Campaign Standard

We are currently adding the delivery name to the beginning of the Proof Subject Line manually for each campaign.  Is it possible to have the Delivery Name included in the Proof Subject Line at the Template Level and if so, how can this be accomplished?  thanks.

In Adobe Campaign Classic you could use alert activity to send an email to a group of operators. I want to do the same thing in ACS. Is it possible? If not, what workaround can I use?   Thanks,

Hi All,   We have a few contact history records to delete from ACS broadlog/trackinglog/exclusionLog is that possible? In Classic this was handled easily, I couldn't find any delete option for these OOTB tables. Anyone with similar experince.

I'm looking for a way to have a workflow starts when a file gets uploaded from FTP.    Is this possible? We have a file that randomly populates, and we can't control the timing of when it gets uploaded.

Hi, We were missing data in the dynamic reports for a period. Now it is back again from a week ago and data is showing from a specific time onwards. But the data, from the period when we had issues with the dynamic reports, is still missing.  For example when I check a delivery that was sent just a day before our problem was solved, then we have 0 sent emails but we have 7000 opens (which happened after the problem was solved and therefore shows in the reports). Is there anything I can check or do myself in order to get the numbers back in the dynamic reports for this period when the numbers are missing?        

Hello everyone,I got an issue that involve my transactionnal message when trying to link a template I create with an event using SoapUI.I already see another post on the forum but with no real answers on my issue.So I first make a simple template and create an event name to specify the event type of the template and I publish the template with success.I also send a proof with no problem.I then make a SoapRequest such as this :I got a success answer :But still, when I check in the Adobe Campaign's event history, my events are not covered and the documentation doesn't help get through the problem.I already check in the properties of the template to make sure the event name is correct and it's the case.I also see that lots of people are facing this issue, do you have some answers for my problem ?If you need more information, feel free to ask me !Using Adobe Campaign v7 on Windows 10.Regards,Thibault

Hi all, we have a recurring email delivery which is triggered by a workflow which runs daily. The recurring emails audience and schedule is defined upstream in the workflow and it is set to "Messages to be sent immediately". We now want to setup a mechanism to make sure the email is not sent to customers twice in a 80 day window. Our intention is to setup a Fatique Rule where only this delivery is counted and where the "Application criteria" is also set to this delivery only. However, we have doupts that this will work because of the following: Adobe documentation says this: "Fatigue rules are compatible with all delivery types: one-shot deliveries, recurring deliveries, workflow deliveries and transactional messages." However, it also says this: "For fatigue rules to work, you need to define a contact date for your delivery. If you choose to send messages immediately, the fatigue rule will not be applied." Hence we are not sure how a fatique rule can work for a recurring

Hi ACS Community, I've sent out some emails without editing the Tracking URL Category, which is quite bad for reporting and the manual work needed to cover for the missing categories... Is there any way that ACS can take into consideration Tracking URL Categories added retrospectively (-> after the email was sent out, and the clicks were made)? Thanks for any insights you might have!

I have several elements - campaigns, workflows, deliveries - that I used for specific situations and I would now like to save them as templates. Is there any direction option or a workaround in ACS to do that, or do I have to create new elements from scratch under Templates? Thanks in advance for any ideas!

Is it possible in ACS to send email to a list of people by uploading a file on ad-hoc basis? I get a file with email addresses which I want to upload in ACS, send an email to them. It’s more like creating an audience using the data in the file for only one time use. Next time I get a new file which may or may not have the same users so I don’t really care what was uploaded previously. Every time a new audience is created using that file.

is there a way to not send a transactional message to the customer if the api has certain string value in one of the conetex field ? We have an transactional message that is going in error. We would like to filter those message and not send the notification. Something like a typology rule. May be it can be achieved through a content block ?   Appreciate any input.

Is it possible to use a personalizate landing page on SMS? i only found a way in email. Or, can i add and a custom link per profile on audience?   Thank in advance

Is it possible to move an email created under one campaign(folder) to another campaign(folder)?2. if I create an email, and didn't fill the "campaign" field at the properties during the creating steps, I cannot find/search that email anymore anywhere, where did it go?   3.  if I created the email, how can i add it to a workflow?

The urls all include a variable as part of the domain, but I cannot figure out what it's supposed to be. The urls look similar to this:   https://mc.adobe.io/<instance name>.adobe.com/campaign/profileAndServicesExt/profile/byEmail?email=test@adobe.com   I've tried replacing <instance name> with all of the options in the Postman env vars file I downloaded from the console, but none work. The company has a template for brand A. Checked the history there was an eDM sent by sender "brandA.com.hk" successfully two months ago. I have directly copy that template to fill in new information and target to send, however, no one within the query received this email. I have tried 3 sender email-address (Brand) , 2 succeeded,  brandA.com.hk << no one received email, no error msg pop up brandB.com.hk << received email successfully brandC.com.hk << received email successfully Is there any solution or where I can look for investigation?  

Hi, I need to insert a content fragment but it should be dynamic per language. I read that it can be possible using a content block. So I created this content block     <% if(context.profile.location.countryCode == 'GB') {%> <%@include contentModelFragment='CMDL44' %> <%} else if(context.profile.location.countryCode == 'CA') {%> <%@include contentModelFragment='CMDL27' %> <%} else if(context.profile.location.countryCode == 'US') {%> <%@include contentModelFragment='CMDL13' %> <%} %>       But I have the next error I know it says it's some kind of typo, but I can't find the solution.   So, is it possible to create dynamic content fragments with content block? Is there an issue with the "@ include" statement?   Thanks!

Does the date time field entered through api gets change and store according to the database timezone?

Since the last update of Campaign Standard we don't see the Prefix for Testmails anymore which normally stands before the subject. I checked the settings of the email and there everthing's correct.   Is this a known bug?

Hi, We have a use case wherein we want to tie data from input file with broadlog id for which we are looking to update delivery info once email/SMS is sent into the custom schema. Is it possible to get it in same WF so we can do 1-1 mapping between input file parameter and corresponding delivery?
