Some others like me are finding out that Marketo system time seemed to not adjust automatically with the daylight savings time change in the U.S. this past weekend. The system should do this automatically AND not impact our scheduled activities.Manually adjusting your time zone in your Marketo profile changes the time on all of your scheduled reports, emails, nurture streams, etc. -- which means they are off by 1 hour until you go re-set them all.And then you may have to do it all over again several months later when daylight savings time happens again. Please let me know if I am missing something in the Admin area that would fix / solve this.
Occasionally, we'll run into a situation that requires more complex logic in our smart campaigns that what Marketo allows. Our only choice is to create multiple smart campaigns. Instead, it would be great to have multiple levels (two would be a good start) of choices within a flow step of a smart campaign. For example, a single "Send Alert" flow step might look like this:If Telemarketing MQL is TRUEIf country is USsend telemarketing alert to US marketerIf country is UKsend telemarketing alert to UK marketerIf Event MQL is TRUEIf country is USsend event alert to US marketerIf country is UKsend event alert to UK marketerAlternatively, but slightly less structured, it could even look like this:If Telemarketing MQL is TRUEANDIf country is USsend telemarketing alert to US marketerIf Telemarketing MQL is TRUEANDIf country is UKsend telemarketing alert to UK marketerIf Event MQL is TRUEANDIf country is USsend Event alert to US marketerIf Event MQL is TRUEANDIf country is UKsend Event alert
Currently, Webhook payloads do not allow Velocity Script tokens. Why not?Using a Velocity Script token to generate the JSON payload for a Webhook would be very helpful. For instance, the JSON structure of my Webhook could vary conditionally based on Lead and/or Program tokens. Currently, if I want to perform different actions in an external API, I would have to create numerous Webhooks. I don't want to have a different Webhook for each variation of my API calls. I would like to use a single Webhook, but vary the payload using the conditional logic of a Velocity Script.DesiredWebhook - Mail Item{ "leadId": {{lead.Id}}, "sku": {{my.SKU}}, "qty": 1, "address": { "name": {{lead.Full Name}}, "street": {{lead.Address}}, "city": {{lead.City}}, "state": {{lead.State}}, "postcode": {{lead.Postal Code}} }, "data": {{my.Custom Script}}}Velocity Script Token - {{my.Custom Script}}{ "postcard_message": "Dear ${lead.FirstName},
Right now Forms 2.0 field visibility rules are only OR statements which seems counterintuitive because you cannot show a field only if multiple criteria are met. Unless someone has figured out a workaround, you can only show/hide a field based on a single criteria. It would be great if there was advanced logic similar to smart lists that would allow you to say ALL filters, ANY filters, or something in between.
Please change the color of the lion logo in the upper left-hand corner. Having the lion red instead of orange makes it feel like your projects and tasks are behind, or the lion is "angry". I understand there was a branding update but I feel like it brings on anxiety within the platform that wasn't present before with the recent change.
Hello,Short version: Marketo API to support extract of new acquired leads per program.Detailed version: We have tried to connect via API and GET an extract of the new acquired leads per program to show in one Data Studio dashboard for reporting purposes. Hence Data Studio allows to choose a specific timeframe would be really nice to be able to have a count (only a count and no other details due to GDPR related issues) of all the new leads and their Created Date from a specific program.Looking forward for your answer! Thank you!Dan
As of today, there is no programmatic way to send one-off program member custom field data via requested campaigns; the only alternatives are to run a one-off bulk import job or to run a separate form submission call. However, for existing organizations that already have set up REST campaign requests, there is no straightforward way to append this data. Ideally, passing PMCF data could be done by including something similar to the way token names and values are passed. At this time, this could only support passing records one at a time through the request, but that's a reasonable compromise for most uses.
In Classic Resource Scheduler, I was able to view tasks with predecessors. When a task was ready, the grey predecessor would turn green. It would be great if this functionality was available in the Workload Balancer.
Currently, documents, % Complete and Status data can be retained when moving or copying a task from one project to another. Updates at the project level will migrate if a full task list is selected, but Updates at the task level do not.If work starts on a large project and the PM wants to split the work across multiple projects instead to make is easier to manage, losing those discussion threads can be a significant problem. The manual solution of taking screen grabs or copying/pasting the threads - one task at a time- is not very efficient. If there is an option to preserve other task-based data from Task Move or Task Copy actions, why not Updates?
Right now, it's apparently not possible to include a comma inside a product name in SiteCatalyst. I presume this is some hard-coded limitation inside the data processing component. The solution is to strip commas from the source data. This is a bad solution. Munging data is just a bad idea. I can just see someone down the track, who doesn't know the story, doing some perversion or other with the data from SiteCatalyst and wondering why the numbers don't align. Then wasting a day or more before realising that the SiteCatalyst data, unlike the source data, doesn't contain commas. In this instance, the data I'm talking about is movie titles. "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon". "Synedoche, New York". Commas are pretty common in movie titles, and are really an integral part of the data. Sure, I could use a unique identifier and then use SAINT classifications blah blah blah. Yet another automated upload process to monitor and make sure it doesn't break and stay in-sync. Sorry, but
There are occasions when a username for one person is created twice. Proof approvals are then sent to both usernames and the user struggles to go back and forth between the accounts to approve the proof.Duplicate accounts are created when the user has a name change but the person sending the proof approval is not aware of the new name so they will enter the old email address, creating an external user for the user's old email address.
We are using the resource planner to forecast our team onto planned/active projects. There is an activity internally to explore using this globally. Here are a few comments following our Snr. exec demo; The current UX is poor. Unable to see the full project name or resource role name.Entering values twice; once against the role/project and once against the specific user. It would be good to have an option to mirror the entry - speeds up the process.FTE is entered as a decimal; usually entered as a percentage. Lower priority. The product is slow to load.Adjust budgeting dates; the chevron on the left side is pointing in the wrong direction (it should be < instead of >).Adjust budgeting dates; should be renamed to something else, as it doesn't actually adjust anything, it just shows you if a particular period is low/high/overcapacity.Innovative idea 1; a lot of companies split forecasting by confirmed / unconfirmed projects. It would be valuable to assess building this option into the
We struggle with users having to go to several different places to control all the different notifications. There should be one central location where a user can control all notifications. Users should be able to control the following from their profile where they control all the other notifications:-Late Proof Alerts-At Risk Proof Alerts-Default proof email type (All Activity, Decisions, Disabled, etc.)
We have an excel document that we have users fill out for every project. It would be GREAT if we could allow ANY user to upload an excel spreadsheet at the project level. then the information from the excel sheet would populate into the Custom Form. This would be extremely beneficial since there are lots of pieces of information that don't change. Instead of having to copy & paste each time.
Typeahead filters should be able to be applied at the form level. For example, if I create a project typeahead field for a team and filter it by their portfolios, I should be able to add that same field to a different form and apply a different filter. Otherwise, I have to create a new typeahead field to do the same thing just to have a distinct filter. This eliminates our ability
I would love the ability to generate interactive WorkfrontPROOFs of custom forms. There are several complex forms I've created and would love to be able to have reviewers test the content as well as the Logic in the form to make sure everything is setup properly. It would also be great to have all of the reviewers comments about the form in a central place.
We have an API call related to the owner value field in our system. In Some cases when the owner value is sent as null it is still updated as the creator of the project. The incident is raised with Workfront customer support on - 00216104, 00151895 Owner field of the project should not be updated if a null value is being sent on an API call.
When clicking on a link in a link in a view the user leaves the current page and is redirected to the linked page/object. Especially when the user wants to drill down into an object from a dashboard and later come back to the dashboard this behavior is very time consuming, as the user needs to reload the dashboard every single time.We would like to be able to decide whether a link should be opened in a new tab or reload the current page. I imagine a selection option in the "advanced settings" in the edit column menu, or using text mode HTML like on websites. The current workaround is to click on the link with "Left"+"Ctrl"(Win)/"click"+"Command"(Mac) or "Left"+"Shift"+"Ctrl"(Win)/"click"+"Shift"+"Command"(Mac)
Description - In Adobe Analytics Alert builder, the field for "Select Dimension Item" is limited in size, which prevents seeing the full dimension name (even though there is a large white space to the left of it).Why is this feature important to you - When scrolling through an Alert definition with many dimensions which have the same prefix, there is no way to find a specific dimension without clicking on each one individually to see the rest of the full name pop up.How would you like the feature to work - Very simple... just increase the size of the entry/display field, so either the full dimension name is displayed, or at least as much as possible to make use of the unused white space to the left.Current Behaviour - Long dimension names are cut off, and require clicking on them to display the full name.
Currently, there is a limitation in Marketo in terms of the type of campaign attributes that can be replicated from Marketo to Salesforce. When synchronising a Marketo campaign with Salesforce, I would like to have the following settings defined in my Salesforce campaign so that I don't need to adjust them manually: -sponsor-start and end datesThese settings are mandatory for some of our programs.Currently it is not possible to input this information in Marketo and therefore have it synced with Salesforce. The request is to increase the number of settings that can be defined in Marketo so that these can be synced with Salesforce.
It would be super helpful if users had the ability to export and print a submission while in progress or in draft. At times, users would like to get sign-off or additional feedback on a request/issue prior to submission. If users could export and print these briefs in a formatted way, it would allow for additional collaboration.
I've been asked if there is a way to assign users to roles automatically when a template is selected to be attached to a project. I.e. can the project owner attaching the template automatically be allocated their relevant role? Or, while following the process to attach a template, could roles be assigned at this point so roles are already assigned once the template is attached?
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: With more and more increased usage of Content Fragment for Headless applications (who consume JSON CFs from AEM), there is plenty of requirement where application teams need more control on each fields in Content Fragment. Currently there is no option to add custom field validations, add javascript validations or Regex in Content Fragment. Use-case: Content Authors make mistake where they save and publish critical data in CFs. Need custom validation logic option to be added in each datatype so that we can add more checks. Current/Experienced Behavior: No validation logic in datatypes except very basic like Required. Improved/Expected Behavior: Validation logic for each datatypes and among different datatypes in each content fragment model. Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM 6.5.5 Customer-name/Organization name: Manulife Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: CF editor with tabs Use-case: Customer has complex structured contents, modeled by CFs. Each CF has more than 50 different attributes (data types). Some of them also custom , like you can model with sub-fragments through the Content Reference. Editing these models with the CF Editor is not easy and requires to open different tabs on browser to have the complete picture. Our request is to have the possibility to split the various attributes on different tabs, like the metadata editor actually does at the moment. Current/Experienced Behavior: complex contents (with 50+ attibutes) must to be splitted in different CFs and authored separately Improved/Expected Behavior: a single CF Editor component with the possibility to separate attributes in tabs (which mimic the current Metadata editor) Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM as a Cloud Service, 2021.2.xxxx Customer-name/Organizati
While /rest/v1/stats/usage.json can return API usage from different API users over the course of the day, there's no way today to see a subscription's daily request limit (enforced or purchased). As a result, if you wanted to scale a program to use a certain ratio of calls relative to the subscription, you must first retrieve the number in the UI. Having API access and exposure to the request limit in addition to daily calls would be a major win for Marketo integration developers, as proper scales and checks could be dynamically built into applications.
