I have had the subject line training workflow running for about a year now.  It has trained on 883 records and I am still seeing the message "The existing dataset is not enough to generate a model."  I do get an error in the workflow every time it runs "XML-110009 Unable to find the element 'runwf' of path '/' (document with schema 'serverConf')".  Has anyone got this to working with workflow training running over your emails, not bring in a model?John

HiIs it possible to schedule a continuous delivery on a delivery level?As in with a contact date an extraction request date?If so, how would I configure this?Because now when I click the schedule button, I do not see in the option to select a date or set calculation for a date.If this is not possibly with a continuous delivery, how can I create the same effect?I do not want to use a recurring delivery as this would create too many deliveries.I want to schedule it so all my deliveries are ready at the same time to calculate the pressure rule correctly.Thanks!RegardsLeonie

Hi,We are experiencing a problem in our integration with Adobe Analytics, in particular when we try to access Omniture API by means of a client. Hi all,I have some doubts about some delivery logs.We have some profiles that have faylure type Hard and Reason of failure User unknow or Blacklisted address but they have also clicked or open the delivery.Can anyone explain me better how it is possible that a profiles with nature of failure "User unknown" can received the delivery and open it?ThanksE.

Hi everyone,I have some email deliveries in the message center that are shown in status "erroneous" and some of them try sending daily, even though the messages should not be send anymore. Is it ok to just delete those deliveries? Or may the deletion have a bad impact on the cleanliness of our instance?Thanks for your answer!Lena

I am designing an email delivery using ACS default editor. I have added a custom content block in Resources > Content Blocks where I have put my HTML which I want to use in multiple deliveries. While designing the email, I add the newly added custom content block, however the HTML is not rendered in the Email. It shows as Blank Box of content block in the Default editor while designing. Hi all,I need to import a list of profiles but I want only reconciliate the profiles already present in Adobe Campaign without updated or insert.I can do that by Load file and then Reconciliation activity.After the reconciliation I have to intersect those profiles with another audience/query.I tryed this process but the workflow gave me an error (Field '/@cusCustumerID' cannot be used for join with schema 'Reconciliation 2'.).Can I set a Reconciliation activity and then an intersection?Is there a way to do that?Thanks,E.

Hi,I can create audiences for normal profiles but I want to be able to create an audience with only test profiles but I don't see the option to do that when creating a new audience. Anyone got a clue on how to do this? I see I am able to add an audience to the test part of a deliveryBut it is of course empty because I don't have any audiences with test profiles in it.Is this a feature that will come at some point maybe?Kind regardsRobert

Hi, I am trying to set up MobileApp channel in ACS for sending push notifications, but unfortunately it does not work for me. What I have currently:* I have written a basic Android application which shows the notifications and set it up in Google Cloud Messaging. I have tried it with Firebase and it works fine.* I have set up my application on mobilemarketing.abode.com according to the documentation, also I put some code to my mobile app to send analytics data and it works fine, so I can see my activity on mobilemarketing.adobe.com.* I have set up the MobileApp channel in ACS and set up the "marketingCloud/org" node in the ADBMobileConfig.json according to the documentation, but it does not work, so I cannot see my registration token in ACS under the mobile application / subscribers list.I have debugged my Android application and for me it looks like that there is a _marketingCloudServer instance in the VisitorIDService class which is currently null, since I don't have "marketingCloud/

I followed the documentation tutorial and created a new SMPP Generic External Account with information gave by my SMS provider. When I Saved, no SMS option appeared. Even in the Homepage with the shortcut "Send an SMS" as you can see:When I'm trying to create a marketing activity (Marketing Activity > Create Button), I don't have the SMS option :It seems that the SMS channel isn't activated (but it is ACTIVATED on the external account...)Do you already saw that issue ? Hi,I am new to Adobe Campaign and my organization has created Event Configurations and Transactional Messages. However, they have typed in the ID for the events incorrectly and ACS doesn't allow the edit of the IDs. I was able to update the ID of the Event configurations and Transactional Messages of one test event using Workflows. I imported a csv file, located the event configuration using the event type and updated its ID.However, I am not sure if that's a good idea or if that's going to break the integrity of the database or leave orphaned data. Is there a good way of doing this as re-creating the events and transactional messages is a lot of work. Thanks!

Is there a way to launch an email delivery (email campaign) from an external csv file that I want to keep unlinked from the recipient table?Meaning, importing a csv list with a single column containing just email adresses, create a list from there, and launch a campaign from that list?I know it's not best practice as you usually should link delivery to recipients for also delivery logs. But this is an exception.

Hello everyone,I have a campaign where there is a delivery. I am trying to send myself a "Send a proof" by selecting my email address from recipients list. When I click analyze I am getting an error. Hi - Like many users here, our customers have unique attributes per user such as name, country, subscriber status, what products user has engaged with, etc. When I create a dynamic campaign that will show the right content to the right user, I would like an easy way to select REAL customers who are part of the campaigns audience, and either take a specific customer or random customer and preview how the dynamic content will populate in the email. How does one do this in ACS?I am hoping to disprove my understanding that ACS does not allow you to preview real customers' email content. Instead, it requires you to create test profiles that you need to manually populate with whatever content you want to see appear in the dynamic elements of the email. If you hope to test dozens of variations in a short-time period and have zero interest in spending all of that manual time testing a limited number of test profiles, is there a way to do this in ACS? Hi all,I'm hoping someone can enlighten me as to why our ACS instance might produce inaccurate 'total' records.We've experience this in reporting, and other areas of ACS but this particular problem is occurring within our Services section.I was under the impression I could go into a service, and the overall number stated above the records was the total number of records subscribed to that service. Not so. I noticed when I ran a query to export these records the result was around half that number.As a result I went into the service and clicked 'Load more' until it reached the end of the records. That number matched my query. So my question is, what is the second number referring to? Why is only pulling half of the 'total' as is there anyway I can reset this number, so it matches the number of active records that the system actually pulls?
