Hi,

I have created and published a Transactional event but when I make a preview of the template appears this error:

Anyone know what is that error?

Thanks,

E.

I have had this issue in the past and it was because the targeting dimension wasn't Profile.  It defaults to Real Time.  It is on the first page when you hit the create button for the event.  Unfortunately if it is wrong you will have to recreate it because it is not editable.

Hi,

Is your event configured to use "profile" as targeting enrichment? Ie under event configuration of your event - Enrichment -  targeting enrichment, have you selected profile there? (You have to define a link from a field in your event data structure to the profile first under Enrichment/"Add an element" to be able to select "profile" if I recall correctly).

Regards.

Hi,

Yes I have defined under Enrichment the link but it doesn't work.

So I take it the link context.profile is available from within the message template?

Is this when selecting a specific (test) profile for preview?

Yes, the profile link is available and I can select all the custom resources created in that schema in the message template.

The error appears when I click on Preview in the message template.
