How do I remove/delete a user from a security group within ACS?I have removed the user from the Product Profile in Admin Console, but the user still shows in the security group.Adobe documentation says:"If users are removed from a security group in the Admin console, they will remain part of the Adobe Campaign security group and will no longer be able to log in Adobe Campaign. In this case, remove the users’ email addresses in the admin console to prevent them from receiving sensitive information."But it doesn't say how to remove them from the security group.

Hello all. I had a recent workflow stopped working after a while with an error (see below) on the Load file step which had previously worked. I’m pretty sure I did not change that process although I did change other ones in the workflow. I tried deleting the Load File step and adding a new one back in. No change to the error message.Error Message: WDB-200001 SQL statement 'INSERT INTO XtkWorkflowEvent (iEventIdentifier, tsCreation, tsProcessing, sActivity, iStatus, iKeepResult, sTransition, iWorkflowId, iWorkflowEventId) VALUES ($1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $6, $7, $8, $9)' could not be executed. Hello All,I have new email creative that shows our total amount... in pretty big font size. We have the total amount coming in from a file and the value comes in as 1,234.00 I'm needing to remove the .00 in this one email campaign. I have no clue where to start looking for an answer. 

How can I add an enumeration to the existing state field in the Delivery table. In a similar way how can I change the length of an existing field in the recipient(profile) table.  E.G. change length of first name from 30 to 50 characters? 

Hi, I'm about to set up a workflow that downloads a file from S3, load the file in to update the data for my profiles. I was wondering , how long does it take before the changes are reflected, so that i can create segments based on the updated data? Thanks,Kasper

Hi Team, Hope you are all well and keeping safe.We have recently started using gifs as part of our promotional campaigns and this has been excellent so far, I have observed that we also have a video content component as part of ACS Email designer.I have tried using that, but it didn't tuned out well. Can some one please help me how we can insert a video as part of promotional emails in ACS, your inputs will be appreciated.Also, do we need to upload a video as we do it for a image or gif (or) we can give a YouTube link? please advise Best Regards,Seetharam Vemuri

Hi All, In campaign control panel under top 10 temporary resources, I can see workflows which have name =_XXXXthere are few with the same naming convention that are always present there but when I lookup in the instance, I cannot find them. has anyone come across such a scenario? appreciate the help I have added an example from the control panel screen.   

Our objective is to have more details in the email open tracking.We would like to have 3 segments of email view time:Delete <3 SecondsScan 3-9 SecondsRead >9 SecondsBased on our research it can be implemented in general using a Tracking Pixel and an HTTP Status of 307 which is a temporarily redirect.Do we have any chance in Adobe Campaign to modify the tracking measurement?Any help is highly welcome!.

Hello, I have the exact same issue as described in those two tickets : here and here. We implemented transactional messaging on our Staging ACS instance, where everything works fine. After moving to production, we get the following error message when calling the transaction message API. (The token exchange works fine) : {    "code": 502,    "message": "Oops. Something went wrong. Check your URI and try again."} After seeing the response in the two tickets I referred, I created a second projet in I/O, specifically for Production, but I still get the same error. This doc seems to indicate it might be a CNAME issue, to check with support. Can this really be the issue? hi everybody, we already defined Adobe Expierence Cloud Triggers, however the audiences haven't been synced.We want to stick to the Visitor ID service (not Declared ID). In Adobe Launch the data elements ECID and AdobeMarketingCloudVisitorID seem to be set-up correctly. So the config of Shared Audience in ACS throws an error:  The config of the shared data source looks as follows (there is no other source listed) What do I need to select as data source and which steps need to be performed before? Thanks, Thomas

I'm in the process of updating some of the email copy and was working on an email template updating some formatting and text in the editor as that is rather easier and it has all been saved. Seemed fine.However, when I went into the html editor I was confused as the copy was the old text?Are they not meant to be in sync?Is it just me or is adobe campaign one of the worst buggy products ever?

How do I enable the ability to see and adjust the Last execution date of the incremental query? - I have a need to see the records from the last time the workflow ran, so I want clear out the last execution date of my incremental query. We appear to not have access to Experience Cloud Asset, as we just use ACS 'standalone'.   Is there a way to manage images and assets used in campaigns, without having to re-upload the same images over and over?   How is the storage usage and those assets managed?

Hi, I am looking to see if there is an Adobe enterprise product that would help to manage and create dynamic QR codes that have been printed on packaging. I would like to change the link at a later date without having to re-print the QR code. Tracking and analytics are an additional need I am looking for I am just not familiar with Adobe Campaign to know if it is available here or in another program.

Hey, I'm currently using Neolane on a large Android app (millions of users), and have noticed crashes caused by the Neolane library in our crash reporting system (Firebase Crashlytics). As I couldn't find the source code, I'm unable to find any further information about these crashes. Hopefully this community can help! It's worth noting these crashes are rare (30-40 instances across 300-400k uses in last couple of days), but I'd still like to resolve them. Hello Is there a way to update a field in the recipient tracking log in ACS (nms:trackingLogRcp:profileTrackingLog)? The field I was looking to update is the URL category and it seems that I wasnt able to locate any relevant resource in the "Dimension to update" in the Update data activity in a workflow... Thanks Gigi

Hi Experts - is there any future enhancement in ACS, where we can do conversational sms or atleast do an action based on the response ? Our requirement is if customer replies to a particular short code, we want to make an api call to update some status and respond back to the customer.

Hi community, The public key generated via the Adobe io console while creating integrations for using API has an expiration date.  so how do I monitor this expiration? I am ideally looking to get notified before expiration.

While loading an ACS instance, I am getting above error and it started working after sometime but this error keep on happening everyday. Could anyone can help why this issue happening and what steps has to be taken?
