Question about campaign content

I have been told not to use all pictures in in ACS emailers as this may affect the IP reputation for the company and may lead to us being 'blacklisted'.

 

Can anyone confirm or advise on this?

Hi Spling,

 

If you are talking about the content ratio in your emails then yes, having all images or a high image to text ratio can impact your deliverability as these types of emails often come from spammers.
