Hi everyone,   We need to extract data from Adobe, generating a file. The external source requieres to store that file in a SFTP server. We have currently one that we use to import data from another external source, so we need to create a new one. We can't share because we don't want to have each external source to the files from other. Do you have any idea of how it can be done?   Thank

Is there a public link to the "schema/structure" of the delivery logs from adobe campaign standard? My use-case is to keep getting a incremental flow of the "raw data" from the delivery of campaigns and its tracking status. For this, I intend to use the workflow builder including extract file and transfer file. Is this correct? and what is the schema of the output csv file?

Hi Everybody!In the office, we have been trying to see which devices opened specific campaigns..if we only use device dimension with the open metric, we can get it for all the campaigns ever released.. But how can I do that for specific ones? For instance, in the image above I´m filtering the delivery for specific campaigns (for example the fall ones).. and I want to see the devices for them. But I want to see the total devices open for these 4 campaigns as in a sum, and right now I can only see for each one individually. Once I create a donut chart the devices double (image below).   So my questions:1. Is there a way for me to see the total open devices for a sum of specific campaigns?bonus question:2. What Proxy means for the device dimension?thanks

I have sample data in following format in single schema:  ID Attribute values ID1 NAME value1 ID1 GENDER value2 ID1 AGE value3 ID2 NAME value4 ID2 GENDER value5 ID2 AGE value6   I want the result as follows to store it in some other schema ID NAME GENDER AGE ID1 value1 value2 value3 ID2 value4 value5 value6   Once the data is formatted in Pivot table , we want to utilize the values present in NAME,GENDER,AGE fields in the email delivery for personalization purpose.   Kindly suggest the way to achieve it in ACS ?   Thanks and Regards, Neelam Bakre

Hi Team or @satheeskannak ,   Could you please try to give solution for below requirement, If is there any thing to help.   Questions : For communication channel such as (Email/SMS/Push),   i) How do we setup the period of retry i.e, Soft bounce, Retry a maximum of 5 times in 1 day   ii) Will the setup be at the communiation channel level or will it be at delivery level?   Channel level: All email will be set at Retry X time in X days.   or   Delivery level: For each delivery, i define a number of times i want to retry . Example, EmailA - > Retry 3 times in 1 day EmailB -> Retry 5 times in 1 day     iii) Is there any way that we can have no retry and determine that the mode has failed and to continue with workflow? assuming we are interested in setting based on priorities. Email>SMS   Email Failed Sending > Send SMS.   Email Success Sending > Dont send SMS   Regards, Sumit

Hi, I was opening a workflow delivery in order to compare to a existing campaign for research. The delivery activity appears in the workflow but when I click to open it  i get the following message. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, is there any way of restoring the delivery? We also cannot find this delivery in the Marketing Activities.

Hi,   I am trying to fetch data from 3rd party endpoint and load it into one of data schemas in ACS. Using just External API activity is not an option because each time the workflow is run I need to have delta of records so the ones that appeared from the last workflow has been running. Hello everyone, can you tell me how the total number of unique clicks is calculated in the URLs and Click streams report of a delivery?The total I see in the report and the one calculated mathematically don't match up and I don't understand with what logic Campaign makes this total. Thank you

Howdy Folks.Am new to campaign reporting workspace and I am guessing this functionality may not be available in ACS but thought i should ask.In AA we have the option of segment builder but am not seeing this in the ACS workspace...am i correct in my assumption that segment builder is not available in ACS? Tell tale sign is the missing + icon in the dimension panel and i couldnt find any documentation for this.
