Personalize an email using the labels of an enumerated field

I would like to personalize an email using the label of an enumerated field instead of the number. My email currently displays: "thanks for your interest in 3 classes" It should say: "thanks for your interest in Pottery classes" (obviously, Pottery's enumerated value is 3

Unfortunately, the standard behaviour of ACS is to print the enum value only.

You may create a content block with a mapping from value to display text (though it has to be manually maintained and is not bound to the data model)
