What is the best way to only include subscribers?

I'm starting to notice that when I only want to send an email to a list of subscribers, I have a few people that receive emails when they are not subscribed to the service. Most the people that are getting these emails don't have any service tied to their profile. (Most of these profiles are new and don't have subscriptions yet.) 

 

This is how I target subscribers.

I hope you're using resource as a profile on the query activity properties. If that's the case this is how I use to pull all the profiles who are subscribed to the service. Let me know if you trying something different in the query.
