I want to spawn a new workflow from a workflow template. I was able to do that in Campaign Classic. Is there a similar option available in Campaign Standard ? Thanks and Regards,Rahul

Hi, I run a daily report in a workflow with a query object, and extract a report file, where I retrieve the unique opens and clicks from a set of deliveries. I am querying the 'Delivery' resource and pulling [kpis/@recipientClick] and [kpis/@recipientOpen] data, among other data. These two numbers have not increased in the last several executions. The deliveries were from a couple of months ago, and I want to continue to track these numbers. There were over a million emails delivered, so I don't believe there are no more opens and clicks, especially since they were increasing every day. I am new to Adobe Campaign, so I might be overlooking something obvious.  Thank you kindly for any help with this.

I'm trying to understand how the Open and Click Unique counts are determined?  I've extracted the tracking logs from a delivery, and then did a distinct on the profiles and do not come up with the same number as the dashboards provide for a distinct count.  The only documentation I found (https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-standard/using/reporting/list-of-reports/delivery-summary.html) is very basic and doesn't provide an understanding of what constitutes a distinct count of 1 because it's not a count of the unique profiles within that delivery.

Hi there, I have a scenario whereby I plan to set up some event transactional triggers and send emails using email address and other ctx attributes in the event. The reason that I plan to send as an event transactional message and not a profile transactional message is that I cannot guarantee that the profile will exist in the profile schema at the time. However, if possible I'd prefer not to totally ignore these transactional messages from the profile's contact history if they do exist. Is there any way around this? e.g. match to profile and send as a profile transactional message if exists (and thus adds to history) Else just send the message to the email in the API call?Or retrospectively use ctx fields from the event delivery logs to somehow add this data as a nightly job? (e.g. create a custom resource or somehow add a record to the profile delivery logs). I did try to see if I could access the ctx fields of a transactional message delivery log through a w

Hi there, I have a use case where 2 different systems (each managed by a different agency) needs to use Adobe Campaign Standards API (for transactional messaging). Can someone advise the best way to set-up: Create 1 integration in the Adobe IO console to ACS and install a public key for each of the 2 systems within that integration.ORCreate 2 integrations (one per system) and install 1 public key in each integration. Are both acceptable ways? Are there any benefits of one over another? Thanks David

Hi All,We have created Event and a Transactional message template in ACS which will be triggered by API call.So there are some personalized fields which we have created in Event Configuration and used the same in the email template.Now my question is I want to know the delivery statistics of the Transactional message based on any one field of Event ConfigurationLets say I have created a field called executed date in Event Configuration and used this field in Transactional message Personalization field now I want to track the delivery summary using executed date field.Note: These event fields data is coming through pay load and we are not storing in ACS.Is there a way to calculate the same, Please help me with some solution

I re-drafted my profile schema and tried to re-publish the profile schema. While preparing I am getting the following error message.SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'GenerateCusResource' of service 'xtk:builder'.XML-110018 Error while parsing XML string ''(1:1) : Invalid document structure16384Cannot find the '' resource in the '' version API.Generating 'Profiles (profile)' resource.I even tried deleting the drafted profile schema and extend it again. But profile is not appearing in the list of available schemas available to be extended. In the workflow logs I started to see the error message "Cannot find the 'profile' resource in the 'head' version API.". 

Hi All, Is there a way to process incoming emails to a particular account, it seems there is an Email Inbound Activity in Classic (https://final-docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC/en/WKF_Repository_of_activities_Event_activities.html#Inbound_Emails). Anyway we can process emails from an inbox.Use case is to be able to unsubscribe profiles if they email a specific email address.Thanks

Hi There I would like to check How the organisation unit security applies in custom schema. When we enable organisation unit in profile resource, it will be automatically restrict the data between the users within the different organisation unit. 1. Will this work same for custom schema's?   2. Do we need to add Organization Unit field in all custom schema?3. After adding Organization Unit field in all custom schema, do we need to link it back with OOTB organisation unit schema with one-to-many relation? Please check and advise how this works and how to achieve this. ThanksNandha

Hello, please, I need to create one segmentation by number of rows. For example when I group the rows by ClientId, the Ids with only one row are one segment, the Ids with 2 rows are other segment and so on. How could I create this segmentation? Could you help me, please? Att.,Gabriel

It appears from previous posts, there is no way to recover deleted Campaigns or Workflows. If this is still the case, is there any way to find which Campaign or Workflows may have been deleted on a given day? We have many campaigns and workflow, and one may have been deleted by mistake. Is there any chance of recovering them, or, if not, at least find out which might have been deleted from a particular log file? We think we have part of the name of the object, and we believe it was a scheduled job, if this helps at all.  Thank you very much for any help with this!

Hi Team,I was exploring the ACS API call with adobe IO, just wanted to check, if we can generate a JSON Web Token without logging into adobe IO console.How to setup a mechanism where we sent the required information (org id etc.) along with private key of integration to generate a JWT.I have been through some documents, however couldn't get any information about this. The process of generating access token from JWT and further API calls are very much clear to me, however the doubt is regarding creation of JWT without logging into adobe IO console. Regards,Subrat

Specifically, the problem  looks to be when i try to decrypt back the data that i encrypt before. After Decrypt funtion the data cames ''empty''. i will try to explain what i am doing with an example:I have taken a client from my database in a workflow to encrypt his email. As it shows in the Adobe campaign standard guide functions, https://helpx.adobe.com/campaign/standard/automating/using/list-of-functions.html, I used the functions encryption_aescbcDecrypt and encryption_aescbcEncrypt.
