Hi everyone, We need to send data of deliveries to an external source (Salesforce). One possibility is to generate a file by a workflow and export to Salesforce, however, we need to know if is there another possibility, for example, that Salesforce access by an API and receive the information? Thanks in advance!!

Hello all, I want to get the number of send in a primary delivery in a query. Has anyone had success auto forwarding emails that are sent to the From email ID (sub domain) as opposed to the receiver of the email using the reply all. For my client the From email address is a subdomain (ex: news@emails.customer.com) and the reply to is just @2162676.com. We have users complaining that they copy the From email address and are not receiving emails due to it being a subdomain. How can we make sure those emails are not lost, as it costs client business. Can a subdomain be set up with an inbox?

Hello all, We are trying to do a extraction of the sending logs to create a file to send to another application. We have used a query node and choose as resource "Delivery logs" and selected the fields that we need. We execute and we get the number of records expected. The problem is when we add in "Additional data" fields which are from "Profile" resource. When we do that, the number of records fall. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.

Hi Community, The documentation states that an email address with status On denylist is a result of feedback loops.There is a delivery failure type "Address on denylist" but that seems to be for email address that was added to the denylist at the time of sending. Is there a delivery failure type we should be using for email that was marked as spam in that delivery?      

In one of the adobe campaign environments, retries for soft bounce are not working. Where do i check for this error.If i send mail to the same address from a different environment, i get a soft bounce error and retries are happening as per the default settings.Please provide pointers to check this issue and where shall i look if auto retries by system for soft bounce does not work

How to check the Hosting details of Adobe campaign standard instance? For example on which cloud the ACS instance is hosted? AWS or Azure or any other ? 

I have been told not to use all pictures in in ACS emailers as this may affect the IP reputation for the company and may lead to us being 'blacklisted'. Can anyone confirm or advise on this? Many thanks, Spling

I am implementing ACS in my company's project in React Native, I already added Push Notifications and right now I'm trying to implement In-App Messages.Regarding the documentation, there is not too much to do in Android and iOS, but when I create an In-App Message in the Adobe Campaign Platform the message is marked as Sent, but the device receives nothing.The documentation generates me lot of confusion, some places mention AEP, other ACS, libraries are not maintained nor released for a long time.What should I follow exactly? When I talk to the support team, they told me that I should contract an Adobe Consultant to implement this in the app but I have an entire dev team to do this. How I should proceed?

Hello, We are planning to do a lot of campaigns on prospects (not-yet a customer) by asking them to fill out their information through a form on the landing page or sending a message to our number. Ask the result, these prospects will receive a confirmation message or email immediately and in these messages or emails, we would like to send them some unique/personalize QR code or barcode. These barcodes or QR code will be treated like entrance tickets to some of our events, festivals, movies, restaurants offer or free drinks...These barcodes or QR codes are unique for each recipient as it contains prospect information. It also should be generated automatedly. Can we do this one with Adobe Campaign Standard or do we need to have a third party who works as QR code generator? In case we can do this with just Adobe Campaign standard, can anyone know how to do this? I am going through all of the material but could not find anywhere or am I missing some good documents about this? I have found

Importing content from a URL during message preparation enables you to retrieve the latest HTML content each time the email is prepared. Hi ACS community,We've been looking into 2 way SMS and capturing responses from recipient. We've found that our integration with our provider currently captures the responses. However, having looked into the inSMS (Incoming SMS) schema, we noticed that its not capturing the receipted_message_id/message_id. Based on the Incoming SMS table, there are only 5 fields available (Creation Date, Message, Mobile, Short Code and Incoming SMS/title). However, there isn't a field which captures the message_id. Why is this case? I know that with default Out-of-box schemas that Adobe create, we're unable to edit them or create extensions with the exception of the profile schema. Questions  - I was wondering whether it's possible to capture this message_id within ACS? There were a couple of documentations out there with one saying it can only be done for classic. - Or am I wrong and can we actually extend the Incoming SMS schema? I am retrieving coupon information using :https://api-uat.westerndigital.com/wdwebservices/v2/us/redemption/coupon-details?couponCodes=CART10,CART20. but I don't want to change the URL every-time. i want the list of coupon will dynamically add in my URL using some configuration in In bound Mapping. Can we achieve that. @bisswang
