Is there a way to send a Alert message in Adobe Campaign Standard?

In Adobe Campaign Classic you could use alert activity to send an email to a group of operators.

I want to do the same thing in ACS. Is it possible? If not, what workaround can I use?

Thanks,

There is no workflow activity to trigger an alert.

Workarounds.

  • Workflow notifications => raised on workflow errors
  • Delivery notifications as stated by Craig
  • Creating profiles + sending "regular E-Mails" from within a workflow to the admins

Hi Juancarlos,

Alerting does work differently in ACC versus ACS. However, there is alerting for deliveries in ACS that can be configured using the documentation below:

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/testing-and-sending/monitoring-messages/receiving-alerts-when-failures-happen.html?lang=en

If this doesn't work for your use case, I suggest contacting Campaign Support to submit an enhancement request.

Thanks,

Craig
