I recently set up the integration with Marketo and LinkedIn Lead Gen ads but we were not consistently getting the leads to appear in Marketo despite them clearly being in LinkedIn as submitted forms. I spent 3 weeks in various support limbos all to find out a LinkedIn field was getting mapped to a Marketo field that was tied to a Salesforce field with a character limit. So instead of throwing an error somewhere I could see, it just wouldn't sync the leads. It took me 20 seconds to fix the problem, but it would be great if there was some sort of error log we could access this information in. It would save you hours of support tickets. I regularly check the Notifications log and API error codes to see if there are high numbers, but if there was another place for developers and admins to go to debug issues without waiting for support ticket escalation that would be a huge help to both Marketo support and customers.
It's difficult to select the right template because it's cut off in the convert to project feature. The team has been converting without a template and then attaching after because they can search better by typing the name of the template. We use naming conventions to streamline work and know which team uses what but it's causing it challenging to convert.
Many approvers do not have tasks and work only from their approval list therefore it would be helpful if they could log their time at document level when they are reviewing and approving documents.proofs.
Hi! I have a problem. I want to download a Smart List with names, but everytime I want to export a list, I only have the option to download it like a CSV file, which is not good because when I open Excel to see it, everything is disorganized. I want them to be a normal Excel document. What can I do? Thank you!
Project burndown charts based off of effort estimates not hours. Workfront used to have them but they were only based off of hours. Having a project column that shows the effort complete of a task. This is a field that you update on the scrum board but is not a selectable column at the project level. Having a system that calculates project % complete based off of effort complete. For anyone using effort to estimate tasks and not task duration then the project % complete is never correct unless you have planned out every iteration for the entire project (which never happens). The ability to have a report (at task or project level) with a chart that allows completed effort (including tasks not yet complete) alongside actual hours assigned.
With the existing Data Warehouse Tableau export functionality, there are several limitations (e.g., length of time to export, gap in measures available, etc.).My proposal is to implement an Adobe Analytics Tableau Direct Connector. This will allow Adobe Analytics customers to increase agility with reporting and allow resources to be shifted from reporting to more time spent analyzing and recommending actions based on the data.
I'd like to see effective date ranges added for users in job roles. The goal would be to establish the timeframe in which a user is effectively acting in that job role with a clear end date for the system to establish when actual hours apply to job role A vs. job role B. The expectation is that this allow for more easily identifying the correct roles during a given period of time in order to maintain the history for actuals and reporting. We promote people. They go from DEVELOPER to SENIOR DEVELOPER but when it comes to Workfront my options are currently limited to a user having 1 role or multiple roles without the fine-tuning we need to under stand that between January and June they were a DEVELOPER and all hours should be attributed to that role. After June they were promoted and all future hours should go to SENIOR DEVELOPER. This should keep transactions tied to the correct job role regardless of whether a user recalculates the finance on their project. It's also a c
Currently, when you download a proof that is based off a link, the PDF file name is a super long URL. I'd love to be able to modify the name of the file name so that it is not a long URL. This would help identify easily what you've downloaded. See screenshot
Would love the ability to be able to add custom form field data to the Teams area when claiming a team tasks. This would help us to see key information about a project prior to opening the project brief. This would save on clicks and would help the traffic team prioritize work if there are special notes that a project needs to be worked on sooner than our template timelines.
We send out Smart List Subscriptions to Sales and would like an easy option to set a default set of fields rather than have to edit each smart list subscription separately. Strange that is doesn't even take the fields from the Smart List view that you set it from but a completely different set of fields.
Description -In template rules for page delivery, add a note to the UI when multiple values can be accepted on different lines. In other Adobe products (e.g. Analytics processing rules), this is made clear in the UI. It is also made clear in the audience creation dropdowns. This makes it seem as though you can't do this in page delivery, otherwise you'd think the same message of 'Enter each value in new line' would be applied to the empty fieldWhy is this feature important to you -In Target, it looks like you can only have a series of AND rules or OR rules. By allowing multiple values in an AND rule, you're effectively adding in the option to use AND and OR. Currently, as it isn't common knowledge that you can add multiple values we have situations where we're deploying identical tests for slight variations in things like query parameter value and URL.How would you like the feature to work -Literally, just a note in the UI when you select an option from a dropdown to let you know if mu
A little formatting could go a long way to help me read the operator list. It's hard to pick out the individual operators due to each true operator having an opposite false operator. It's a quality of life change that will save me a few seconds in segment builder, and make me feel fuzzy inside.Couple of ideas:List the trues first and then the falses (I don't really like this as it might move a popular false operator lower down the listFormat the false operators differently so that they contrast to the true operators. That way I can more easily scan the list to find the type I'm after, then pick the true/false.
Would like the option to hide the "help" button in the new experience. We have a robust Help and Support Queue that is managed by internal partners who then leverage Workfront Help and Support when needed. We would like the opportunity to hide the help button that goes to directly to Workfront, from most end users in order to drive usage of the help and support queue internally managed
Would be nice to be able to add another team member's calendar onto our own calendar view. Just like you would share your calendar in Outlook.
Please allow us to create a report which can show all the proofs in which you are a reviewer. There are many members of our executive team that would greatly benefit from this, as they are not assigned as Approvers but as Reviewers. They have nowhere to view the proofs they have been added to, so this would be very helpful to implement. All we would need is additional fields and inputs in the reporting area to be able to select "Reviewer" when creating a report. Thanks!
Hello,I searched the forum for similar topics but only found threads which were from at least 4 years ago and also without solution. As I have to export reports on regular basis, it would be more than helpful if the reports could be exported in xlsx-format. I think that many users would appreciate this feature, as Excel is still a standard tool.Kind regards,Patrick
Include Description, Reference Number and Primary Contact along the header / top row when within a request
The moment any task updates have been made on a Project Plan, if it is still in Planning mode, a notification/alert should go out to Project Owner asking if they meant to change the status to "Active". This is a step that is easy for people to miss and critical to project management/collaboration.
It would be nice if when submitting a request through any request queue, a user could select a "copy request from" option and then find an old issue or project, then this information would feed into the new form (as long as the fields were the same). This would at least give a head start on some of the huge forms our requestors have to fill out. OR, if they could go to an old issue/project and there was an option there to "Submit request from" then they could select the appropriate queue (that way the routing would work as designed). If the fields would just go blank if they do not exist anymore, that would prevent issues with custom form changes. I know this is probably a long shot, but I get requests for it frequently.
Right now, there is no way to change the order of column rules that are in place. It would be great if you could drag them into the desired order so that you don't have to delete them all and start over every time there is an addition of a column rule that needs to be considered first.
Currently Workfront calculates Estimate at completion by using the cost performance index and planned cost to estimate the the cost at completion. This method assumes that performance to date will match performance in the future. I would like an additional EAC field that would assume that the remainder of the project will go according to plan. EAC = Actual Cost to Date + Planned Cost Allocated for the future
Hello all, We would love the ability to attach documents when creating an expense. This would allow for us to attach expense pdfs and other items to the expense object Thanks, Al
I have customers that I have given a reviewer license to. They want to be able to see the details behind the summary hours and expenses I can make available on a project or task report. Unfortunately, if I create the report - natively Reviewer user levels cannot see the data. So I need to setup the report to Run As another user with higher level access (e.g. me). This creates a problem b/c they can then run the report as me and I have full access to the data - so they can conceivably see others folks data if they run it outside of the dashboard that I present to them.
I am currently unable to grant permission for review users to be able to view expenses and legacy resource estimates that have been added to a project. I appreciate that a review user should not be able to edit these - but they should be able to view them rather than just seeing a blank screen.
Description - Currently there isn't an ability to configure CORS for tracking servers. Especially in the case of setting up first-party tracking, it would be great if more restrictive origin traffic could be specified. Why is this feature important to you - It could cut down bot/undesired tracking and it would flag fewer exceptions when probing a site for CORS compliance. How would you like the feature to work - During the process of engaging in discussions of first-party tracking and using first-party cookies, it would be ideal to provide both the necessary CNAMEs to reference the tracking servers as well as any additional configuration changes that would be needed on the client side. Ideally, we could limit origin to the specific site we expect to send data from, and maybe a less restrictive, non-public endpoint that can be used for any server-side API data insertions.Current Behaviour - Right now the following header is allowed "Origin: null". Every endpoint, including those that
