need to break the inheritance of the respective component first, so that they can access the component dialog. Afterwards they need to restore inheritance again.Business Value: This will reduce risks with accidentally not restoring inheritance and also will speed up the content QA process significantly. In AEM/CQ 5.6 (with Classic UI) it was possible to access/open the component dialog on a live copy with enabled inheritance. Can this be added to AEM?Thanks & Many regardsHendrik
Currently we are able to change the Branding in the New Experience Layout Templates for the Home Icon and the Main Menu. We need to also have this change on the exported reports.
Reports and any exports should have the company branding or at least ability. Today only workfront branding exists. We export project plans and reports to clients and it is not good that they only see Workfront.
Description -Currently offered CaaS feature allows content to be available as a Json for consumer systems. But there is no feature to either transform or update the DAM and Content links with the Absolute URL[Fully Qualified URL, Externalized URL with server details etc..] for either Content/Experience Fragments or Custom Components with a single pattern/approach.Why is this feature important to you -It helps onboard the consumers system for readily consuming the contentEliminates custom logic at individual component level or customization for core components/exporter logic [For content/experience fragments]Leverage the recommended OOTB logic and have single pattern for content/experience fragment and custom components How would you like the feature to work -Feature should have a enable/disable logic with configuration associated with itFeature should have a logic to allow transformation for specific patterns for links and configuration associated with itCurrent B
It would be great if timesheet line items would highlight when they are clicked. My team members are constantly adding things to the wrong line items because it's difficult to tell which row you are clicking.
Currently in the new experience we have to keep digging for the reference number in the issue by having to go to the overview screen, when in the classic version the reference was available in the same screen when updating an issue. The extra clicks seem unnecessary, as would love to be able to place on the top right corner or where more visible and appropriate per process the reference number via a layout template.Asking for the ability to place reference number where needed via a layout template. Or place as a standard for all issues on the top right corner where you see the issue's % complete, assignment, status and Planned Completion. Thank you
can we get Amazon S3 Bucket option in Data Warehouse ?
Description - Would love the ability to roll back segment changes to previous versions. When segments are updated/saved, previous versions are overwritten, and its possible for important conditions to be "lost" if someone is careless with their updating. Or perhaps they remove conditions and then press "Save" when meaning to press "Save As". Why is this feature important to you - This is important to my team because important segments tend to last years, and the conditions are updated to account for new/different data so that one segment can be used across time. So the segment goal is to "filter for only app data" but the segment starts to look like "includes hits where site name = app OR site contains mobile app, OR SiteSection contains _M" because "app data" may have been tagged/identified differently over time. We have old logic that was relevant 2-3 years ago, and if those conditions are removed from the segment because someone accidentally removes then saves, it would be very
My international NPD client has what I believe is a common challenge internationally. They have the ability to elect to exchange a regular working day (tied to their holiday's) for a weekend work day to extend their "holiday". This is being done on a business unit level. The project planning, needs to account for these changes as their project timelines/durations are very controlled in order to manage CAPEX and OPEX expenses & Product stage gate timelines accross a large organization. These "exchanges" of working day for a holiday vary from year to year.
