Schedule continuous delivery

Hi

Is it possible to schedule a continuous delivery on a delivery level?

As in with a contact date an extraction request date?

If so, how would I configure this?
Because now when I click the schedule button, I do not see in the option to select a date or set calculation for a date.

If this is not possibly with a continuous delivery, how can I create the same effect?

I do not want to use a recurring delivery as this would create too many deliveries.

I want to schedule it so all my deliveries are ready at the same time to calculate the pressure rule correctly.
