Cannot view my delivery templates that I created and stored in the sub-folders. Cannot share screenshots as it is a client's Adobe Environment (v6.1) .Please Note: "Display Contents of Sub-folders" is enabled.I am using v7 build 7.0 8860. Application Server:6.1.1 build 8853.But the same problem happened when I tried using v6 (6.1.1 build 8795)Is it a good idea to delete and re-install Adobe Campaign in this case ? Or are there any better next-steps?Thanks.

Hi All,I have tried to use the A\B Testing workflow JS code from the A/B testing ​ from the Adobe Campaign 6.1 document. It creates the A B populations and selects a winner but it is always A even if B has opens and A does not. Hi,We currently use an SMPP connection on port 8100, we have had a requirement from our provider to transfer to an encrypted connection which would be TLS 1.1 (or higher) on port 8143.How best to accomplish this? Will modifying the MX rules to use TLS and changing the port be enough or will there need to be some server side modification?Thanks in advance

Greetings,I am looking for suggestions on how to easily integrate Target with Adobe Audience Manager. My only requisite for now is to populate my AAM segments in my Target instance. I was referring to this document and this post but it does not have any clear instructions or step by step procedure on how to achieve this easily.For starters I have requested the CC to provide me with sFTP credentials. Hi,I am trying to personalize part of the url from a list's field. For instnace, the field name is "Circular_List" and the value is "5000". The following link is working if i use the value as hard coded in the url:https://www.xyz.com/5000/sku/185785However, the link doesn't work if I edit the link as follows. https://www.xyz.com/<%=targetData.Circular_List%>/sku/185785I think the way i am doing is wrong. I'm a bit new to Adobe Campaign Standard, So I really need your help now.At the moment, we are running a lot of email campaigns. The prospects will go to the landing page to fill in their information including their email. After that, they will receive a transnational email. In this email, we require them to click the confirm button. If they click on the button, that means they agree to be our subscriber. Then the workflow will run and send the 2nd email to those who click confirmed after 2-3 days. For those who don't click confirm, they will not receive anything more (except that first transnational email). In the workflow, we start with SCHEDULE, run every 10 mins, then the INCREMENTAL QUERY that targets: Subscribers for that campaigns 2 hours ago + people are not a customer yet in our profile data + HAS CONFIRMED their transactional email (NO LONGER CONTACT BY EMAIL is FALSE). Hi all,I am using a Web Download tool to make a request to a URL and save the content returned. The thing is that I have no way to know where the content is finally saved:On one hand, according with the documentation, the default storage with be the 'vars' directory of the installation, which I don't have access toOn other hand, if I try to use a manual one instead, I don't know what's the path to our customer folder so I can include it there (something like /home/electro_mkt_prod1 or alike)Can I please get an advice?Thanks in advanceGuillermo

I am using the HTTPRequest to GET lead lists form a third party (FB,MailChimp ect..). I can make the correct request and get back data but I am not sure of what steps to take next. I thought I could just use dot notion to iterate through the nested objects/array's. Hi all,in our solutions an Adobe Campaign Standard Workflow is called, via REST API,  by an external ETL process to load data.As you know the API call is asyncronous, so how can the external ETL process be notified that the WF has terminated successfully?An option can be that of have a file generated at the end of the process: the ETL listens to a folder and when the file is generated can go on with the process.Anyway is not the most elegant solution...is there a better method to monitor from API the execution status of a WF?Many thanks,Fabio

Hello,My goal is to extract the entire xml-code of a workflow (in a javascript-action), make changes to it (in this case I want to remove any example data in file import-actions that might violate GDPR) and store the new xml in the database. I am preparing an email campaign via "Send via email."After moving forward with "Prepare" and "Confirm,"I noticed that there is a gap between registered addresses=subscribers (under “Services” on “Profiles and Audiences") and the final delivery target number. This is the first email and these addresses (subscribers) were registered beforehand so they had no way to unsubscribe, and the domains are not blacklisted.Any ideas why?Thank you.

Hi all,I'm hoping there's an easy solution to my following use case, but currently I'm drawing a blank on how to achieve it:Goal: We want to be able to export a complete list of subscribers to a specific service, but along with profile data, we also want to be able to extract data from a separate data table (related professional).We currently have the data stored in 3 different data tables:Profiles: This table holds all of the profile and subscription data on the contactProfessionals: This table holds records of all the individual professionals that contacts can be linked to (Fields include Pro ID, Pro Email, Pro First Name, Pro Last Name)Related Professional: This table holds the link between the two, so the customer email field, and the professional ID make the linkI can easily create a query looking at all subscribers who also have a related professional, but we need the full list of subscribers to a particular service, regardless of whether a related professional link exists or not
