Description - Functionality that will allow people to collaborate on and plan projects/initiatives over a campaign, season, or year (or any timespan) with the ability to assign level of effort/resource needs, at a high level. I understand that Scenario Planner is a thing but it is much too granular to be usable for our purposes. We're trying to look at a holistic high level scope of the year ahead for the entire Marketing department while giving ourselves a high level idea of the level of effort for the initiatives, comparing them to the resources we have. We'd like to be able to combine projects currently in progress along with potential project ideas or anything else that hasn't made it down the pike and been submitted as an official project yet. Why is this feature important to you - Our organization struggles with visibility into what scale of initiatives are actually feasible with the resources on-hand vs what we should actually be prioritizing or where/how we can create more
Description - There are still some settings that can't be managed at the group level and only at the system level but should be able to be group specific. Not all groups share the same process for getting work done and shouldn't have to be dictated by the System Admin and applied globally across the system. Make these available to group admins to set up.Approval SettingsPrioritiesSeveritiesConditionsProof SettingsReview and ApprovalResource Management - Calculate Resource Availability Using:Risk Types Why is this feature important to you - This is important because it's impacting workflows of different groups across our organization. We are having to write processes that include ignoring settings that are in there for other groups or creating our own version of these fields within a custom form - example one group uses a priority of Normal while another group doesn't and needs to only see Low, Medium, High. Another example is that the approval settings have to be set at the system
Description - Why is this feature important to you - Knowing the density of a mobile device (DPI, Dots per Inch) is helpful for mobile developers to understand the requirements of the app users. How would you like the feature to work - An additional mobile dimension named something like "Mobile Screen Density" would capture the dpi of the device a visitor uses. Current Behaviour - This is not an ootb dimension
It would be helpful to have a quick search function embedded within the Updates section on Workfront. If you have a long project with a lot of updates, it can be difficult to locate certain posts. Currently you have to manually scroll to find the note and you can only use ctrl+f to search if you have scrolled all the way to the bottom and click "Show More Updates" until there is nothing else or it will only search what is currently loaded on the page. This makes it really difficult and inconvenient to quickly locate a conversation when you need to reference it.
Description - Feature not working in adobe experience cloud debuggerWhy is this feature important to you - need to validate data which mismatched from actual hit to the data in reportsHow would you like the feature to work - it helps in debugging and move to the next steps to fixCurrent Behaviour - it does initiate the retrieval of post processed data in debugger but it get disappeared after rendering for sometime.
It would be an amazing feature to have an undo button for Workfront. This would be useful when setting up projects or templates. Currently, if you make a change that shifts the timeline, there is no way to undo this and go back. You have to manually change everything back which can be a pain. To be able to go back to previous versions of the timeline would be a tremendous help. This would be a great fail-safe when trying to manipulate timelines, predecessors, constraints, etc.
We are onboarding hundreds of new users and as such they explore Workfront. Many have found the Request button that is on the New Task menu (see below) that lives on the Workfront Home area. When you use this button it allows you to input a request, assign it to whoever you want and it creates a Personal project plan for the person. No notifications, no one is typically aware its been input....its literally a blank project plan, owned by the person you assigned with no tasks and under Requests/Issues lives this item you input. Impacted behavior - The Request button provides an unintentional option for users to subvert the standard intake/request processes with connected custom forms and all the other good stuff that WF admins create. Expected behavior - remove the Request button
Description - The ability to change font/bolding/italicize fields in custom forms. Why is this feature important to you - Helps keep important info or questions from being missed on custom forms How would you like the feature to work - On custom form editor, an option would be available to customize font. Current Behaviour - No ability to change font.
Per our documentation on enabling SSO:Add Single Sign-On to a Portal - Marketo Docs - Product Docswe only support IdP-initiated SSO, not SP-initiated.The differences are explained here:single sign on - Diffrence between SP initiated SSO and IDP initiated SSO - Stack Overflowand SP-initiated SSO is a stronger choice for ADFSv2 so many IT teams prefer it.It would be great if we supported SP-initiated SSO!
Description - Currently Hour Type can only be managed at System Level and Group Admin does not have the ability to manage their own Hour Type Why is this feature important to you - This is important as our instance is being used Globally and each Group Admin will have their own Hour Type. How would you like the feature to work - Allowing Hour Type to be able to manage at Group Level. This will allow Group Admin to create and manage their own sets of Hour Type. Current Behaviour - Currently Hour Type is share across to all users and we do not have the ability to restrict specific Group Admin view and assign unrelated Hour Type.
It would be great to be able to deactivate fields that are no longer being used. We don't want to delete them, if we do we will loose the data. It would be great to de-activate. Then when building a view or report you would not have to scroll through so many fields and possibly choose the wrong one.
For Custom Forms, it appears that Forms themselves can be Deactivated or Deleted. Fields currently can only be deleted. Please add the ability to Deactivate a field globally, so to ensure no data loss on historical forms.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Support for Amazon Linux 2022(Linux kernel5.x). Use-case: Use as the OS for new servers. Since Amazon Linux2 is reaching EOL, I want to use a new standard OS. Description - The current Timesheet Layout UI Experience and not too user's friendly due to the un-adjustable Toolbar column and Hour Type not able to display the full name with the character limit. Why is this feature important to you - This will improve the Timesheet UI experience for the users and reduce confusion. How would you like the feature to work - Improve/Increase (the character limit) the Timesheet UI Experience Hour Type to able to view the full Hour Type name. OR make the Hour Type Column adjustable in the Timesheet UI. Current Behaviour - If the Hour Type is more than a specific number character, the Hour Type drop-down list will not display the full Hour Type name. Floating text will only be displayed when hovering over the Hour Type. Screenshot below:
We would like to see three enhancements of functionality with cross project dependencies. The examples below are described from the point of view that project A has a task which is dependent upon a task in project B: 1. Update project A's task % complete as project B's task progresses. 2. When Project B's task is closed, close the task in Project A. Since not all customers may want that behavior, providing the option to choose whether or not to do this when setting up the dependency would be great. 3. Create a notification to project A's PM when project B's task is completed, or gets behind schedule.
Description - Report Builder reports have a few issues, one which many of us are unsure of how this will work come Dec 2023, and one that has always been a pain in our sides.... First, Report Builder schedules are managed in "Scheduled Reports" (along with all the legacy reports that are soon to go away). When Reports is sunset at the end of the year, where will we we able to manage our Report Builder reports? Will this section remain solely for Report Builder? Will it be migrated to the Scheduled Projects area where we can start leveraging tags? If so, we will need a new column to indicate which is a Workspace and which is Report Builder. The second issue, is in regards to asset management. Report Builder reports aren't currently listed in the user assets... when a user leaves the company, part of that cleanup involved transferring assets from that user to another... Report Builder assets are not listed here and are non-transferable. While I realize that we need t
Hi Everyone, since the launch of Apples iPad OS in September 2019 we see a huge shift in visits from "Tablets" to "Desktop Devices". Reason for this is the User Agent that´s submitted by Safari, declaring iPads as Macs. A deep look into our data showed that more that 60% of Tablet visits on our Website were reported as Desktop Device (Mac). This caused many problems on our end. All device specific KPIs, including our sales Conversionrates, are not correct. For example: Adobe Analytics shows a Tablet Visit share of 3%. It should be around 10%. Sadly this is still the case in our Adobe Analytics Reports. So it seems that Adobe ist still not able to fix this from their end. Since more that a year now. We did a workaround on our own and had to recreate all used segments that are referencing to device types. Here the workaround we used for our data: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58019463/how-to-detect-device-name-in-safari-on-ios-13-while-it-...In cas
Description - Currently while we are configuring fields for date type, it doesnt let us add any kind of validation on it. It would be great if there is a data validation option, eg - you can only enter dates in the future, or dates within a range. Why is this feature important to you -The use case for this is we want to restrict client users to select a date in the past where we are asking when do they want this work to be completed. How would you like the feature to work - Either a Global Setting or a Project based setting preventing certain data selections. Current Behaviour - Users can include any date they want, even dates in the past on current projects.
Description - On default wrap labels to be selected in flow visualization Why is this feature important to you - In the Flow visualization, If the wrap label selected on default, then i don't need to select manually every time i create a flow visualization to see the full name of the page. How would you like the feature to work - By default, wrap label check box should be selected. Current Behaviour - Now, it's not selected by default. User has to select it manually.
Description - Create an automated workflow where the Project Owner and/or Project Sponsor defaults as an approver Why is this feature important to you - Saves time for manually selecting project owner or project sponsor each time for approval of the proofing. How would you like the feature to work - Use the Project Owner and/or Project Sponsor field as the option Current Behaviour - Manually sending out approvals and attaching users to the proofing workflow. Takes time when hundreds of projects are going through review each month.
I came across scenarios where my clients request where they want to limit the number of registrations. We achieved the same with a bunch of effort and some manual things as well. This feature was there in Marketo Sky. I believe Marketo should add this feature and this will be a great plus.
Description - As a global company, we have users who set a date field in different timezones. The problem is that all datetime fields are converted to localtime. This has the potential to show a different date to users in different timezones. When this happens, people have different expectations of when a task is due. Why is this feature important to you - It creates confusion when dates are not showing the same for all users around the world. How would you like the feature to work - Need an option to ignore timezone and show the date as it was set by a user for all users. Current Behaviour - Timezone affects what the date and time is for users
Description - Please create a feature, that allows to schedule Workspace projects with closed panels. All panels within a project should be separately selectable for schedule. Why is this feature important to you - Because a lot of projects contain many panels. To keep the project accessable (not loading data all day long), panels need to be closed. But to send a project on schedule, all panels need to be constantly open. This can really slow down a workspace project and makes it hard to read or do changes. How would you like the feature to work - When a project with e.g. 10 closed panels needs to be send on schedule to stakeholders, it should be possible to have an option like a checkbox for every panel to choose them separately for schedule. Result: The project is send as PDF report with 3 of 10 panels open. But the Workspace project itself will remain as with closed 10 panels for the user. Current Behaviour - Either panels are closed, then you can't send them as scheduled PDF
Resolving comments is helpful to whoever is making the revisions. When the person resolves the comment a notification goes out to anyone who was on the comment thread. This could be many emails saying comment was resolved. There should be an option to enables an option if a notification should be sent or not for each resolved comment.
Description - While "last updated by" field is available on a task level it doesn't always render correct information (as confirmed by WF support) Why is this feature important to you - We would like to quickly check who was the last user posting update on a task, updating timeline or updating any of the custom fields. This is critical for easy handover of tasks between users How would you like the feature to work - I would like to have a field that would contain meaningful information regarding the task I'm looking at. Last updated by means last user who done anything relevant for this specific task I'm looking at (only!), e.g. posted an update, updated any field (including custom ones), modified the task timeline. Current Behaviour - Currently this field will also capture changes that happened elsewhere, e.g. if someone updates another task's timeline that will result in project timeline update (in which both tasks sit) than Last Updated By will display name of a user who updated an
