Description - automate the process for "convert to task", so that when an user raises an issue in the queue it automatically becomes a tasks on the corresponding project as they select the client, instead of having the user to manually convert from issue to task. Why is this feature important to you - work efficientlyHow would you like the feature to work - automate the process for "convert to task"Current Behaviour - Manually convert the issue to task
Description - In Workfront, we should have ability to view all the templates associated to a project as this creates problem while understanding which template could have impacted tasks/ finances and lot other things for a project. Why is this feature important to you - The data reflected on a project we are not able to understand the reason for it as we do not have idea as to what template was attached. How would you like the feature to work - In project overview section, under templates section it should display all the templates attached.Current Behaviour - Currently the project only reflects the first template attached and not its subsequent templates.
Programs currently display a simple 'Around __ people are blocked from emails' message. It would be really helpful if Marketo could distinguish between leads that had unsubscribed versus those that are blocked for other reasons (e.g. invalid email addresses), particularly with operational emails that ignore subscription status.
We can currently reference a number of object types in typeahead custom fields, but not issues. I would like to be able to create a Typeahead custom field that references the Issue object please.
Description: Would like Admins to have the ability of adding a custom message when making changes or sharing things in Workfront that produce automatic notifications. Why is this feature important to you: The notifications are vague and can confuse a user as to what was changed, shared, why it was done, and what they need to do, if anything. The ability to have a clarifying message would remove the confusion and the user would know right away what the purpose is and what they need to do. How would you like the feature to work: The admin would check a box or indicate somehow that a message should be included when doing the update, change, or sharing. The admin would type the clarifying message and the notification would be sent to the user. Current Behavior: Users get notifications and then have to reach out asking why they got it and if they need to do anything. We end up notifying the audience BEFORE the official WF notification goes out that they may get an email notif
Description - Would like the abilty to order Work List by Task Priority. Why is this feature important to you - Our production team has difficulty knowing which tasks are higher priority when they begin working for the day. Right now, they have to click the task details in order to see the Task Priority level. It would be a much better workflow for them to be able to sort the list by task priority level. How would you like the feature to work - It would be added as an option in the sort (see screen shots attached).Current Behaviour - Only sort options available are by Planned Completion, Planned Start, Commit date, Project, and My Priority
As an Admin I want to be able to enable/disable certain email notifications for several users at once without affecting the rest of their notification settings they choose.
We don't have any activity log or any smart list, where we can find out the list of deleted records. It is something like if we connect third party tool via API it will automatically delete the record from Marketo but without API we can't able to get this data that which person was getting deleted via API. I would like to suggest to implement to get the list of records deleted from Marketo database, it can be any smart list or any activity log that we would easy to find out the data and the source of deletion.
Description - We need the ability to work within and make our Workspace projects more aesthetically aligned and not have to worry about one component being slightly taller than another. In other words, I should be able to cleanly size one component, especially one that has empty space in it, to be the same size as another one right next to it that DOES contain data. Why is this feature important to you - This feature allows for easy alignment of data that is alike and easily segregates other pieces of data that are not the same. It allows for proper line of sight and does not distract the data viewer when attempting to inform data storytelling. How would you like the feature to work - I would prefer that I could simply click and drag on the border of a component and size it to the same height or width of its neighboring component and it would remain exactly the same size or height as that component next to it without snapping to a different size higher or lower.
We need to disable open and click tracking to comply with regulations in certain countries (such as Germany and Austria), but that currently has to be done for each email (open tracking) and each individual link within the email (link tracking). We would ideally be able to track or not track an open/click based on the country where that person resides, or if we have been given permission to track that by the user.
It would be extremely helpful for Marketo to create an integration so that email analytics can be connected and filtered into Google Analytics. Have any other Marketo Users have made use of third party integrations by creating their own connections into Marketo for email metrics?
Description - Why is this feature important to you - This can help me in doing comprehensive analysis. How would you like the feature to work - It would be great if we can capture a list of report suites where a given segment is currently used.Current Behaviour - we can see the segments which have been created using a particular report suite but can't pull out list of report suites which have used a particular segment.
Description - For organizations that have migrated to Adobe ID, Workfront no longer provides the functionality to "Reminder User to Register". When doing so, Workfront will error "We were not able to send the invite email. You can try to resend it later, or talk to your Workfront admin." and will erroneously update the Expiration Date (but no further notifications were delivered). Why is this feature important to you - Our customers often cannot find or lose emails in their inbox. Ever since we migrated to Adobe ID, we cannot resend the invite email to the address. Further, we cannot delete users. Nor will Workfront allow us to create another account with an existing email address. We have to modify the name and email address of the user, then inactivate, then re-create a new user, etc. This is not an ideal solution and causes our user count to soar as we onboard groups of new customers weekly. How would you like the feature to work - Within the Admin C
It would be nice to have function to limit number of program member. In case of having event with limited registration number, we have to always watch if program member (event registration) exceeds limit or not. Automatically limiting registration number is very comvenient.
Description - I would like to add a header field to the task view that shows if the Can Start value is True or False so when someone follows an email link directly to the task they can easily see if the task is actually ready for them before they accidentally start working on it. Right now, you have to either go to Dependent On task to see if that was completed, go to the project view to see status or go to work list to see if it's showing as ready to start there. Why is this feature important to you - Avoid confusion and mishaps that require a lot of extra steps, communication or confusion. How would you like the feature to work - Add more options to the header fields and even within the Overview options as well. Current Behaviour - Not possible to do the above
Description - When a user clicks on a task from the Work List & reviews the right side of the page that displays details about the task, they see the task's TOTAL planned hours. This is not useful data for the user because if a task has multiple assignees then the user will not see how much time the project owner wants them to spend on the task. For ex: a task with two assignees, where one has 5 planned hours and the other has 2 planned hours. Both users will see 7 hours on their Work List. This could lead to both users spending too much time on the task & over billing the client. Why is this feature important to you - many tasks have multiple assignees at my org.How would you like the feature to work - I would like the Work List to display the users ALLOCATED planned hoursCurrent Behaviour - Work List displays task's total planned hours. I know I could create an assignments report that shows each users allocated planned hours but it is not realistic to expect users t
Ability to adjust the font size of the comments in ProofHQ viewer
Description - Provide access to view custom dashboards after they are added as tabs (top navigation bar) in a layout template, in the edit mode Why is this feature important to you - It is not possible to see which dashboard is added as a custom tab to the layout template. This makes administrative troubleshooting challenging. How would you like the feature to work - When I edit a layout template that contains custom tabs with custom dashboards, I would like to be able to see which dashboard it is, without having to click on the item. Current Behaviour - Currently, the only way to see which dashboard is assigned to a custom tab is to click on the tab name in edit mode, which opens the dashboard and takes you away from the edit page (which is another issue as all changes already made will be lost).
Description - It would be so helpful if there was a way to quickly tag all users on a proof in a comment. Right now, you have to manually type out their names on each comment and sometimes, I have proofs with 10+ people on them and need to enter several comments for all of those people. Why is this feature important to you - It would help save time. How would you like the feature to work - Maybe if you type something like @2008903-users or something similar that can pop-up in a dropdown after that as an option, Workfront would auto-add all of the names on the current proof to the comment. I'm a UX Designer so always looking for ways to optimize my time! Current Behaviour - You have to manually type each person's name and then select it from the drop-down on each comment.
Currently when you look through a Proof, the notes on the right don't display accordingly based on the page you are viewing. We would love to see the Proof Comments on the right hand side automatically scroll down as you scroll through the Proof pages to display only the notes for that page. If the page doesn't have any revisions, it should show no notes or if it does have notes and comments, only display those that are for that page.
I want to be able to have the custom form before attach document and other default fields. I also want to make some of the default fields required for request submission.
Currently it's not possible to add an OR Condition to a Rule. The Conditions are automatically AND linked. I had some cases where it would be great to add two Condition and link them OR. By the moment I do it by Custom Code.
Description - Allow add items in "updates->comments" section without save it on my PC.Why is this feature important to you - Is quicker instead of saving the item and click on add image then. Many times, I do not need it stored on my PC or I do not need to upload the document and just paste an excel table. How would you like the feature to work - Drag and drop or just Copy and paste items such as screenshots and tables and keep the table format in the comments.Current Behaviour - Save the items, and then click on add images is currently the unique way. Is not possible drag and drop the screenshot or copy and paste a table without lose the format or copy and paste a screenshot is not posible neither.
The ability to adjust the column width of tables displayed in a dashboard will significantly improve the look and feel of dashboards and enable us to eliminate the need to scroll within a dashboard report.
Was asked by the Customer Support team to contribute here, so we are!TLDR: Lack of ability to change Calendar or Board owners has incapacitated some workflows across our organization. Deactivated Calendar owners cause access errors, furthermore when at admin access level. Calendar entries are missing when copied. Calendar functionality is a key value prop for our organization. Forced to re-activate a terminated user so we can continue work. After days of troubleshooting, let me explain inability to transfer owners on objects has created a perfect storm, and a security concern. I tried to be as detailed as I can be so those reading can understand the rabbit hole we've fell into. From the beginning:Complaint comes in saying events are missing from an org-wide Calendar (that a recently deactivated admin had created / owned). Adobe Help articles recommend I copy the calendar, re-Share, and delete old calendar, but this created further issues. Here's a snippet of the support ticket
