Hi Team

How to build a dynamic content in email using custom schema data fields?

Requirement:

1. We need to build an email with 4x4 layout image block.

2. Those 4x4 will need to display images of the product, which a consumer purchased in a transaction.

3. We have custom schema with all transaction details. But in image block we don't see the custom schema's listing.

please guide me how to achieve this.

Thanks

Nandha

Hi @nandhakumarp326,

I hope you have already created link between profile and transaction schema. On the query activity were you will pull the targets you can add additional data as collection to transaction schema and which allows to specify fields (Including product image) you want to carry through rest of the workflow. Once you have additional data passed through query activity allows fields to select as personalization fields under additional data section on the fields (transaction schema).

Thanks, Sathees
