Cannot add swim lane rows to an agile storyboard, please consider adding this functionality. This image is what I would like to be able to replicate. Thank you!
We would like to have number formatted custom fields that allow numbers that start with a zero. Currently, the custom form will save any number entered but will delete the zero from the field once its saved. We are using this form to store codes that often start with a zero and it's important that it stays as-is for our metadata. Reverting to text is not ideal, because we do want it to kick out any attempts to store letters. Can the number formatting be changed to allow leading zeros?
The current system is able to manage two things: people within projects and roles of users. However, it is not possible to define a concrete project organization including users and their specific role in the project. We would like to have an option to depict the project team setup including the peoples role within a project.
Description - It would be helpful to have more information that can be provided when a feed fails. We are seeing a File Parsing Failed error. Did it happen on specific line? row? format issue? Any additional information would have saved our team a lot of time when trying to trouble shoot the error. Why is this feature important to you - it will save on the time it takes our technical resources in trouble shooting error that are presentedHow would you like the feature to work -Current Behaviour - generic error without any detail
I would like to have existing approval processes visible based on groups, similar to group-based statuses.
Recently I came across an instance where I was covering for a colleague (she did not have any pending approvals out so she did not designate her approvals to me) and I had to send a document approval to her client. She returned before the approval was sent from the client and I never received a notification of the approval, yet I was the one who set it.I called customer support and found that if the Project Ownership had changed back to my colleague before the approval was sent and if I was not the Document Owner (I was not, our designers upload the files, we review and then if no errors we assign to the client for approvals), then the expected behavior is that I would not be notified of the approval. This is odd to me, as I feel whoever sets the approval should be notified. Design does not care about approvals (in our case) and if the approval came in during the night time and transition from me covering my colleague vs. not this could have definitely gone unnoticed and caused a delay

It is quite often when one or few line items have to be filtered off from the table. Creating a search filter manually takes time. It will a great time saver if it is possible to create a filter by selecting the line items, right click and add them to the filter as the search criteria. Scenario 1: There are 35 dimension items in the table and only few of them should be filtered off. The user selects those few lines, right click and selects add to filter as exclude that creates a filter "does not equal X AND does not equal Y AND etc." Scenario 2: There are 35 dimension items in the table and only 9 should be displayed for the report/ analysis. The user selects those lines, right click and selects add to filter as include that creates a filter "equals X AND equal Y AND etc."
Description - Show a tooltip in Bullet visualisations to report the value of that bullet. Why is this feature important to you - It is impossible to see the value that a bullet reports. Comparing it to the axis is impractical when reporting small values or values of high precision. Also, other visualisations have such tooltips, so why not bullets too?How would you like the feature to work - When mouseover a bullet (green portion), show a tooltip reporting the value. Similar to the tooltip shown in bar charts.Current Behaviour - Nothing happens when you mouseover a bullet.
In the task view of a project, we would find it valuable to be able to select a task and log hours in the summary panel for another owner rather than opening the task up, navigating to the hours section, changing the owner there and then logging the hours
Entering hours in the flyout view is cluttered, needs design help from WF. See image below.
The "Close” button on the proof viewer is far too small. See pink circle.
Creating a segment that uses "starts with" rather than "equals" and having approximately 100 rules to set up this way on different dimensions, I'm really wishing I could change all of the "equals" at once!
Currently when I deactivate a user, I have to remember to unenroll the user from new experience first, then deactivate. Otherwise when I go to the Setup Menu/ New Experience/Enrolled Users column, I can still see users that have been deactivated and the count displayed is inacurate on how many users are in the new experience.
Allow for termination of a resource through SSO to manage attrition and team changes in an automated manner.
It seems that now when we open proof links within Workfront content or from an email, the Workfront App opens the Document Page and then you have to navigate a few clicks to the Proof Page. Originally, it would take you right to the Proof app. I would love for the functionality to go back to what it originally was. Almost all of our users do not need any information on the Document Page and it adds a few more steps that are hindering novice users from knowing where to go.Please allow us to go directly from the "Go to Proof" in an email to the actual Proof!
My team would like the ability to update documents without having to download the documents and then re-upload new versions. In SharePoint, we are able to check out a document, make an update, and then simply check the document back in. We never have to download a document to our personal desktops and then re-upload the docs to the server. My team would like to be able to do the same thing in WorkFront in order to make document updates easier to complete.
We have columns that display costs and expenses directly in the task list for a project, with a master parent task to summarize the totals. This gives our planners a quick, easy top-level summary of the budget considerations, including expenses. No need for separate reports, dashboards, etc. However, this relies on expenses being entered at the Task level. This works generally, but too often the planner doesn't realize they are not on a task when they enter an expense and it ends-up at the project level. These expenses can't be "seen" in the task list, causing a confusing discrepancy between these numbers and totals reported elsewhere. All I'm asking for is the simple ability to, like documents, being able to move the expense from the project level to a task.
Right now, the "Copy to" feature defaults to clearing only predecessors.I've had numerous requests to change that default to either all boxes checked, or simply some other combination of boxes. It's easy to make a mistake here and tedious when most users want all or most of the items cleared from a Copy.As SysAdmin, I should be able to modify this default.
The Issue Details show the overview at the top. The most important part of our form is the custom section currently at the bottom. We would like the ability to customize this display so the custom section is at the top.
The Issue Header needs to display the Workfront ID, submitter and date submitted at the top. These are the fields most referenced by the team.
When looking at the Issues list, allow the ability to sort by date submitted, type of request, completion date, alphabetically
We have options built into WF to automatically update project timelines each night. It would be great to have a similar facility to update all calculated custom expressions or perhaps subsets thereof. We use a number of calculated fields that compare the current date to task dates and baseline dates. We report on them and conditionally format based on values.A possibility is to put the custom expressions in report columns. These always produce an updated result when the report is run. However you can't do condition formatting on an expression. Hence the need to put the expression on tasks, report on the field value and conditionally format based on the value.Anyone else like this idea?
Hello Team,We would like to change the default partition in our Marketo instance, after raising several tickets to Marketo Support, we have been made aware that this is currently not possible. However, it's extremely important for us and seems to be a very basic but important functionality. Background: - We are a multinational company and our Marketo instance is being used by many business units at a very advanced level. - When we first started using Marketo, we launched a pilot with our French Business Unit (BU) and after being used successfully we introduced Marketo to all the other countries/business units.- Due to this, in our Marketo instance the partition used by France (intensively) is our default partition- We, at a Group level were not aware of this until recently. We had not been informed about this when we were widening our Marketo usage- Ideally, the partition used by the Group should be the default partition and should have access to all the other partitions.Issue:- A
