API Retrieve Profile by using custom attribute

Hello guys,

I am trying to fetch a profile by using this API call->https://mc.adobe.io{{ORGANIZATION}}/campaign/profileAndServicesExt/profile/byidtihOrg/?_paramter="12345erftghyj9".

But I am getting this error -> BAS-010040 Cannot convert 'byidtihOrg' (type text) to integer (32 bit) type (bAS-010011 Invalid value).

On ACS side, I set up the below filter where id is Text field

Any idea and how can I check if the filter was published?
