Hi,

could someone please explain how adobe calculates the numbers for hotclicks? Should all hotclick percentages add up to 100% (if no dynamic content is being used).

Hi Shelley. Based on the documentation, as long as you are not using dynamic content, you can expect the percentage of hot clicks to hit 100%.

Hi,

that is what I thought too but our campaigns don't add up to 100% - and this is without dynamic content.
