Hi Community, I have a transactional message and it is published and live, in the execution list I have an email which has Date 11/15/2021 and last modified is 42 mins and it says modified by message center, can someone please let me know what does it mean? how can I have a modification 42mins ago?

Hi ACS community,We've been looking into 2 way SMS and capturing responses from recipient. We've found that our integration with our provider currently captures the responses. However, having looked into the inSMS (Incoming SMS) schema, we noticed that its not capturing the receipted_message_id/message_id. Based on the Incoming SMS table, there are only 5 fields available (Creation Date, Message, Mobile, Short Code and Incoming SMS/title). However, there isn't a field which captures the message_id. Why is this case? I know that with default Out-of-box schemas that Adobe create, we're unable to edit them or create extensions with the exception of the profile schema. Questions  - I was wondering whether it's possible to capture this message_id within ACS? There were a couple of documentations out there with one saying it can only be done for classic. - Or am I wrong and can we actually extend the Incoming SMS schema? I am retrieving coupon information using :https://api-uat.westerndigital.com/wdwebservices/v2/us/redemption/coupon-details?couponCodes=CART10,CART20. but I don't want to change the URL every-time. i want the list of coupon will dynamically add in my URL using some configuration in In bound Mapping. Can we achieve that. @bisswang

Hi all, as per object I'm trying to create a new typology rule that will raise an error in case of sending deliveries with not-authorized brands. Since the "Filtering" typology rule will filter only consumers, without raising errors, I need to create a new typology rule with Control type. Is it possible to write a JS code that will check for brands of deliveries? And in case, how should it be written?Thanks in advance!

Hi,I want to document the entire Profile resource data schema. When I go to Administration - > Development -> Custom Resources, on the left pane there is a Data schema link, but for the Profile resource it only defines the custom fields, and doesn't show the out-of-the-box fields for the Profile resource. The Metadata link defines the entire Profile resource, but I want the non-custom fields with the Data Schema file. Is there another way to show or export the entire schema of the Profile resource? I also want to get the Data Schema for all the resources in our instance for documentation / reference. Is there a better way to export the schema of the custom resources in our instance, rather than clicking on each one in the 'Customer Resources' page and opening the Data schema link for each resource and copying the schema to a file?  Thank you very much for any help with this.Johnny Bravo

Hi Community, looking for some quick help on an error that is received when testing proof for a DM. its a simple send email where I have configured test profiles to test proof, however I am receiving the below error in the sending logs for the proof message. context.rtEvent.ctx is undefined. I thought rtevent was for transactional message, I have no idea why this error is showing up for simple email send . can someone please help.

Hello,I´m trying to understand better the different type of relations that can be set between resources in ACS.I understand "1 cardinality simple link" and "0 or 1 cardinality simple link", but i am having some trouble with "N cardinality collection link"Adobe´s videos about defining custom resources say that this link is the opposite to the "1 cardinality simple link", but with one difference: it´s mandatory that one row from the source resource is linked to a row in the target resource.  I made some tests creating a "Orders" resource and also a "Order lines" resource, and defining a "N cardinality collection link" from "Orders" to "Order lines". I was able to create some orders not linked to any order line, so i don´t really understand why Adobe´s documentation say it´s mandatory that every order (in this case) has to be linked to an order line.Does anyone has an example when using this type of link is useful rather than using a "1 cardinality simple link"?Thanks and best r

Hi Community We have a landing page to unsubscribe (type denylist), but when our customer clicks it from a email it says "The landing page is not currently available". The landing page is published and I do a test from the landing page and it works so I don't know the problem. We have seen that the url that the customer gets and the test is different, there are uuid in it: https://t.prod1.email.entity.com/lp/landingpagelabel?pkey=XXXX https://t.prod1.email.entity.com/lp/landingpagelabel?_uuid=YYYY&pkey=XXXX   Can you help us? Thanks     

Hi there, I've just noticed when inspecting a profile record, that they have recieved proofs.The "address" of the sending logs is an internal email address.But the sending logs of main deliveries have the profile's email address. I can also see tracking logs for the profile associated to the proof delivery. So my question is, when using the Profile Substitution feature - are sending and tracking logs for the proofing stored against the profile selected for the substitution.It very much looks like this is the case!!! Thanks David

Hi, having some issues with sending push notifications from Adobe Campaign Standard to Mobile subscribers.On ios platform, I can see that when running the app the generated ECID will be posted to our campaign instance and populate the subscriber table, but the token is missing. As the image below  On Android, The subscriber table didn't update with a new tuple. I only see the IOS users without the registration token

Hello, We use Adobe Campaign Standard to send emails to our subscribers. When you view the email on another tab in the browser, instead of gmail, outlook, etc. The favicon image visible on the tab is of Adobe campaign and not of our website. Is there a way to change it? We see in our reports a high ratio of unknown for device types (and operating system too) - up to 40%. Is it possible to update the classifications to get a lower ratio of unknown device types?

I am trying to compute the label of a new list referencing the vars.filename variable, but the filename includes the sftp file path. I just want to use the file name without the path included. How can I do this?
