Campaign Standard

We are having an issue with a landing page, that when using a landing page link in an email it doesn't pass through the PKEY at all, and so the landing page doesn't load. If the profile being sent to is linked to a Campaign User then it works. Support haven't been able to find a solution yet. The most recent recommendation was to use a content block instead with something like:   pkey=<%= escapeUrl(context.targetData.cusClient.PKey)%>   I've tried multiple variations of this such as:   pkey=<%= escapeUrl(context.profile.PKey) %> pkey=<%= context.PKey %>   So far none of them have worked. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi I am use the Adobe Campaign some times, but I got the next Error frequently now, and I can't continue my work.Would you give me some advice and tell me why?I have to develop servers, and when login , I got the follow error.*  In my memory I just add some Campaign an workflow by "Client Console" with a Administror user. Error on Adobe Campaign Server 1:        SOP-330012 Empty return for method 'ExecuteQuery' of service 'xtk:queryDef'   * After I login the error message is pupup frequently when I click the the navigation in "Client Console -> Explorer" .Error on Adobe Campaign Server 2:    Enpyt return for method ‘GetEntityIfMoreRecent’ of service 'xtk:persist'      Thank you for your timeBest regards.

We have tried creating a additional field in a query acivity, counting the delivery logs, with the following function "Count(logs)", but we get the following error "PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR: INSERT has more target columns than expressions"   Do you know how can we do it?   Thanks

Hello, i have to modify the delivery summary report by adding a column regarding the click-to-open rate for each email. Is it an existing metric on Adobe Campaign ?

We are currently adding the delivery name to the beginning of the Proof Subject Line manually for each campaign.  Is it possible to have the Delivery Name included in the Proof Subject Line at the Template Level and if so, how can this be accomplished?  thanks.

In Adobe Campaign Classic you could use alert activity to send an email to a group of operators. I want to do the same thing in ACS. Is it possible? If not, what workaround can I use?   Thanks,

Hi All,   We have a few contact history records to delete from ACS broadlog/trackinglog/exclusionLog is that possible? In Classic this was handled easily, I couldn't find any delete option for these OOTB tables. Anyone with similar experince.

I'm looking for a way to have a workflow starts when a file gets uploaded from FTP.    Is this possible? We have a file that randomly populates, and we can't control the timing of when it gets uploaded.

Hi, We were missing data in the dynamic reports for a period. Now it is back again from a week ago and data is showing from a specific time onwards. But the data, from the period when we had issues with the dynamic reports, is still missing.  For example when I check a delivery that was sent just a day before our problem was solved, then we have 0 sent emails but we have 7000 opens (which happened after the problem was solved and therefore shows in the reports). Is there anything I can check or do myself in order to get the numbers back in the dynamic reports for this period when the numbers are missing?        

Hello everyone,I got an issue that involve my transactionnal message when trying to link a template I create with an event using SoapUI.I already see another post on the forum but with no real answers on my issue.So I first make a simple template and create an event name to specify the event type of the template and I publish the template with success.I also send a proof with no problem.I then make a SoapRequest such as this :I got a success answer :But still, when I check in the Adobe Campaign's event history, my events are not covered and the documentation doesn't help get through the problem.I already check in the properties of the template to make sure the event name is correct and it's the case.I also see that lots of people are facing this issue, do you have some answers for my problem ?If you need more information, feel free to ask me !Using Adobe Campaign v7 on Windows 10.Regards,Thibault

Hi All,    I am trying to query the delivery schema for a certain time period, but I am not sure what is the date format I should be using. I'm looking for the date 10/13/2022 but all I am getting is this error.   

Hi all, we have a recurring email delivery which is triggered by a workflow which runs daily. The recurring emails audience and schedule is defined upstream in the workflow and it is set to "Messages to be sent immediately". We now want to setup a mechanism to make sure the email is not sent to customers twice in a 80 day window. Our intention is to setup a Fatique Rule where only this delivery is counted and where the "Application criteria" is also set to this delivery only. However, we have doupts that this will work because of the following: Adobe documentation says this: "Fatigue rules are compatible with all delivery types: one-shot deliveries, recurring deliveries, workflow deliveries and transactional messages." However, it also says this: "For fatigue rules to work, you need to define a contact date for your delivery. If you choose to send messages immediately, the fatigue rule will not be applied." Hence we are not sure how a fatique rule can work for a recurring

Hi ACS Community, I've sent out some emails without editing the Tracking URL Category, which is quite bad for reporting and the manual work needed to cover for the missing categories... Is there any way that ACS can take into consideration Tracking URL Categories added retrospectively (-> after the email was sent out, and the clicks were made)? Thanks for any insights you might have!

I have several elements - campaigns, workflows, deliveries - that I used for specific situations and I would now like to save them as templates. Is there any direction option or a workaround in ACS to do that, or do I have to create new elements from scratch under Templates? Thanks in advance for any ideas!
