The Requests window in Classic has a lot more information and capabilities than the New Experience. It would be good if the New Experience matched the Claassic page.
A 'workers' Calendar screen, especially when synched with Outlook will populate actual hours for the week. If a worker has their outlook up to date, in this example 6.75hrs of non Workfront related meetings - this isn't reflective within Workload Balancer. Meaning a Scheduler/ PMO will only ever see availability of 40hours, not see the actual hours available. Which will always result in over allocation of hours. Can we show in Workload Balancer a view/ colour change of 'Actual hours' booked per user so we can avoid overallocation.
Currently if dashboard contains more than one report stacked one after another they get some predefined height. If reports have multiple results and list is extensive you need to scroll within that report, and on the top of that you need to scroll separately to get to below reports. My team has a feeling of inception with multiplied scrollbars. This could be solved to some extent if the report height would be configurable as it is with "external page" object.
I think that on top of resource managers and project managers being able to see summary info about a user's time (Resource Management > Planner), such as Available hours, Budgeted Hours, Planned Hours, Actual Hours for a particular time frame, it would be nice if the user themselves would be able to see that overview - just about themselves, not any other User. That way they could quickly help resource/project managers in rectifying issues if they see any or even feel a bit more privvy to what their calendar will look like in the future ("I'm actually not at all available in February but it says in Workfront that I am" for a simple example of use case).
I like the table style view matrix reports offers, but it's limited to only quantitative data, which renders it useless for some ways I want to use it. Would really like to include text/qualitative data, so ability to include issue/project name in columns. We have cases where we want to see some milestones by quarter and month, and the top column quarter grouping with month grouping underneath is great, but then can't show the name of these milestones in the columns in the matrix/table. This is needed especially for things you will have < 50 of in a year that you want to see at this high level.
Currently, the "Must End On" parameter is limited to the timezone of the Marketo instance e.g. CST in the image above. It would be nice to allow the timezone to be changed to the local time of the Marketo person to ensure that people do not receive emails on the weekend or outside of office hours
At the moment when you clone using the API there is no option to tell Marketo that the cloned campaign should be executable so even if the original campaign being cloned is executable the cloned campaign will not be executable
Currently SSO is not available for the Event App and users can only access it if SSO is getting bypassed for them, meaning that they will be able to access from desktop without SSO as well. So we either give up on security and the users can use the event app or keep the security we would like to have but then users are not able to use the app. We would really like to see SSO implemented in the App.
Dear Product team, I have submitted ticket 00292846 for this topic. Please feel free to contact me to share this idea further. Thanks & Best regards. Tanguy
Allow for the detailed status and links to all proofs for multiple programs and projects in one report. This includes proofs created from existing files in Box. The proofs/proof id’s show up in a proof approval report, but not in the document reports. We need a way to view all proofs including status in one report, and sort, filter, etc. by program, project, with thumbnails and outstanding approvers. Then export and/or share that report so that the customer can keep track of the status all of their proofs in one place.
We have a user flow where users have to upload word and PDF documents to the SharePoint folder. As part of this flow - users are required to perform a “Trust It” action that is presented as a prompt. Please refer the attached document for the flow steps (training to end-users).Based on business feedback, this is cumbersome and hampers the user flow.We hope to find a way to grant a “blanket trust” so that every user within the organization does not hav to perform this operation.
Only Admin user can share project to specific group.I understand the reason, but it means that the Admin should continuously review and share any analysis done by the analytics team... that' not good for our work flow.Could you allow users to share project at least with the same group everyone belongs to?For instance, Analytics-Member-A is part of Brand-B group. Analytics-Member-A should be able to share the project with Brand-B group.
Description: Create a customer-facing tool or automated process to identify evars used in Calculated Metrics, Segments, and Reports.Customers want to know how an evar is used before removing or repurposing it.Why is this feature important to you - Data governance management, Save time and prevents and reduces reporting errors. How would you like the feature to work - A UI where a customer can enter an evar, event, or prop that reports on how it is used in Analytics Components (Calculated Metrics, Segments, and Reports)Current Behaviour - NONE
It would be helpful if we could move the Drag and drop files section to anywhere in a customized form instead of having it at the very bottom of the form.
The Resource Scheduler as functionality where the user can "Expand All" and "Collapse All" to show and hide, respectively, all projects to which a resource is assigned a task. This functionality needs to be present in the Workload Balancer as well.
I've only seen this suggested as a comment on another post, so I thought I'd make a dedicated post about it. I would like to see a "Log In As" button available from a user's profile page. So when you're done adjusting access/layout template/teams/groups, you can quickly check how things look from that user's profile without having to navigate around Setup to check your work.
Currently there is no way to have an And/Or relationship between column or row rules. This makes some of the rules we want to apply useless if 2 rules cannot work together. For example, I want issues red that are not complete AND over 2 weeks old. Since I can't add the AND, it's making rows red that fall into either category, not both, and therefore useless.
We would love to have the capability to use the same field on multiple custom forms but be able to configure it differently on each form. For example, we have a Brands field that contains a dropdown with all of our brands. We'd like to use this on a custom form where the user selects 1 brand from the dropdown, but we'd like to use this field on another custom form for a completely separate report, but be able to select multiple brands. We do not want to have to maintain 2 fields with the same data since that would cause extra work.
Marketo allows any value as send from address (example: MickeyMouse@Mycompany.com) There should be a way to restrict this to avoid impersonation in big organizations. Maybe only user emails are allowed as send from emails.
When you log time on an Issue, Task, or Project, you used to click the Log Time button and the mouse focus would be on the today box. This has recently changed, and from a UI usability standpoint, it doesn't really make sense. I know about 95% of my logged time is done that day, so I am constantly clicking on today's date when I log my hours. It used to have this functionality, but has recently changed. The support specialist I just spoke with on the phone told me he has received a handful of calls within the past week with this same concern. I would be willing to bet that over 50% of users log time for the current day. Taking this focus off makes us have one extra click. It seems that it should have the focus, and if you need to log time for a previous day, then you select that. "Something" should have the focus to eliminate extra mouse clicks for users.
When creating a calendar, it would be great if we could choose custom colors (CMYK values) to match client/product branding and more easily identify items in the calendar.
When you log into workfront and look at your projects, this would give a very handy quick overview of where all projects tasks are at, at a glance. You could at a glance see where each projects tasks are at without having to open them all one by one. You could then target the projects which have an orange tick which would indicate that a task has not been completed. For example:In the following there is 1 small project with 1 task completed which then also has the green tick on the project as there are no more task to completeNow in the ‚Äòblue’ project there is no indicator at all if I have completed any tasks, this can be the same for multiple projects, so what I have to do is now expand a lot or all my project just to double check if ive completed all the task. Now when expanded:Just focusing on the ‚Äòblue’ project, you can see 1 task is complete, this is where I think it would come is very handy to have a green tick on the ‚Äòproject lines’ (dark blue) area for that task, so without
Today, when viewing Campaign Inspector's details, the Timed Smart Campaign, pending execution icon is used for Smart Campaigns that were set on a timer but have already run inside Campaign Inspector. This can lead to confusion on whether the campaign has been run or not. Can either the default batch campaign has run icon or a special "Timed, has run" icon be used instead?
Description - As called out by user @gflare in this idea: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-platform-launch/add-the-ability-to-revert-extension-versions/idi-p/333149, a lot of releases don't contain release notes other than as an addition to one of the existing sections inside the Exchange, such as being added underneath "Installation" or "Support". When more recent hotfixes are made to address issues some users are experiencing, but haven't had a release note provided on the docs section of Experience League (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/tags/extensions/adobe/target-v2/release-notes.html?lang=en), we are in a limbo of wanting to address an update to get on a newer version that has a fix / upgrade, but not wanting to upgrade too far into a new version that might potentially impact our library without having to duplicate a whole library and test. Why is this feature important to you - Eith
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Allow users the ability to remove metadata values from multiple assets when selected via multselect Use-case: We can select multiple assets today and then click Properties, to add metadata to all those assets. DAM librarians are wanting to do the same steps, but to Remove certain pieces of metadata. For example, if we needed to remove a Tag field we originally selected on a set of assets, we’d have to access each asset, one at a time, to do that. This is especially difficult when the selection was just user error, and now hundreds of assets must be selected, one at a time, to remove that selection. Current/Experienced Behavior: Not able to remove metadata from multiple assets at once Improved/Expected Behavior: Add the ability to remove metadata values from assets, when multiple assets are selected at once. Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): 6.5.9+ Customer-na
