A coworker has requested a custom form containing several custom fields, each with multiple checkboxes in a single row within a custom form,to look like this: Check all that apply:Category #1: ☒ Historical Reports ☒ Historical Graphs ☒ Scorecard ☒ My DashboardCategory #2: ☐ Historical Reports ☐ Historical Graphs ☐ Scorecard ☐ My Dashboard He has also specified a radio button field with five options. They should be displayed thusly: Tomcat Constellation Tornado Hustler[and your pathetic page has mishandled the radio buttons!] In the implementation of this, Workfront displays them one button per row, resulting in this: Tomcat Constellation Tornado Hustler[Again, the radio buttons have been mishandled by your page.] These horizontal layouts are much more readable and is less wasteful of vertical space, since the current default behavior allows only one checkbox or button
Our marketing team all valued a previous feature that has now been discontinued - this was the ability to tick a box on document proof updates that added everyone tagged as approvers "Ask for Approval" - it was a fast and easy way to provide our stakeholders with updates on the documents and have them added as approversWhy is this feature important to you -Saved us time - was easy and quick to use
Description - Create the ability to customize the Groupings of Tasks / Issues on Boards Why is this feature important to you - We track work by Iterations and it would be helpful on the Boards feature to group work by Iteration, or even display/group work by portfolio. The current options are too limiting How would you like the feature to work - Provide the ability to create customs Groups- similar to the Group feature on reports Current Behaviour - The only grouping options today are Assignee, Tags, None
Description - Allow a text or number field to have specified field formatting, such as phone number ### - ### - #### or allow input of numbers being between value 1 and 100Why is this feature important to you - Makes data entry less prone to errors but allows you not to have to enter all the possible values in radio buttons or dropdown fieldsHow would you like the feature to work - On custom form on text and number fields have additional button that allows logic to be added and formatting. This would need to then be carried forward to reporting so display the values correctly too (including in textmode new valueformat allowing for the mask to be added)Current Behaviour - If its text its text, if its a number its any number
This is edited since they already had the original idea in the works.Description: The "new"-er idea is to allow for a consolidated Kanban view for Tasks and Issues in a single list. It's important because: Since most users don't care about whether the "thing I gotta do" started out as a task or an issue, it would be beneficial to see them all in one list. It's so much easier to prioritise and organise when you can see everything together. How I'd like it to work: a choice on the board itself or in the project nav bar to include Tasks and Issues together. Or, make that the default and add an indicator on the card telling if it's a task or issue. How it works Now: Users have to go 2 different places to see tasks and issues even on the same project Old-er original idea:Description - Put a "Boards" view icon on the Issues page of projects. Why is this feature important to you - A lot of organisations use issues extensively in projects. Also this would be great for request queues. How would
Would love the capability to simply transfer hours from one project to another. For instance, if hours were logged to a project that is then split into 2 projects, would like to copy/move the hours when copying/moving the tasks to the new project. We do report on hours per client per quarter/month, we need to make sure we have the right hours logged to the right project/client on the correct dates. Which sometimes requires modifying how the project from original setup. It would be amazing to have a checkbox alongside the other checkboxes (Constraint, Assignments, etc.) that pop up when you copy/move tasks. This checkbox could labeled "Hours". Another solution could be: within the Hours section of a task or project, the ability to check the hours you want to move and click "Move to" from a dropdown or similar.Currently I have to log in as the user who logged the hours, remove the hours they logged from the original project, then go to the new project and log the hours to the s
It seems that if someone leaves the company, but are on history reports, we have to change their password and lower their license level. If we can report on deactivated people that would be amazing because then they keep showing up when doing assignments or in the resource planner - especially when you already have 50 Michaels to sift through.
Download PDF comments for use in InDesign Streamline the editing process, efficiency, and accuracy when making edits. I want to utilize the feature in InDesign that allows the user to Import a PDF with comments and automate the process of incorporating the edits without copying and pasting. You can only copy and paste from the Proofing window
Description - Enable the "mini details" feature to all user profiles Why is this feature important to you - Currently, this feature requires admin-level access; we do not want to change all users to admins to have this basic feature How would you like the feature to work - when you select the "mini details" arrow to expose the status of user progress through the proof, it works without an elevated profile. Current Behaviour - Only admin profiles can expose the user status when the "mini details" button is selected; this feature was available to all profiles a few weeks ago. Now it's much more difficult for users to check the progress details.
Description – When an account is deactivated, it should be hidden from relevant sections, i.e., Teams, Groups, Reports To, Direct Reports, and any other similar sections/fields.Why is this feature important to you – Automatically hiding them upon deactivation would provide a more accurate representation of active users and present a cleaner UX. It is convenient that accounts are not removed from the system, as it allows for easy reactivation and retains all their previous sections/fields.How would you like the feature to work – I would like to have a filter to exclude deactivated users where filters do not currently exist (see screenshots).Current Behavior – In certain places, it looks as if the users are still active (see screenshots).
Hello friends!I submitted this post before, but it got deleted during the Experience League migration. So here it is again!Right now, there is no easy way to generate a next- or previous page report in Analysis Workspace. It is something that has been requested countless times. We can do a bit with Segments from the Flow Visualization, but that is a very involved process. But since we are able to change Metric calculations with Attribution IQ, why not do something similar with Dimensions as well? I would call this: Pathing IQ!Ideally, we would have the option to change the Pathing logic for any Dimension by clicking the little gear icon, like with metrics:Once opened, we could change the pathing logic like with Metrics. Things we could select there could be items like "Current", "Previous", or "Next". Ideally, we would also have "Entry" and "Exit" in there to clean up the Dimensions list. All would be available for Visit and Visitor levels. It could look like this:Now we could break do
The September 2023 release updated the Used By Tab for Design Studio Assets. We use the "used by" function to confirm assets are used in appropriate workflows. The column cuts off the results so you have to hover over each option. It made a quick eyeball validation more complicated and added no value. Go back to old process or at least allow users to adjust the column widths.
In Workfront when you download a mutli-select excel, the output is sporadic and doesn't export in any realistic manner, like sorting in an ASC fashion. Obviously, there are ways to mitigate this within excel, but it ends up adding time to the admins as most of our end users would not complete the follow up needs to break up fields just to sort in a proper fashion. This really isn't a user friendly approach and would love if Workfront would just export in sorted fashion driven by the report.
Description -Reporting on fields that have display and skip logic in custom forms would be great functionality for system admins. When managing and updating custom forms it can be a challenge to Identify all of the logic that might also need to be reviewed and revised. Currently the only way to review display and skip logic is by color coding in fields that can be time consuming and easy to miss with custom forms that have many fields.
Colour Management : It would be a massive advantage to be able to view and check proofs with a view to printing requirements. For example: Check CMYK colour separations, cutter key overprints and check 4 colour blacks (registration). This is a important part of the checking and approval procedure before printing literature. The feature could work the same as the print production view in Acrobat.Really interested in your alternative solutions.
Description - When using Workfront's "Workfront Proof" (Proofing Tool) to open up Proof Links, users have to put in their email id and password as well as validate their identity with their mobile device via text or call, every time they open a proof. This request is to prevent the validation for every proof that is opened or once it's validated, it doesn't need to be validated again. Why is this feature important to you - This feature will help the users to complete their tasks as fast as possible and would not be time consuming. How would you like the feature to work - When the users open a proof and they are asked to enter their email id and password and also, validate their identity and they click on "Don't ask again for 90 days", it should save their details so that they do not need enter their details again when they re-open the same proof.Current Behaviour - As per the current behaviour, the users have to put in their email id and password as well as validate their
Description -We are requesting an enhancement in adobe workfront proofing tool. When proofing, the user should be able to hover over a link and workfront should display a popup of the linkWhy is this feature important to you - this feature will reduce steps and effort as the enterprise continue to adopt workfront for email proofs How would you like the feature to work - While proofing in workfront- user can Hover on tracking code and pop up appears orClick on tracking code link and a pop up window appears with the destination location listed Current Behavior - User has to download proof and manually test links out side of workfront
We ran into issues with list imports the other day that was due to a cluster issue in the sydney datacenter where our instance is hosted. We had 4 lists that were "being imported" and never finished even after 4 days. This got me thinking, we have a Campaign Queue, why not have a List Import Queue/History... This could get cumbersome with how some of us use lists (campaign Triggering) but if it is either tabbed or categorized, based on the following it should be easy to filter and troubleshoot:Possible List Actions:List ImportAPI List ImportFlow: AdditionFlow: RemovalHere is a quick and rough mockup -- forgive any inconsistencies, I'm writing in stream of consciousness.StatusActionList Name(With List ID and Link)Program/Location Name (With Program/Location ID and Link)Start Day Date & TimeEnd Date & TimeView list of...In ProcessList ImportLI 10 -- Import to Program(LI124488)EVSP 2017-07 -- My Sponsored Event -- MKTO-SFDC (PG2430)7/11/2017 10:00:007/11/2017 10:03:00Leads Process
Please add the ability to make notes on logged time from the Home or My Work views. Currently, in order to make notes on logged hours, the user has to have admin access to Timesheets & hours. It's also an extra step for the user to have to click on the task, click on the Hours tab, and then log their time from there. It would be nice for the user to be able to make notes on time logged without having to navigate away from the Home or My Work pages.
Description - I think it would be helpful to have EPS files load in the proof tool. It would save us the time of exporting files to PDF and, as an Adobe product, I think it would help with integration between other design applications. Why is this feature important to you - workflow convenienceHow would you like the feature to work - I'd like to be able to view EPS files in the proof tool again.Current Behavior - EPS files not able to be viewed.
Description - While creating the proof, even the proof creator should receive the proof notification. Why is this feature important to you - With a personalized proof notification, the evidence maker will be verified.Current Behaviour - Once the proof is created, proof created won't receive the notification
Description - Since there are only limited possibilities to add a description to a field in the form builder, it would be helpful if it were possible to separate text from the actual label. for example Width (in mm).Why is this feature important to you - i am aware of the Instructions parameter, but this assumes that the user hovers over the corresponding icon. How would you like the feature to work - be able to enter bracketsCurrent Behaviour - brackets are not possible for label names
Description - Today, default Component Names in Customer Journey Analytics are based on the XDM display name of the field alone. However, that leads to potentially many components having the same name (1) while coming from very different paths in the Schema (2): This makes it hard to understand which, in this example, Type a component really is. To help this, CJA admins have to chose between two bad options: Leave the XDM Schema unchanged (using descriptive display names which only describe the current node) but having to manually change the component name in every connected Data View Changing the XDM Schema display name for all fields to include more information than actually required to avoid having to change many fields in CJA To help with this issue in CJA while keeping the XDM Schema clean, I propose to make the duplicate check smarter. Today, a number is added to the name to make the name unique. Ideally, in case of a duplicate component name, the display name of the field in
When more than one user is assigned to a task, only the main assignee gets that task shown on their calendar. The secondary has no idea they are assigned. It doesn't show up on boards, calendars etc. Only in the WF project task list itself. Make it so both people can see the task if both of them need to work on it.
I have a big site with multiple of lines of business using a single report suite. And I am very efficient in how I create our processing rules. Nevertheless, the business size translates into a lot of processing rules within which are even more processing rules. I am the only one that creates the rules and I have a good memory. Still, remembering where a given rules is, or if it even exists can be a challenge. Currently I open all the rules (67 of them) then do a Ctrl-f and do a text search for the context variable, adobe variable, or rule name. It would be useful to have a less clunky way to search the processing rule list. This could be a simple as an expand all and collapse all link. Then folks can use a Ctrl-f to find the rule of interest.I have submitted a previous idea about being able to download the rule list. If this is done, one could text search the downloaded file.Or it could be a regular text search box that returns the rule number. In this case you would need to
