Campaign Standard

When sending emails and a delivery failure occurs it gets written to the Delivery message qualification table.  You can update messages to have a failure type Hard, so they will be ignored in the future because those become quarantined.   We are receiving new errors that are adding email to the end of it, so instead of a Hard failure, the failure type in Undefined.  Here is an example message:   554 delivery error: dd Sorry, your message to * cannot be delivered. This mailbox is disabled (554.30). - zzzzzz.mail.ggg.yahoo.com   Here is my question:  Is there a wildcard function available for delivery message qualification?   John

I am using Adobe Campaign Standard. I sent proofs to my test profiles & didnt receive them. The system shows sent & doesnt show issues with delivery. I sent the proofs 8 times over a period of time. I only received proof 3 & 4 out of all of them. System shows sent & green for all. See attached. Anyone have guidance on how to proceed or where to look to further trouble shoot the issue?

Does adobe campaign standard and adobe target comes in a package? Or could they be purchase separately? 

Hello everyone, Is there a possibility to filter the email domains in transactional events? Objective is to only allow testers email domains during UAT. We obviously can't use a profile filter typology rule because the email address is only in the JSON body, so i tried importing via package a control typology rule, with JS condition on : rtEvent.email, but I get an error :   Anyone to help me on this one please ?

I feel like i'm going in circles on this. I have a welcome sms that has the app name and we have to include the ®. I feel like i'm going to need to code a content block for it to work but I'm not that verse in coding that type of thing.    Can anyone help me with this?

I would like to personalize an email using the label of an enumerated field instead of the number. My email currently displays: "thanks for your interest in 3 classes" It should say: "thanks for your interest in Pottery classes" (obviously, Pottery's enumerated value is 3   Thanks

I'm trying to look at the amount of bounces that are coming from a certain group of customers that are in a subscription service.   How many in our Paperless subscribers have bounced. 

Is it ideal to have two extract file and transfer file activities in a workflow ?   Does it hamper workflow performance? Does it take consume extra DB space than expected ? Thanks 🙂

We have currently one that we use to import data from another external source, so we need to create a new one. Is there a public link to the "schema/structure" of the delivery logs from adobe campaign standard? My use-case is to keep getting a incremental flow of the "raw data" from the delivery of campaigns and its tracking status. For this, I intend to use the workflow builder including extract file and transfer file. Is this correct? and what is the schema of the output csv file?

Hi Everybody!In the office, we have been trying to see which devices opened specific campaigns..if we only use device dimension with the open metric, we can get it for all the campaigns ever released.. But how can I do that for specific ones? For instance, in the image above I´m filtering the delivery for specific campaigns (for example the fall ones).. and I want to see the devices for them. But I want to see the total devices open for these 4 campaigns as in a sum, and right now I can only see for each one individually. Once I create a donut chart the devices double (image below).   So my questions:1. Is there a way for me to see the total open devices for a sum of specific campaigns?bonus question:2. What Proxy means for the device dimension?thanks

Hi Team or @satheeskannak ,   Could you please try to give solution for below requirement, If is there any thing to help.   Questions : For communication channel such as (Email/SMS/Push),   i) How do we setup the period of retry i.e, Soft bounce, Retry a maximum of 5 times in 1 day   ii) Will the setup be at the communiation channel level or will it be at delivery level?   Channel level: All email will be set at Retry X time in X days.   or   Delivery level: For each delivery, i define a number of times i want to retry . Example, EmailA - > Retry 3 times in 1 day EmailB -> Retry 5 times in 1 day     iii) Is there any way that we can have no retry and determine that the mode has failed and to continue with workflow? assuming we are interested in setting based on priorities. Hi, I was opening a workflow delivery in order to compare to a existing campaign for research. The delivery activity appears in the workflow but when I click to open it  i get the following message. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, is there any way of restoring the delivery? We also cannot find this delivery in the Marketing Activities.
