Stopping the use of Bit.ly links

Our deliverability vendor is requesting we put something in place to stop the use of Bit.ly links.  We have tried educating our user base, but some just forget.

 

Does anyone know a way to stop emails with these links from sending?  Topology rule, script, .....?

I copied Check URL(urlSource) and then made my mods for bit.ly checking.  It works perfectly and stops the delivery during proofing.

You could do that using a typology rule.

You may look at the standard rule "Check unsubscription link" as a started for this
