Many of our users are in the system to log or track their time against projects. Our process is that a Project Owner has to approve project hours for a user (whose timesheet can sometimes can span a few projects) and then the system admin closes the timesheet for processing. However, users often Click Submit For Approval on their timesheets before the project owners approve the project hours. Could you a add a column to the timesheet view to show users that a project owner has approved their hours? That way they can monitor and submit them only once.
I want to see where in the email are people clicking. I can see the link report that getting a heatmap visual helps better. This would help identify which section of the email people click more, whether a button or text links work better and overall engagement based on the length of an email.
I am editing this post as I found the way to preview personalization with segments and list. This post can be deleted. Thanks!
Currently, if you use a date field on a custom form you must provide a month day, and year. We have many use cases when only the month and year are known and/or needed. Especially when stating when a campaign will be launching or ending. Many users would like to see just the month and day to better plan for launches and initiatives.
Currently, the backlog is ordered based on due dates without taking priority into account. I'd like a sort feature to automate the order of the backlog; this functionality would allow us to sort first by due date then by task or project priority. With this, high priority tasks would be at the top of the backlog above any standard priority tasks.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: As per current implementation experience fragments render server side. So every time we make a change in experience fragment we need to publish all the pages or include it in Sling Dynamic Include. Can we give a check box in experience fragment dialog where we can select whether we want to render our experience fragment client side or not Use-case: every time we make a change in experience fragment we need to publish all the pages or include it in Sling Dynamic Include Current/Experienced Behavior: current implementation experience fragments render server side Improved/Expected Behavior: Can we give a check box in experience fragment dialog where we can select whether we want to render our experience fragment client side or not Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): All AEM on premise and cloud versions Customer-name/Organization name: Adobe Screenshot (if applicable):
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Ability to choose multiple options in defining rules with an "OR" logic Use-case: To be able to create "Requirement" and "Visibility" rules that would allow multiple options, with an OR logic so that we don't need to create the same field for the same rule just for the other option Current/Experienced Behavior: When setting rules, and referencing a dropdown field, we could only choose one option or multiple options but only with an AND logic. Improved/Expected Behavior: When setting rules, and referencing a dropdown field, we should be able to choose one option or multiple options with an AND and OR logic. For example we are referencing a dropdown with 1,2,3 as its dropdown values. We would want to be able to choose 1 and 3 (with an OR logic) as the options for the "requirement" and "visibility" rules to take place. This would mean that if a user chooses option 1 OR option 3, the field referencing this dropd
Our Sales Team receives daily smartlists via subscriptions for leads but Marketo's default settings is that the link only works for 4 days and cannot be adjusted. This poses a serious problem when someone from the team goes on vacation. It would be great to extend this to have the link available for 30 days.
Hi, we love an option to turn off proof hq comments on the updates section. It takes over the team's feeds and it's causing us to lose track of comments and projects. Sometimes there are hundreds of comments on one proof.
Hi, I think it would be great to have a feature to allow us to not put a current due date on projects. We have some work that doesn't have a due date. As the Project Manager, It's a lot to keep pushing the date out and out. This would be a great fix!
BMS currently uses a significant number of system-wide queues. This list doesn't pertain to most of our users. However, they need to be public, lest autoprovisioned requestors will not be able to see them.It would be great for an admin to at least hide some of the queues from the Requests section of Workfront in the same way we can currently do with filters, views, and groupings. This way, the queues can remain public for those who need to see them.
It would be great if the online learning content could have a certificate and/or a transcript of some kind.
We are experiencing an issue where text titles on text entry boxes do not wrap to the next line. As seen in the image our custom forms sometimes have detailed/lengthy explanations for the user but the explanation may not fully display unless the user hovers over the text. The text entry descriptor is cut off at the end of the box by the three red dots. It should just wrap to the next line. And there are times even when hovered the full text does not display. From my understanding of UI/UX text entry descriptors should not be cut off under any circumstance.I believe this is some thing that can be address fairly easily within the UI of Workfront and shouldn't require too many changes.
The current layout when when filling out custom form request could use a UI update. As seen in the attached image there is a lot of unused space when filling out a new request in Workfront. The new request page could easily be a floating page/modal that would allow users to still view the background information. This "Post an Idea" form actually models what I think would be a better layout for the "New Request" form. I took a screen shot of this floating modal as an example to compare to the current slide tab in "New Requests". If you like the idea please feel free to like and let's watch this grow!
The ability to use the wildcard reporting element in the Workload Balancer so that you can create a default filter that will display only the resources for the open project.
We had an event where a field used in a custom form that was being used for project log was modified resulted in loss of data within the field for 8300+ log items. This was a massive data loss for Logs from the past 3 years and is typically where work comes from for our site.Another Field was completely deleted resulting in the same issue. It would be very helpful to give a way to move data from the sandbox to the production system easily. Another way to help mitigate this is to put deleted fields into the recycling bin for possible restoration.
Its very difficult to understand if a rule is succeeding or failing based in Debugger Edge logs. It does not seem to chronologically display or display in association with starting, confirmation or return values. there are redundant things displayed and hard to find what you need. I think all that's needed is, grouped by Rule- Rule Name- Did it pass for fail- what data was available to the rule- what data was sent to a platform
For projects where there can be capital expense or operational expense, having the project manager set the hour type at the task level would ensure the time is being reported to the correct hour type. This would override the default time set in the timesheets.
For team requests, you can only assign to 1 user / team at a time.Would be great to have the option to add multiple users
Tasks summary tab only shows fields if viewed by users/s assigned to the taskTicket number for context: 00294540When viewing the summary of a task a user's layout template will apply if the user who is viewing the task is assigned the task. This defeats the purpose if only assignees can see the fields in the summary tab, as the Project owner / Project managers might want to see this too and not usually assigned to tasks.
Request: It is currently not possible to search teams and requests using the global search. Please include all searchable items in this list.
We have multiple templates attached to projects. Currently, you can attach as many templates as you like to a single Project but under Project Details it will only show the most recent one added. That area is static and not configurable to show all Templates attached. I also tried to create a View and a Report to show all Templates that exists on a Project which did not work. This again will only show the most recent one.
Currently, any planner can run a report to see role/user costs. They can also calculate this backwards by dividing total cost by actual hours to find someone's pay. We'd like this ability to be hidden from certain planners, perhaps in layout templates or access levels.
Instead of users sharing docs out of their own OneDrive, Workfront should be able to use a service account user that puts all docs of a project(s) in one central location, or better yet, use MS Teams. Both are just frontends for SharePoint, so this should not be difficult. By using a service account for a single OneDrive, or using MS Teams, all docs will be located together, you don't have to deal with uses that leave the team (or the company) and re-assign perms in SharePoint, and you have a better document history for new team members to train/ramp up.
I would like to share with my colleagues, internally, the evolution of the data in Marketo in an automatic way. To do this I have created several reports in Revenue Explorer that I have grouped together in a single Dashboard. The problem is that there is no way to share this data in an automated way. I would need to export the dashboard as a PDF and/or share it automatically like the Revenue Explorer reports. Can you develop this? Thanks in advance, Thibault
