I'm looking for a way to have a workflow starts when a file gets uploaded from FTP.
Is this possible? We have a file that randomly populates, and we can't control the timing of when it gets uploaded.
No, in Campaign Standard you can't have a workflow triggered by a file upload.
For solving such case, easiest would be to define a workflow with a scheduler set to the minimum duration of 10 minutes and then check if there is a new file uploaded.
